During COVID we decided to take on a new hobby of RV’ing. We could not have started this new adventure if is wasn’t for Rocky Mountain RV. From day one, we have had nothing but friendly and knowledgeable support. Bob Franklin has been amazing when it comes to anything service related with our ORV 24RLS. I can always call Bob and know he will do anything and everything to make my experience a 5 star.When it comes to service, I rely on Sandy Starr for all my parts and accessories. Not only does she help me with what ever I need but she also has very practical experience and is very knowledgeable when it comes to RV’ing. Since I don’t live in New Mexico, she gets me the parts I need and if I am looking for any upgrades she gives me her opinion and support.I have not found a person at RMRV that I don’t like and would recommend them for new or experienced RV’ers. You will not be disappointed.

On our way from WI to Arizona, Aqua Hot system malfunctioned, filled motorhome with smoke in the middle of the night. Called a couple places, no help. Called Rocky Mountain RV and Marine in Albuquerque, NM and they were great. Spoke with Margie for help. She has great customer service! Richard and Dave were out techs. They worked over and above to solve the issue and kept us in the loop during the whole process. Would recommend this business highly. Everyone at Rocky Mountain were friendly, helpful and accommodating. asking if we needed anything.

When traveling through Albuquerque on Saturday Oct 23rd in our RV we had an accident at the airport the which damaged the TV antenna on the roof and left the components scattered hanging on the roof. It was challenging to find service assitance on a Saturday afternoon, but after several unproductive calls elsewhere I made contact with Sam the Service manager at Rocky Mountain RV. Sam was responsive, understanding and extremely helpful in arranging to work us into the shop that afternoon. On arrival at the shop, Sam and the technician Brian quickly got us to the service bay. Brian quickly removed the damaged antenna, cleaned off the roof and old caulking, and installed a cover over the opening. This prompt and efficient service allowed us to continue on our journey south, which was a great relief to my wife and me! Cheers and many thanks to the Rocky Mountain RV crew and to Sam and Brian in particular.

On a recent trip our 2016 Crossroads rubberized roof lifted up. Luckily a passerby stopped to tell us. We live in northern New Mexico a 3 to 4 hour drive to Albuquerque. I decided to call Rocky Mountain with questions. The reviews were very good and I liked that this is a family business. They were extremely helpful and suggested we send pictures of the damage. An estimate was done and a date scheduled. During the initial repair, they discovered a previous repair that had failed and that was also taken care of too. The staff was pleasant starting with the receptionist, service/repair department and parts.

From start to finish this was an excellent buying experience. Mike was our sales guy and sold us exactly what we wanted with no pressure involved. Delivery was outstanding as well. Rocco and Brandon took us through all the things we needed to know about our new Wolf Pup trailer. All questions were answered and they communicated in a friendly manner. My wife and I were very impressed with the fact that everyone we talked to from the receptionist, parts people, to the guy mopping the floor, seemed to enjoy working there. Smiles all around. It is refreshing to do business with a dealer that treats you so well. Keep up the good work!

Great service by all concerned. We love our new trailer! Billy Hines was our salesman - very knowledgeable. Mac and Nolan got our trailer all ready for us to take off the lot. Great orientation and helpful service. Jarrid got us all fixed up with the extra parts we needed for the premium RV experience and Travis made our final purchase and warranty information a breeze. My husband and I went shopping for our first trailer the first week of August. Our salesperson Micah was awesome, to say the least. We appreciated his patience and and knowledge about RV’s. We just purchased a used RV from Rocky Mountain and had a very satisfying experience. Josette our salesperson was easy to work with. He spent almost 2 hours going over every feature of the camper. Bought a used 5th wheel from these guys last week and the experience was fantastic. These guys know how to take care of a customer..theyre an amazing team all the way across the board. There was a price discrepancy on the unit we wanted but they resolved it quickly and fairly and our Salesman Al Ramsey facilitated the whole thing easily. Once purchased the unit went into the shop for a thorough inspection and detailing, Al called to update us during this week and when we picked it up it looked great and everything was ready to go. Mac and Rocco completed the final stage walking me through the unit making sure I knew how to use everything and even getting a lighting jack installed in my truck n/c . Got me a few things I needed in parts and got me out the door with a smile on all of our faces. Al called to follow up and make sure everything was good over the weekend and after they already had my money...just good service! Thank you all for your pride in service and quality ...not so easy to find these days.

We had superior service with Mac when we purchased our first travel trailer. We were very timid at first because we didnt know much about travel trailers. Mac went above and beyond to explain everything to us and guide us through how everything works. He was patient and very detail oriented. Brandon also offered superior service with helping us learn how to attach the trailer and hitch to our truck. This is our first trailer and my husband and I needed things to be explained and shown to us several times in order for us to feel safe and confident in our purchase. We didnt feel rushed at all. We couldnt have asked for better people to teach us this information.

We told them what we were looking for in a Class A RV and notified us when they got one. It was an excellent deal. Sales process was streamlined and efficient. Walk through was very thorough.

I took my motorhome for some major repairs. I was excited and pleased upon completion! They did an excellent job! BEAUTIFUL! They did a few little extra things and their prices are very competitive compared to other places I had taken it to. The quality and workmanship is exquisite! They take pride in what they do! I bought my toy hauler from Rocky Mountain rv at the start of 2021, great buying experience.-But a week later Walmart tire center smashed the trailer into a cement piling while installing new tires..I had a trip in 3days .. Rocky Mountain rv quickly checked out my trailer the same day, & ordered all the new parts. Although covid delayed the delivery of the parts,Rocky Mountain rv & there service department got my trailer repaired quickly & beautifully. -* even with me being a bit grumpy from all of life’s problems.* I am happy how they stood behind the product they sold, and the quality of the repair. The technician went above and beyond on the quality of work. ——- definitely recommend——

We had a major electrical problem with our camper while on the road. We called three RV dealers / Repair centers in Albuquerque trying to get someone to look into the cause of the problem and hopefully fix it. One of the dealers said they were too busy, one dealer said he would check to see if he could get us in and would call us back, which he never did. Michelle at Rocky Mountain RV and Marine said they were very busy but told us to come in and they would look into our electrical problem. We had no 12 volt power and our refrigerator was full of food and going to spoil if we couldn’t get the power back on. Michelle took our info over the phone, and was extremely pleasant to talk to. When we arrived at their location in Albuquerque, Michelle had two service techs who were all over the camper immediately and resolved the issue in no time at all! We were extremely satisfied with their expedient service and would highly recommend this RV dealership and their Service Dept.Thanks to all for your prompt and courteous service!

I went with RMRV because of their good reviews and the fact that when I called they were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I’m happy with the service I got and the technician who worked on my trailer took the time to explain what he had done and brought me up to speed on how to use the new technology. Steve also walked me through some of the things I needed to know as a brand new fifth wheel owner - and he did so in a way that was empowering and really helpful.Margie at the service department was cheerful and truly cared about providing a good experience.This is where I’ll be going for my trailer needs!It was an excellent experience!

We bought our 2021 Wolf pup in May. We pull it with a 2020 Highlander. Yesterday I went on an off road trip, just in the car. The plug mount got pulled from the bumper. I stopped by the shop to see if I did major damage. Sam the service rider got Brian to take a look. He was able to fix it pretty quickly!! I really appreciate the prompt friendly service there!!! Last weekend weve been camping in our new RV that we purchased here. The customer service is beyond exceptional. We were having an issue with our brand new 5th wheel AC. One call to the service department yesterday and Dave had us set up with the mobile unit to come out the next morning to have it looked at. Derrick came out to our campsite and repaired our AC units quickly. Derrick was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He did a great job! Our buying experience with Joe Van Horn, our walk through experience with Dave “Mac”McMullen and Nolan was great and the after sale service has been exceptional with Derrick and the complete service team! Just a great group of folks to work with and you can tell they really care about their customers!

It was my first Travel Trailer purchase (Lance model 1995 ordered with the amenities I wanted). Picked it up Saturday August 22, 2021. I can not say enough about the seamless purchase process from Al Ramsey who was our adviser specialist, to the easy finance application process and the great service tech Allen and the hitch work by Ruben. Spent over 2 hours walking through the trailers operational systems and the team made sure we were go to go to pull the trailer home. Had a great experience with the sales and service team while purchasing and after. They ensured my hitch and camper were safe to drive for myself and kids. I just finished a weekend trip and while driving it pulled beautifully it was a large camper and I didnt have issues with sway even with winds picking up. Im very impressed and thankful for everyone who helped get my family and I out. We have a great summer planned and the RV is a priceless addition to the trips.

I have purchased a number of RVs over the years, and nobody has treated me as well as we just were with Rocky Mountain RV. Our salesman, Rick Hipp, listened to us, and went the extra mile in making sure that we got exactly what we were looking for.The entire purchase process was easy, and the orientation and delivery was impressive. All of the staff were very attentive, and appear to embrace customer satisfaction. I am confident that they will provide the same level of service should I require service or repairs in the future.

I took my trailer over to them have my heater looked at. They said I had to leave it there because they couldnt look at it right away. I was fine with leaving it there as I live 4 hours away. They called me a few days later and said it was done and that they didnt find anything wrong. I recently used my trailer and low and behold the heater isnt working. So sad when they charge you and tell you everything is fine and it wasnt.

I’m pretty disappointed in our recent experience with Rocky Mountain RV & Marine. Over the summer we brought our travel trailer in to have AC work done after having the AC replaced the year prior. This year it was the control board that failed so I understand that it was a separate issue. At the time we picked up our trailer after the work had been completed we mentioned that we wanted to have our hitch adjusted since it seemed that the nose of the trailer was pointing up. Our service advisor Michelle said to call for a future visit and they would adjust it real quick for free. Today we brought our trailer in after calling in earlier this week, the tech looked at the trailer and said that it was ok that the trailer was slightly higher at the nose and went on our way. I was shocked to get a call from a different service advisor Jeannette who said we needed to come in and pay $39 since we took the tech away from his work for less than 15 minutes. I will no longer be taking my business to company that chooses to NICKEL AND DIME you in such a manner.

I actually came to RMRV&M because of all the glowing reviews. I have an old 1961 fishing boat Im revamping. Need all new steering cabling and wheel. Tanner helped me find the right system and gave us a choice of steering wheels that work with the new systems. He checked with the marine service person and had him talk to me, so we get it right the first time. Parts are on order and will schedule a service appt. at that time. Really nice experience and Tanner made it worthwhile.

Awesome working with Rick Hipp, sales consultant. Finance department, picking up our camper, and service orientation was a breeze and everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone answered all of our questions, anytime we asked -- in person, text and phone.

They were on point and we arrived early. Camper was ready to go no waiting around. Al was awesome to work. We stayed at the KOA across the street which Al advised us to do. We had a few issues with are new camper and the service team responded immediately with no questions asked. I would definitely buy another camper from them again.

We were expecting a 3 week wait but because of Al’s diligence my unit was in within a week. Before we signed on the dotted line we got a professional walkthrough by Mac and Ruben. They explained everything answered all our questions and we had plenty. When we were ready we walked in the financial section Travis greeted us he conducted himself very professionally and with 15 to 20 minutes everything was done. WOW! I was so impressed with everyone here at Rocky Mountain RV & Marine. The moment you walk into the building youre greeted by the most friendliest person. She offers you water, asks how you are. The salesman we used, Joe VanHorn was so warm, friendly and easy going. A no pressure, honest and open kinda guy. He walked us through everything and if there was something that he was unsure of he was honest and later during the tour he found answers for us. It was refreshing to feel like someone actually cared about our concerns, our fears and our wants. We of course moved forward & purchased our 1st RV with Joe. The day of walk through we met Derek and Derek showed us everything we needed to know about the rig. He was so through and being new to all of this he welcomed any question and again was so honest and caring. Derek gave us so many tips and helpful advice. Plus at the end he put together all the items he thought we would need immediately. There was no pressure to purchase but just wanted us to know what they were and what they looked like. We bought our first travel trailer from Rocky Mountain RV & Marine, and I have to say we are ecstatic with our choice! Our excitement is not just because of the trailer we chose, but also because of the service we received from the team at Rocky Mountain RV. Al Ramsey was the best! He walked us through our options and educated us on everything - from building materials to exterior features to interior amenities. He was so patient with our questions and it really helped us pick out the exact camper that fit our family. Financing was easy and Travis made sure we got the payment we needed. But buying our trailer was just the start... When we went to take possession of our camper a couple of days later, not only was it clean and ready to roll, the staff bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable, and more importantly SAFE, with our purchase. Mac spent over an hour with me personally, reviewing how EVERYTHING on our trailer worked. That man knows campers! He and Brian in parts put together a bunch of the little things that we needed to complete the package. Meanwhile Derek W. got my truck dialed in with a new electronic brake controller and anti-sway, weight distribution hitch. It makes all the difference to have the professionals set it up. Derek even took a couple of turns around the parking lot to make sure everything was perfect. I was able to pull the trailer with no problems. So my family and I were on a 10 day road trip from Montana to Arkansas then on to Colorado. We stopped for the night in Albuquerque and when we went to set up our camper for the night we noticed the back corner of the RV was sagging. After a little look around we saw that the metal frame underneath was broken. The next morning we pulled into Rocky Mountain Rv at 8 o’clock and by 5 that evening we were on the road again with a new RV!! We are from out of town and arrived with a broken window on our class B camper. Dave, Michelle and the entire crew at Rocky Mountain RV & Marine took the time to figure out what was wrong and took action to make sure we could make it home to NC without further damage. We just purchased our second RV from Rick Hipp at Rocky Mountain yesterday and we enjoyed the same easy going process as the first time. Rick has a no pressure way of getting you dialed in to the RV that best fits your needs while negotiating a fair price. Upon picking up our RV, we walked through the orientation with Allen covering all operations, functions and accessories our new RV has to offer. While Allen is very professional we had a lot of fun too. Nolan installed our hitch, checked our truck for proper electrical connections and adjusted the brakes. He showed us how to connect/disconnect everything in great detail. I have to mention Travis from the finance office as he not only made our second purchase seamless, he helped us with all of your insurance needs over the past couple months as our previous RV was totaled due to hail damage. Travis helped us through the total loss process including areas he was not responsible for but has great knowledge of and pointed me in the right direction. Also, Margie from the service department is always there for us when issues arise and our Forever Warranty gets used.Thank you RMRV!!!!

I undertook a repair job on a fifth wheel recently. It had been ripped open down its right side and also took out the main door as well as the interior bedroom door, jamb and paneling. Eddie and the staff in parts and service were a great help in getting me the parts and advice I needed to make the repairs. Couldnt have done it without them, thank you all very very much!

It took me a super long time to find a place that could and would special order a grey tank for my vintage airstream rebuild. The service department was incredibly accommodating and helpful. My wife and I were impressed from the first call to our departure with our 1995 Lance. Dale, our salesman, was clear and helpful, negotiating a great deal for us, while making strong recommendations for the features we should have. When we came in unannounced, Dale was with another customer, but the team jumped in and took great care of us, with Dale followed up later. The Lance 1995 came in within the date range projected, and we were kept informed throughout. The walk through was well done and after signing the paperwork, Mac had a counter full of items, he had specifically recommended for our Lance. We choose what we wanted, with no pressure. This was very helpful. Every person we met was helpful and pleasant. We love the lifetime warranty with required annual inspection, gives us comfort. They made buying an RV a great and pleasant experience with a feeling that we have a team ready to support us long term support, for an ongoing great experience. Rocky Mountain RV has just began selling the Alliance RV.After the purchase she has still went above and beyond as we had a problem with the service department, but because of Denise, the sales manager Scott and the receptionist they were able to get me in contact with the service manager, Bob who scheduled the needed adustment to the slide the next day.The sales department, parts department and the front desk receptionist are great, very friendly and helpful. High level of customer service. We bought from another dealer because they didnt carry the model we wanted however they scheduled us timely to get some minor warranty work complete, explained to us what happened and how they fixed it.

During our trip from Tennessee to Phoenix we had a running gear problem on our camper which caused a blow out on the opposite side. This cause some damage to both sides of the camper. We were about 20 miles outside Albuquerque and had it towed to Rocky Mountain RV. Even though we 1400 miles from home the staff made use feel right at home. This was late Sunday afternoon but on Monday morning they were all over accessing the problem and developing a game plan for the repairs. We continued our route to Phoenix but they keep me informed along the way. Real class A service. The parts, repairs, and transportation back to Tennessee took about month. During this time they kept us up to speed, from receiving the parts to the pick up of the camper for transportation back home. Well the camper is home now, arrived 05-02-21, and it looks amazing. In my opinion, the repairs look as good, if not better than it came the factory. I was just blown away at how well the repairs looked. I must send out a huge shout out to Gary and Bob as they took great care of our camper, inside and out. GREAT JOB!!!! I would like to send a shoutout to the rest of the staff as well for helping to make us feel at home. If you are ever in Albuquerque and need some repairs I would HIGHLY recommend Rocky Mountain RV. We bought our first trailer from Dale @ Rocky Mountain this year. The whole process was painless and they make it enjoyable. Unfortunately our trailer had issues before its first adventure and due to covid and the nature of the issue we had to take to a local trailer repair that was not within the warranty network. The team at Rocky worked with us and made sure everything was made right. Very happy with their customer service.

My husband and I went to Rocky Mtn. RV & Marine to look for a camper, we did not know what kind we wanted as yet and needed guidance and knowledge on the different kinds of campers there are and Denise “Hot Dog” Hipp (Sales) was there to help us. She made the right customer service suggestions and her professionalism guided us to our need to what we would be happy with. We were not ready to make a purchase yet and came back and asked for Denise again and was really happy with her service again as she took our offer back to Joseph and again after some discussion everything came together without a hitch. Next, we made our way back to parts and Jared helped us with what we needed, also very knowledgeable and made all the right recommendations we were amazed at his wealth of knowledge of what we needed for our camper, then Derek in maintenance was needed to make some quick changes to our truck to be able to haul the camper and his knowledge and suggestions were invaluable as we made some decisions regarding safety issues with our truck and the camper. He efficiently made the changes and we were both pleased with the outcome. Lastly, David helped us with the loading of the truck camper without his assistance it wouldn’t have come together. This team of professional people helped us make our first purchase of a camper an enjoyable one and I highly recommend them all to you, Denise (Sales), Joseph (Finance), Jared (Parts), Derek (Maintenance), and David (Loading).

Just a quick note to praise Eddy at RMRV&Marine Parts/Service for going above and beyond to help me redeem my Optima battery warranty. I didnt buy the battery at Rocky Mountain RV, but he helped me (try to) charge it and loop in Interstate Batteries to convince them of the problem and bring a new one and take back the old one and deal with all the administrative headaches. We went to numerous RV dealers in town and experienced some awful salesmen (Albuquerque RV do NOT go there). At Rocky Mountain, we never felt pressured into anything. We also encountered Dale from Rocky Mountain during our second trip there and he answering any questions we had and helped us determine which RV was perfect for us. When we went to pick up our RV, Alan from service was so nice and passionate about teaching us all we needed to know about our travel trailer. Micah was a fantastic salesman. My wife and I must have made close to 10 visits, looking at various trailers, and oftentimes the same ones, while trying to decide which would suit us best for our 1st travel trailer. Every person there is more than happy to help you, and is sincere about it. In fact, our salesman, Micah, and the manager, Scott, come up and say hi every time they see me, and they ask if they can be of service; they also tell me not to hesitate if I need help or have any questions. They really do treat you like family. Their customer service is second to none, and they are the complete opposite of that big RV dealer on the west side of town (initials are CW), which offers, in my good friends words, a taillight guarantee. In other words... once they see your taillights driving off, they no longer want to hear from you. Rocky Mountain is the complete opposite of that. Theyve made a lifetime customer of me, and I recommend them with highest regards.

On a massive road trip in a brand new camper and the bolts from the squirrel cage came undone and start grinding our air conditioner to bits from within (we found this out afterwards). Big thanks to Margie and Steve who were able to fit us in and fix us up in no time and save our trip in this heat.

Placed an order for a new RV here. Drove 4 hours because they had great reviews and were known for taking care of their customers. Our salesman was extremely kind and helpful go so far as to entertain our toddler son while we were taking care of paperwork. Were the first to order this RV from them, so well see how everything shakes out upon delivery, but if they keep up the contact and good natured business, then I will be very happy. Will update review if my opinion changes upon completion of the sale.

When you have your camper there for the yearly warranty for repairs and what not... for 5 months and things dont get done, youd be upset to. And dont use the covid excuse... I understand you were waiting for 1 part to come in but all other things could have got replaced, or repaired! So there you have it!!! Im not making excuses... making payments for something we cant even use... and bring it back and well get it next time. And your ladies that work service are RUDE!!!!
