My sales consultant Amy Smith was very professional and knowledgeable from the very first phone conversation. She made the whole experience very pleasant from beginning to end. Even her colleagues were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Audi of Alb. to anyone looking to buy a new car, and look forward to purchasing from there in the future.
Every time I go to Audi it is a great experience, they really know how to turn up the service. I love my Audi and was the first time it needed out of warranty repair. I was provided with a courtesy vehicle, and Ralph my service consultant was great as always & kept me in the loop as deemed necessary. I recommend their vehicles and cannot say enough of the top notch customer service.
On a mission to purchase a new car I was so fortunate to meet up with my amazing salesperson Gayle Olsen. Gayle was so thorough and relentless in offering me options to get me exactly what I wanted. With each question she asked I truly felt that she was fine tuning what vehicle would be best for me. She worked really hard looking on the back lot for new arrivals and even searching her contacts for vehicles that may be coming in on trade. Her attention to detail was unmatched and never have I had anyone spend the amount of time on me that she did. She made sure we stayed cool and offered drinks between every test drive!!!! On the 2nd or 3rd day I was there she was with another customer and she had a colleague of hers-David help me. David was super knowledgeable about the features of the Audi I was looking at. I honestly cant say enough good things about this dealership and really about Gayle, she is a SUPERSTAR!!!!!
We were dreading the car-buying experience, but Audi of Albuquerque turned out to be a very pleasant place to do business. At no time did we feel any pressure, and our salesman, Sam Cherri, was very courteous and knowledgable. Were hoping to make our new Q5 last 15 years, but should we need to purchase another vehicle before then, I would not hesitate to return to this dealer.
I’ve been see their ads during the baseball games (sharp suit!) and it inspired me to leave a review here. I know, I’m living the high life. Anyways… I didn’t buy a new car. I didn’t even buy an Audi. I did buy a u… sorry, a pre-owned car nearly three years ago. My experience pre and post purchase was second to none. Pleasant all-around. I loved the courtesy calls asking how my vehicle has been running. I like my Asian cars.
I went to Audi Porsche Albuquerque to see if I can charge up my Fiat 500e. The sales people was very nice. I even got to test drive a Taycan Porsche which is a fully electric vehicle. The Porsche had a very smooth ride. If I have the money I would buy a car from Audi Porsche Albuquerque.
Same posting for Porsche. Porsche is my car and Audi was the loaner.Never getting my car serviced here again.I scheduled a servicing a month out because I needed a loaner car. I pay $500 (3x more than Hans Wittler charges for the same service) because I expect good customer service. I showed up thinking I would drop off my car and get the loaner and zip out like I have in the past. Instead for the loaner they asked for license, credit card, and insurance. I presented my insurance which has full comprehensive. This wasnt good enough, so I had to dig into my policy to show them I was covered for the loaner. I showed them the language and it still wasnt good enough. They wanted me to call my insurance company and get an agent to prove to them the loaner would be covered (which, by the way, my Panamera is 4x the cost compared to their used A3). The insurance company was backed up with a 10 minute hold. At that point I asked for my car back and left to Hans. They were able to get me scheduled and the work done for 1/3 the cost. I paid the Porsche Premium for customer service and instead I was given customer abuse.
I’ve now experienced audi Albuquerque from a service and sales perspective; and as long as they maintain the caliber of customer service I’ve experienced thus far, I’ll continue to do business with them indefinitely.
Recently purchased a 2021 Audi from Audi of Albuquerque. Our salesperson, David Sierra, was incredible! Made the experience of purchasing enjoyable! Would definitely recommend David and Audi of Albuquerque!

The service department tends to up sell you, and they provide inaccurate information. My mother was informed that her Audi A4 2014 take 6 quarts of oil. They go by what the Audi “book”. After reviewing her owners manual it called for 4.9 quarts of oil. Honestly they overprice everything there at the service department because of the fact that they are the only Audi dealerships in New Mexico. An oil change for an Audi A4 2014 is $140.00ish after taxes at Audi of Albuquerque. Called the Denver Audi and it was $110.00 after taxes. Honestly if you have the ability and wanna get out of New Mexico for a weekend trip and take advantage of Colorado’s beautiful mountains just save your money and go to Denver! Sure you may spend the money saved on gas, but at least you’ll be given correct information, plus the ability to take a adventure. In addition to that whenever my mother went in to get an oil change the first time they informed her that we are the only people in New Mexico to be able to reset the service interval reminder indicator. Did some digging around and was able to find another place that could reset it, and didn’t charge an unreasonable price to do so. Bottom line this Audi dealership is charging more than a more populated area would such as Denver and Austin. I would avoid doing anything other than a routine oil change at Audi of Albuquerque based off of my personal experiences and my mother’s experiences. This review is just a suggestion, and your person experiences may vary depending on weather you are willing to not actually do your own research before going in and just accept whatever they are telling and hope it’s the truth.
I left my Q5 for repairs in the morning. When we went to pick it up at 4pm, my wife’s purse was missing. An unauthorized charge was made to our credit card that morning as well. They said they couldn’t be held responsible because they their subcontractor does the work. Really?Is this the kind of dealership you want to be tied to for the warranty of your car? Think hard about this.
What a great car! I bought an A3 Sportsback and it is one of the funnest cars Ive ever owned! Gale, my salesperson, was so helpful, I would have been lost but she found exactly what I was looking for without having to test drive a ton of cars (though I did get to try an A6 and that drove like a dream too!) Overall, my experience at Audi was great and Gale and her team helped make the experience easy and enjoyable.

I left my Audi Q5 for repair. After a month, they informed me my Q5 is ready for pick up after a month and billed me $1287. I drove myself in one way rented car from Los Angeles to Albuquerque since I am working in LA. When I arrived they said sorry something came up and the car is not ready and billed me $3000+ asked for 20 days more, and after another 30 days still the car is not fixed yet and they are asking for $2500 more on top of $3000 to fix with no guarantee if they can fix it. On top of that, for 32 days, they didnt respond to any of my emails and just told me that their server was down! Horrible services I wasted uncounted precious time of mine, they are not even worth single star, just bunch of liars who do not know how to do a business.
Rather than use this dealer, i have driven to denver and to phoenix to have my audi q5 and my porsche panamera serviced.I had a poor buying experience and was repeatedly lied to by salesman.Salesman, Terry, didnt make good on promises.Dealer didnt respond to feedback.Life is too short to deal with unprofessionals. Go anywhere else to buy your car. Wish i had. You will be glad you did.
Our salesman Randy Perez was wonderful. He answered all of our questions and was very respectful. I am a first time car buyer and he was patient and didn’t over pressure me. What a breath of fresh air! The manager at the dealership was also great.
My family has been a very loyal customer of Audi for many decades. Recently, we had an extremely horrible experience with Service manager Ben Dackiewicz at this Audi dealership.After 5 months of constant back and forth, they refused to fix the car and left us hanging in the middle of the repair with the Check Engine light still on. Following is the summary of what happened from start to finish.Summary:In Sept, I purchased Audi Q5 Dallas Tx. After buying the car, its engine started smoking out after driving it for 10 miles due to coolant leakage on our way to our hometown Albuquerque.There was an excellent mechanic in Dallas who fixed the car for $2000, but he couldnt get rid of the Check Engine light, Then we drove it all the way from Dallas to Albuquerque. The car was working very beautifully, but we still needed to fix the check engine light.We brought the car to the Audi showroom somewhere in October 2020, and they told me there would be a $285 something charge to diagnose the actual problem. I agreed to the charge and gave them all the previous repair paperwork.After 2 weeks, I got a call that it may need $2000 of repair to get rid of the check engine light. After some discussion with my wife, I agreed to pay $2000 if they can assure the check engine light will be gone since it has been the only problem.After more than a month, they told me that the car is ready for pick up and it is fully fixed. I work in Los Angeles, so I applied for 1 days leave and rented a one-way vehicle to pick up my car(1 way since I had to pick up the car and bring it back with me). After getting there in Albuquerque, they told me the car is not ready, and something came up.Then they quoted me a total of $2700 to fix the check engine light. I agreed, and Ralph assured me that the check engine light would be gone.After almost a month when I didnt hear from them, I sent several emails, but none of my emails were responded to, and later they told me they had a server down for over a month, and I believe their down server couldnt be at the cost of customers time!After a month, they told me they couldnt get rid of the check engine light, and I need to spend $500 on top of $2700 to get rid of the check engine light. I went to meet them in person. They told me they would give me $300 credit.On March 17th, they are refusing to add the $300 credit and refusing to fix my car any further, stating that they had offered only $100 credit that too towards further repair. and they have wasted a lot of my time. And they told me they are not obligated to fix my car. After keeping patience, but when they backed off from their words, I had to be rude to them and ask for their manager. But they are refusing to connect me to anyone!.I really dont care about my car anymore, but the way Ben Dackiewicz has treated me and my wife with lies is horrible.
Horrible place to service your car!!! They will initially give you an estimate of $2000 but when you are half way fixing your car they will give you a surprise quotes of $8900+ plus
Broke down in Albuquerque and the Service Department went above and beyond got us in on a Saturday shorthanded and was able to get us back on the road in hours...Please use this business!!!

Definitely one of the better Audis Ive been to. The above section is nice if you have a guest to kill some time with and want to have a semi- private conversation. And the views when youre leaving it are some of the best in the city imo.
My experience with the Audi dealer in Albuquerque was fantastic. I drove from Santa Fe to Albuquerque to pick out a new car. I was greeted promptly when I walked into the showroom by the knowledgeable and friendly Kristen. our sales person made us feel completely at ease as she helped us find what we were looking for in a new vehicle. I am not one to leave reviews, however our sales person and car buying experience was so wonderful as we drove our A6 home that evening, we didnt stop talking about how special our sales person made us feel. in the future we will send our friends and family to Audi.

Daniel in the service department is really friendly and helpful. As well as the service manager. Today, when I was worried about my car and breaks, Daniel and his manager kindly took time to understand the problem and come to a resolution. They were clear in the diagnosis and resolution. Simple drop off and pick up service.
Ralph was very helpful when I brought my vehicle in for shifting issues. Was not asked to buy anything extra. Was shuttled to and from the dealer. Everybody I dealt with was friendly. When I left all of the problems with the transmission were resolved.i had good snacks and drinks.
Kristen was an amazing sale person. She seemed more like a guide than a hard core sales person which was highly appreciated. She demonstrated in-depth knowledge of complicated technology and was able to answer all my questions. It was the most stress free car purchase I have ever had.

As a single woman, I was not looking forward to the Salesperson experience I imagined would be the case no matter what kind of car I was considering (pushy, condescending, pressuring, etc). I wandered into the Audi dealership in Albuquerque one day, just looking at the A5. They gave me a brochure to look at. Another time they took me for test drives. I told them I didnt want to buy a car until the end of May. I changed my mind about what color I wanted. Robert Garcia, my salesperson, has the most amazing patience, attitude, and professionalism that you could ever hope for. One day, I think it was my 4th visit, he came up with the perfect combination of the perfect model at the perfect price.I wound up driving home with a new car quite unexpectedly (a model and deal I just couldnt turn down). The finance dept continued with the same model of patience, attitude and professionalism that made the whole process as carefree and easy as anyone could imagine.Because the technology on my new car is so vast and new to me, I continue to have conversations with Robert 2-3 times a week about how do I do this or that and he continues to have the patience of a saint (in addition to being extremely knowledgeable about all things Audi).I recommend this dealership very highly. They seem to have corrected most of the previous operation errors that were hindering their quality of service. We have gotten service here for ten years. We even bought our last A4 here. The service used to be great. Great folks, relaxed approach. Quality work. At every turn, they recognized the value of maintaining customer relationships over the value of a buck.I don’t know what has happened to this company, but none of these things is true any more. We will never, ever be returning to Audi ABQ. I recommend that you do not, either.We brought it in for a repair THEY DID NOT DO. But they still charged us $600. For service that they did not do. After ten years of service on three separate Audis. They decided that those $600 were worth the end of a long relationship.Again, do not go here. You will regret it.

I saw the Yellow SQ5 sitting in the front not row on my way to work one day. Having viewed it several times on the lot, I couldn’t resist temptation any longer and knew it had to be mine!! You pay 55000.00 for a nice luxury car and your brakes grind almost since the beginning. We have brought the car in several times to the service dept. We keep being told there is buildup on the brakes or the brakes need to be scuffed. Dealer says they are aware of the problem but Audi has not come up with a solution. This is the first and LAST audi we will ever buy.

I went to look at a Mercedes. The salesman, Claude Ferebee, was very friendly and helpful. He took me and my daughter for a test drive, explained everything about the car (he was very knowledgeable) and yet, in the end, to my surprise, I actually didnt like it. The dealership also has an Audi side. So I told Claude Id like to come back and look at an Audi.In the end, I bought a used 2016 Audi Q3. By the time we finished my sale, it was very late, so we didnt have time do go over all the features. I went in for shoulder surgery two days after buying the car and Claude even offered to come to my house to explain features to me. I was recovering and too tired to do that, but he was very thoughtful to offer.Later, after I was able to drive again, I went back in. Claude was busy with a customer, bur Jesse Baca helped me. He sat with me in the car for close to an hour answering questions and going over features.My experience with this dealership was really exceptional. I feel that I was well cared for and the staff was very helpful and considerate.
I was driving past New Mexico during my road trip from Canada. My Q5 was suffering from a bit of engine misfire. I dropped in on Saturday for diagnosis and David expedited the repair and got it done in an hour, all under warranty. I would like to thank this dealership for their help.

This guys are a ripoff!!!Took in my car to get a simple diagnostics and the gave me a $640 dollar bill just to tell me is was a defective headlight and low fuel pressure(Marcus Macias) was the service advisor do not deal with this thug. General Manager never called me back about this issue either!(If I could I will put up a picture of the service receipt)

Shopping for a car can be overwhelming, often because of overbearing and pushy salespeople. This is not the case at Audi Albuquerque! The showroom is calm and its easy to feel at home taking your time to check out everything thats available. The sales team is friendly and while clearly passionate about the cars they offer, they make shopping there a downright pleasant experience. Sometimes car sales teams have an us vs. them mentality when it comes to their knowledge vs. the customers, but the team at Audi Albuquerque genuinely loves to answer questions, no matter how simple - they just want to impart knowledge that will help you make an informed choice. Great car-shopping experience -- highly recommended!
I found myself suddenly and reluctantly in the market for a car after another driver ran a stop sign and totaled my beloved old steed. The Mercedes dealership had a make and model I was interested in so I visited. Their sales representatives were busy so Jesse Baca was called over from the Audi store. Jesse was unfailingly courteous, friendly and professional throughout even when some issues arose that had to be worked through and even when, for a brief time, it appeared as though we might not be able to reach agreement. Jesses positive demeanor remained constant as we worked through those issues and reached a deal. It is easy to be friendly and professional when things are going well; perhaps not so easy when things arent going so well. Jesses professionalism and good nature carried through the entire process. I highly recommend Jesse to anyone in the market for a quality new or used car.
I wish there were enough stars to explain how awesome this place is! I was introduced to Audi Albuquerque due to an unfortunate experience with my newly purchased Audi (from a different dealership). My Q7 had to be towed there and once I got there I was absolutely blown away by this dealership! I mainly dealt with the service department and PJ (the Service Manager) made me feel at ease while being honest and giving me my options about my car. My Tech, Antonio, was very detailed and took his time explaining the details of my car. Marcus was also great at keeping me informed of the progress on my car. I have NEVER been to a service department like this one. They went WAY OVER AND BEYOND the expectation and even checked in with me a few days after I left the dealership to assure all was still well. PJ, you ROCK and so does your staff!! I will never go anywhere else!!! Thank you!!!
