Super sweet staff that were helpful and patient as I changed my mind a bunch of times trying to find the right pieces for me! The staff was very informative of their pieces and thoroughly broke down the specialized pricing on the receipt. Love that I can trust them to find jewelry I’ll love!

STRAIGHT RIP OFF!!! We bought our daughters some 10k earrings and my self some black Diamond earrings paid over $500.00. They were all fake turned are ears green and the earrings faded. We tried to take them back and said the receipt was not matching their receipt when I told them to print another one out and they were the exact same!

Added a $3 warranty without asking and was very pushy. :/

Rude..... completly rude. We were trying to return a piece of jewelry that we literally bought the day before, and she responded rudely saying we cant return only exchange. Which is fine.. but then she did everything so rudely. Slammed the jewelry down.. showed us other jewelry buly talking to us as if we were children. Then I stated ok well well return it she snatched the bag and said You cant return only exchange? Like I understand but the jewelry is still being returned isnt it? And to top it all off she didnt provide me with a new receipt and ripped the policies section from the old one??? Never going back!!!

Expensive, but I thought it was a lot better than taking my girls to get their ears pierced at Claires. The earrings were higher quality which meant less chance of infection!

Awful! One of the ladies pierced my daughters ear literally where the ear lobe and face attach. I didn’t notice at first, my daughter was crying and I wanted to get out of there. I went out to the car and came right back in to show the “manager.” She is rude, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. She looks at my daughters ear and states in a very annoyed tone “hmm she must’ve moved, what do you want me to do about it? That happens.” No empathy and not one apology for their mistake. I was livid, there was no reasoning with this lady. I called multiple times to speak with her supervisor and was promised a call back, never happened.Go somewhere else!
