Went in looking for some furniture for our new home. I really liked the quality of dining room table and bar chairs but could not find any that were not displays. I took a chance asking a nearby employee for assistance and happened to be their store manager, Lisa. She went above and beyond to find the prices for the dining room set and brought them to the front. Before checking out, I mentioned we were looking for a particular rug style we weren’t able to find on our last trip. She didn’t hesitate to gather her team to go on a hunt for the misplaced rug. In the end, I left with everything I was looking for and was very happy with the quality of the product in our home. Thank you Lisa and At Home staff for helping us out we appreciate you greatly! I highly recommend this location.

I had a fantastic time browsing through At Home for the first time! The store was tidy and easy to navigate. They have a large variety of everything you could need for your home. I came in and spent a long time browsing the container isles, and left with much more than I had anticipated. The cashier was kind and took care of my purchase quickly and accurately. This is definitely a store I plan to return to.

Was great. They took great care of us! Staff was very nice.Half the fun of shopping here though is Karen watching. So please remember to be kind to the staff! They are working hard for you and have to put up with a lot of craziness.PS: to the lady who provided us with our entertainment while we waited for our rug --- of course the staff cant take your word that you are you and use the credit card attached to your profile to pay when you left your card at home.They politely explained this to you. This should be a common sense anti fraud measure the store takes to help keep you and your credit card safe. Asking every employee to explain it to you, then again to your impatient boyfriend and then demanding the manager explain it to you one more time is annoying and disrespectful.If you and your man are in such a hurry, might I suggest that next time you actually bring a method of payment or your magic club card and your ID with you when shopping!Thanks again wonderful team! Terrible customer service! I usually don’t write many bad reviews but this was terrible. When we got there I asked the greeter if there are any baskets, she said “Yes… there are plenty in the parking lot”. We go get one, shop for a bit in the super cluttered store, then my husband asks an associate where the easels are and she says they are in decor and keeps on walking. Well… to him, the whole store is decor. Lol. We meet up and he tells me this, we look around and can’t find them so I go find an employee and ask the same question and she says “we are out”. Then…. We get to checkout, I start putting items on the counter and she gives me a total before I’ve even emptied my basket, I tell her I still have have more items, so she says “oh” and continues scanning. Items are piled up after she rings them up so I ask her if they have bags. She says “ yea, and points to them on the end. I guess this store is now bag it yourself…. I typically love “At Home” but today was totally disappointing.

Lots of things to find, a little bit pricey but things you wont find in other stores. Nice, not crowded like other stores. Will go back again and again. 👍

Great selection. Rudest cashier ever. Lady with tattoo on neck has no manners or consideration. Rudest tone. Come back for the products but get tired of having to deal with her.

Huge selection. Understaffed. Staff not overly helpful. Had to walk the entire store to find a flat bed cart to buy some chairs. When I finally found someone to help me, I was told, theyre around here some where.

Looked around a lot for wall decors but could not find a variety of them, however this is one place where I did find them.. if you are looking for latest home decors this store is a must.

They sell products made for their brand from other furniture products. Styles are trendy and there’s a good selection. Quality is about average for a big box retailer and prices are fair to slightly high for the quality. We bought an outdoor patio set with four chairs. Total cost about $1000. The finish wasn’t perfect. The table was sturdy and the chairs very comfortable.We ordered online and picked up in store - this is where they lost most of my rating. After four hours l we still hadn’t received notification that the item was ready for pickup. We called and was told it was ready. Once I arrived at the store, it took 28 minutes before someone was available to help me. It then took another half hour to locate the item. Then, I wasn’t allowed to take the item because it was under my wife’s name - even though I had the confirmation number and email with me. Eventually a manager allowed me to take the item. All-in I was there for an hour and 15 minutes for a product that was purchased online and ready for pickup.TLDR: slightly high price for average box store brand furniture with an understaffed store and lackluster customer service.

This store is awesome! They literally have everything. Even if youre just looking for a lunch box for work they have it. The prices are extremely reasonable and they always have sales on the seasonal stuff. Constantly seems as though they are getting new stuff so clearance stuff is in plenty when youre lookin. Store is clean and quiet, super convenient off of the freeway as well.Update to this! One more reason for me to love this place its July and all of their Halloween is up!! They have the best Halloween merch.

I LOVE At Home. Always have. Wasted my time looking for patio chair cushions on my way to At Home. Found EXACTLY the colors I was looking for in the RIGHT size. Made my day!!!!

They dont check prices when you mentioned. That its on sale only what there screen says. The One at the front door wouldnt let anyone touch anything on the table that was clearenced. Will be long time before I go back. Go next door to target!

I had no idea this existed. This place is amazing and has everything you can think of plus things you cant.

So my wife and I went in to this location this afternoon looking for outside furniture found a display brought it up to the counter manager on duty said we cant so the displace I asked her why and they said theyre still getting inventory and stock and theyre not allowed to sell displays. Ive been in retail for 27 years I never walk a sale the customer service level at this location is reflection of the store manager the district manager the regional manager and the divisional I will so displays all day long I will sell shelving units anything to make a sale. Im sure this location has budgets and expectations to meet this is a horrible customer service experience and I will never set foot in one of these stores again

Color selection, texture, style, its all here and not expensive like other home decorator chains. Example, we just bought a rtro modern turquoise sofa at an ABQ furniture store and need matching pillows. At Home had several different turquoise and white patterned pillows that will make it appear they came with the sofa. I never leave here empty-handed!

While the prices were nice ....no help to be found throughout the store. NO carts available and long check out line. I had picked up a storage cart and then the checkout person said, we dont sell displays. I had no idea it was a display, no sign or sticker on the carts and they didnt offer to grab one. I could grab one and get back in line. Sadly, I was disappointed and would rather go somewhere else next time.

First visit to this store. It is a mix between Lowes and Home Goods. Great selection decent prices. Downside was two checkers for 40+ people waiting to purchase. Zero in store help available.

Super crowded. Long lines. Slow check out. They do not clean carts or even bring them in. They do have a great selection although after I got home I looked things up and could have saved time and quite a bit of $$ if I had bought them on Amazon. I did prefer to see everything in person and am happy with the quality.If you care about social distancing or cleanliness pick another store.

I needed assistance in the dinning chair section. We looked and looked for someone. Its a good thing we are honest people, we found chairs we really liked but needed assistance getting them from the to shelf. we couldve taken some much more expensive ones and walked right out with them. There wasnt anyone at the door welcoming people, doing head count or anything. Management might want to take better precaution watching the door and watching the floor.

I can’t even call it bad customer service because there’s NO customer service. The only sales associate I could find was the cashier. If you know what you need and can reach it, you’re fine, but if you can’t, it’s not worth shopping here.

I couldnt believe they were already putting out Valentines day and Easter decor already. Let us enjoy Christmas first ! I know thats how retail is. Its just weird to see garden and patio items out in December 🤣

Junk furniture. Ive bought 3 pieces of furniture there (2 yesterday), all brand new not the broken clearance stuff, and every singe piece of furniture was broken. A nightstand, TV stand, and headboard. When I got them out of the box every one was broken.

Overall a good selection of furniture and decorative accessories. But they are always 4 months ahead in holiday stuff. And no coffee tables.

This is a magical place filled with beautiful things.

Cool store with a lot of different things to decorate your house inside and out. If you go for certain decorations make sure you go early before the previous holidays. Halloween decorations are out before labor day weekend and if you go any later they run out of the really cool stuff. Go early but overall awesome store that has durable decorations.

Best store for misc home furniture and decorations. I come here frequently to find supplemental items, especially wicker patio furniture, which is hard to find a good selection in other places. I also got a great table set here, they have good variety on all their available items. Good selection of dining items as well if you need to supplement silverware and plates either for general use or parties, they have all styles in both plastic and porcelain.

This place is fantastic! My wife got me to go in just to look when they first opened and as skeptical as I was I went. And boy was I pleasantly surprised! They have something for everyone of every taste, if you go in there and dont come out with something, you didnt bring any money. I particularly enjoy all of the dinosaur decorations!!
