After two vehicles and much time wasted I finally have a decent truck that needed work done after I got it so if you plan to buy from DPM make sure you have an inspection done by a second professional mechanic to give the vehicle a thumbs up or to pass on it. Costed me over 5k in irresponsible damages, needless to say this business is illegitimate and unprofessional to a poor quality extent!!!!

They were not upfront and honest wanted me to pull my credit before I had a mechanic inspect it . Told me they didnt know if truck was deleted or not until I told them I would buy it for the price if they deleted it then came out they knew front end was messed up and no delete but they said they would do a windshield ! I have a great credit score wouldve worked but upper management said you need to pull your credit check to see if you qualify supposedly had a stack of people to buy it ..... Good luck buyers beware also very overpriced when someone tells me two stories when I walk up ! But hey my bad I shouldve looked at reviews if you know anything about vehicles they will try and bulldog you I guess like I said I shouldve read reviews.

I bought a 2010 fifth wheel from them, it had a few problems but they came over and fixed them, even went so far as to hire a RV specialist to correct a charging problem ! I would recommend them as they tried very hard to please me.

We purchased a great Winnebago and scooter from Tim at DPM. They also have cars. Our Winnebago was in excellent condition with low miles and great price. Tim taught us everything we needed to know as we were new to RVing. He also has been available for other questions and repaired a minor problem that we discovered on our first outing.You cant go wrong with DPM. Local family owned and they are a pleasure to work with!

Bought a 94 Suburban on Saturday. I flew in from Dallas and was told the AC is in working order by the salesman. Dan, the owner, jumped in and made it right and drove back to Dallas with zero issues or complaints. When you buy a USED VEHICLE, it is not new and there might be issues that were overlooked. Sold me a bike from pics and vids while telling me that the bike rode awesome and was just repaired and sounded great. has shifting problems and a loud Knock. That he had to know about. After I confronted him and said I wanted to return the bike, he said the bike drove good for an old bike. A bike rides good as an old bike or a new bike am I right? If you hear a knock you say there is a knock and its gonna have to be dealt with. You do not say, bike runs and rides great. After reading the other comments it doesnt surprise me that I got this response from Jeff. Headed to the better business bureau next. Not that they will help but maybe someone will be smarter than me and drop by for the reviews. Which I normally do. Bad on me. Buy at your own risk.

Not a professional place at all. Alot of want to be slick talking and empty talks about information that they themselves do not understand. Made appointments and did not keep them at all completely unprofessional.

Phil and Phil Sr especially were amazing. Treated us with respect, we joked and had a good time and they went through hoops to help us out and gave a VERY fair trade in price for our car. They do a full service before you take the car home to make sure everything is in good condition and give a small warranty as well. Couldnt be happier and will go again when we purchase our second car down the line.

If I could rate this dealer any lower I would. DPM motorcars is the worst dealership Ive ever done business with. They sell crappy vehicles and their mechanic cant even fix the issues. They took over a month to pay off my traded in vehicle which reflected on my credit report. They made me waste my personal time and money to get my purchased vehicle emissions tested so they could get it registered which took them way over a month to do. DO NOT go to this dealer unless you enjoy being bent over.

This place sells vehicles that are from salvage yards. now i know you get what you pay for. But be up front about your vehicles and let the customer know the vehicle was in 4 accidents and its being over priced. But thats my fault for not checking and trusting someone at a place of business. My real complete is there lack of customer care and there untimely service. it took them mouths to get plates and register the vehicle. I had to call several times and visit so many times to get anything done. Not a single person could take a message or follow up with me at all. Dont go here unless you love to wast time.

Bought a 1990 ford F350 with a rebuilt motor.... they sold me a salvage title and never mentioned a word (found out after repairs and registration)..... Thx for the great deal...

We went to dpm motor cars to buy a truck. After a test drive, we didnt buy anything. The ford f250 we test drove had a bad transmission. Among a whole list of issues.They are shady liars and didnt want to give us our deposit back. Stay away!

They bend over backwards to get you a car Danny and Astasha were very extremely helpful in purchasing the 2nd car I bought from them the first car I bought from them was also great Danny had bent over backwards to get me the first car as well and it ran awsome the years that I owned it I went back and Danny and Astasha were there to help me and get me going in my dream car a lexus

If you can avoid this place DO IT! After I had agreed to purchase a vehicle it has been down hill since. Before purchasing, DPM agreed to replace the front windshield as it was in bad shape. The windshield began to leak a few days later and I had to beg and fight to get DPM to help me get a replacement. I finally had to find the people who initially put it in and pester and beg them to replace it. DPM acted like it was not their problem. Also when I went in to get my title and registration they used the wrong plate and denied ever knowing about it. Now Im stuck with dealing with their problem again. I will make sure to let my friends and family know NOT to buy from DPM. I should have read these reviews sooner as I too was bit by PHIL. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!! .

The worst place in the world to buy a car. Went on 3 test drives all three vehicles had severe safety issues. This dealer does not disclose any mechanical or collision damage.

We purchased a ford truck from dpm a few months ago and have had nothing but problems starting from the first day we got it home. DPM would not do anything to help us so we went to trade it in to a reputable dealer. We were shown how jicky they rigged this truck to sell it to us at a good deal... i also found out that every nm dealer is required to give a 15 day 500 mile driveability warranty while dpm does not... too bad i found this out a month later. Just thought i would post this so no one else is stuck with these same problems. Also found out that the truck was involved in an accident that wasnt disclosed.

Over 4 weeks and my vehicle has still not been paid off. I have called everyday and Mark is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have already had to make two truck payments on a vehicle I don’t have and they refuse to refund that money.

Super shady dealership. specifically advertise cars they don’t have in order to get you there, then attempt to sell you something else. Problem is, the cars they have available are crazy high mileage and are extremely over priced.

Horrible and wouldnt recommend this business to anyone. Drove almost 150 miles to see an SUV they had upon seeing car in lot i noticed off the bat the SUV was leaking antifreeze, disappointed I was about to leave when I noticed a fairly nice Audi 4 door, asked to get details on the car price miles etc. I took my trade in and was willing to take less for it then I originally paid, but when we walked into the office to crunch numbers and start paperwork Phil couldnt keep his eyes open to save his business. Talk about watching a druggy trying to work a computer this guy couldnt stay awake for more then two min. Worst experience Ive ever had at a car lot. That killed it for me Ill take my business elsewhere...thanks for nothing Dpm. Smh..

Some fine individual got a hold of my personal information and tried to buy a car from DPM and they caught him in the lie timely enough to get APD on site for an arrest. Thank you DPM for doing a job right!
