Purchased some silicone plugs from here in 1. When I went to put them in, they fell out. I went back and had an employee size them for me, and theyre between a 7/8 and 1 but do not fit in either. I understand that there is a no return or refund policy, but given the circumstance that the product is falsely advertised as 1 and is not.. I figured they would make an exception. The employee rudely said are you sure you are at an inch? Pretty much told me too bad. I used to love Rapture, but since their quality is going down and they dont ensure their products are as advertised, Ill be shopping elsewhere.Photo shows proper sized 1 plugs on the left in black, on the right black and pink are off sized ones. You can see that the pink fits inside the 1, while it doesnt fit into the same sized black one.

The lady who was there while i went she was extremely unprofessional and would talk to me as if i was stupid, and she kept acting like she didn’t know what she was talking about she didn’t know what an 18 gauge ring was and was very rude.

I spent too much money here to have one of my jewelry break and the other two be different sizes??? I was assured that it was high quality and that they were all a guage 14. I want what I paid for!!!!! They have lost me as a customer.

Great customer service and nice prices

I bought a set of 0g tunnels a week ago. I finally sized up today from a 2g-0g then I got the tunnels and was going to slide them through but they wouldnt go through. Thats because they sold me 00g tunnels! My ears hurt crazy right now and my tapers are to heavy, how could 00g tunnels be mixed with the 0g. I wish they had a phone number, I want to return them for the correct size but I dont have the receipt.

Awful experience. Ladies that worked there were obviously getting paid on commission and played nice till you made the purchase. We walked away, realized they offered us an awful deal, then with the still sealed bag asked for a return. Keep in mind that this all took place within five minutes of initial purchase. Told us they wouldnt take a return cause it could be tampered with. Totally rude about it, not even a sorry thats just our policy. Totally unprofessional. Never go there save your money

The lady that “helped” me was very rude and unprofessional. Questions I asked were answered very briefly and without care. I paid with card, which she said I had to redo because I took it out too early. However, my account was changed twice. Will definitely not be returning and intend on getting my money back.

People were able to indulge our very idiotic questions and cluelessness, thank goodness. came out with new knowledge that we promptly forgot but the good bews is that when we go back they can still help us out because they know what the hell theyre doing !

Purchased a set of earrings that broke after 2 days and they refused to replace them. Super cheap jewlery and poor customer service policies. Beware if you make a purchase here.

Dont waste your time. I bougt wrong size gauges for my son. They were way too small and took back the next day. I spent over 40 on 2 pairs. The guy wouldnt let me exchange them for 5/8 size. He accussed us of wearing them. The bag was still sealed....pisses me off
