I recently took my Kia Forte vehicle in for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised with the courtesy of all the staff and with service manager Brice. The waiting area is clean and has all the amenities you could possibly want. I enjoy the extra perk of having my car vacuumed and the exterior washed.

Just bought a Sorento from Paola and Eddy. They are amazing!! Paola listened to what I wanted and let me know as soon as something came in and she knew I would love it! It was still wrapped when I came in. Service was amazing. Eddy made sure to have everything done in a timely manner as I bought a car that wasn’t even ready yet. They went above and beyond. Loved the manager she was super sweet and really had my best interest. Can’t recommend them enough! I got an amazing deal! The car is everything I wanted and BELOW budget. Thank you thank you.

Thank you to Reve and Tim for going WAY out of their way to help during an emergency. Their professionalism and understanding is greatly appreciated. My daughter had an issue with her key stuck in the door. Sounds simple, but this is her only transportation and she lives 40 miles out of town. The employees worked quickly to ensure she could have her vehicle and the price was definitely right. We are a 3 Kia family and will do all of our business here in the future. Highly recommend!

I took the car in for a software upgrade. I was greeted very courteously. I had received timely text notices reminding me of my appointment. Almost as soon as I had left the car, a technician started vacuuming the inside. After a short while of looking at cars in their showroom, a technician came and got me and said that the upgrade had been accomplished by the previous owners. They offered to wash the car before returning it to me. They were very nice to deal with.

I purchased a vehicle from here and had nothing but problems to the point I was going to stop the purchase. John Black then came to the rescue he saved the sell from falling through, got the vehicle financing approved, and went the extra mile for us. He was the most helpful and friendly out of all of the employees we dealt with. If it was not for him I would not have purchased the car and would have spread the word of how horrible this dealer was. The best employee they have and the best person that I had dealt with out of the 5-6 dealerships I had dealt with looking for car.

Before today I have had nothing but great experiences at the Kia service department. I went in today because I was having a problem with a battery for my key fob. I had a suspicion that I have been sold defective batteries at an auto shop in Taos this past weekend. The guy in the service department basically told me that I shouldn’t have shown up without an appointment. I told him that all I needed was for them to open up the key fob so that I could check the battery. He seemed very put out and told me that I would have to wait for several hours for someone to help me with my key fob. Just needed them to open it up.I didn’t want to take the chance of breaking my key fob. AutoZone was happy to help me. Turned out the batteries were bad, so they ended up making money off of me for helping me. Let Amon know the customer service is key. The only reason you got two stars was because the woman that I talked to when I called to get his name was so super sweet.

My car buying experience at Fiesta Kia was fast, easy, and overall a very enjoyable experience. Ralph Navarro, the salesperson I worked with, was friendly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the entire process was stress free. Once the vehicle I was looking for arrived at the dealership, Mr. Navarro, notified me immediately, walked me through all of the cars features, helped set up UVO Link, and made sure I was comfortable while awaiting the finance process. The very next day, Mr. Navarro contacted me to make sure I was pleased with the purchase and quickly answered any questions I had.I have purchased 3 other new vehicles (at different dealerships) and the no pressure atmosphere at Fiesta Kia, along with Ralphs enthusiasm and knowledge of the vehicles made for one of the best car buying experiences I have had.

I love My Kia’s!! I’ve been with the same car brand for 5+ years!!! If you’re thinking about the brand or a car that is Kia then stop altogether & head down to Fiesta Kia & ask for Ray Ruiz!!! They have amazing selections from Sport sedans from all the way down to just a daily driver car! I really get the best service on my vehicles & the best service in general. I recently visited Fiesta Kia to have my oil changed. Scheduling was easy and within a two week period. Jaime the service coordinator was very nice and gave me the time estimate. I asked that brakes and tires be checked and even though that extended the service time they found my brake pads needed changing. Jaime showed me a sample of my pads snd explained why they needed changing . Even with the extended wait I’m so glad I completed the service recommendations. They even rotated my tires so I could get the maximum wear from them. Thank you Kia staff.

Fiesta Kia is a very professional dealership. Mike Embry is professional and courteous and kept me abreast of my vehicle purchase status for the past four months. He was also extremely knowledgeable of the entire vehicle functionality and explained everything to me on the date of purchase. Ray Ruiz was also very courteous, friendly and professional. Cannot recommend them as friendly and informative provider of car servicing.they did not remind me of my car maintenance plan needs even though I was 200 days overdue for oil change! Certainly not worth the $450 I paid for the plan, as a senior. Will not renew.

I originally gave a 5 star review back in 2017 when I bought my 2017 Kia Soul and now with my 2021 Kia Soul I am giving the same 5 star review! I love this place and Kia has worked with me with whatever I need. Erin Montoya worked wonders with getting me a lower interest rate and lower monthly payments from my 2017 Soul, but instead got me in a new Soul for what I wanted my monthly payments at! Everyone I have encountered at Fiesta Kia has been awesome. Great costumer service from sales woman Paola. Thank you Erin and Paola for all your help! Ray Padilla, the salesman I dealt with went above and beyond to work out a deal for me without putting any pressure on me whatsoever. I appreciated that very much, since I felt enormous pressure at a couple of other dealerships in the Albuquerque area. He was super knowledgeable about the vehicle and really tech-savvy, which helped me understand some of the vehicles features, because I am not very tech-savvy. The general manager also went above and beyond to accommodate some unusual requests that I presented. All-in-all, dealing with Fiesta Kia was a great experience.

1 star = because the Service Department never answer their phones, and when you leave a voice message you have about a 35 percent chance that they will get back to you.Service Advisor Kim has a complete disconnect when it comes to communication with his customers. It took him four days to respond to a voicemail and multiple text messages and his excuse was I dont call customers on my days off. Which is a shame because it would be nice to know the current status of my vehicle. It takes about 3 minutes of your time to call a customer to give them updates. This is something you should do every night before going home. When you have customers spending thousands of dollars they deserve to know the current status of their vehicle daily. I mean how hard is it to send a text message?I gave them two stars though because they actually ended up completing the work within 3 weeks. It just comes down to communication. I never seen a service department ran so poorly. I dont understand why you dont have someone answering the phone and taking messages.But after looking at the other reviews, this is a huge problem and I recommend them fixing it as soon as possible if they want their customers to come back. I will using Pitre Kia next time to see if they are any better.Thank you for reading.

Not impressed. Try to call and get put through to a call center, but when you go in, the parts and service guys are behind their counters letting the phone ring. My Kia Soul was vandalized and went in to have the ignition lock replaced. When I went to pick it up I was disappointed to find that they hadnt bothered to vacuum up the shards of broken glass that covered the seat and floor. I wrote a detailed letter to the General Manager but got no response.

I love how patient they are with impatient clients, my 2011 kia optima was on a recall recently but Tim Irby took care of me now my car is in tip top shape. I purchased a new vehicle at Fiesta Kia on April 25th that I had ordered back in February and had a fantastic experience. I worked with Raymond Padilla as my primary POC and Erin Montoya to close out the financing and sale. Raymond was excellent and immediately handled all of my questions during that entire period with patience and professionalism. Erin did an exceptional job of explaining all of the key details and every issue that would affect my final pricing. I never felt that I was being sold on anything and was always left feeling like I was fully in charge of the entire transaction. The dealership environment was low stress/low pressure and everyone treated me with courtesy and respect. At no point did I feel like I was not being heard by the sales team. The entire process was completed in less than three hours and I was driving my new vehicle home. This was the fastest and lowest hassle buying experience that I have ever had. I will definitely be back with my future business and I hope to be able to work with the same great people.

Ive been doing my oil changes here since I bought kia Sedona 2016. I brought two filters to be put on. They have always done this for me when I did my oil change. Never had problems. Now under new management. They want to charge me to put them on. Im under budget and on disability. What ever happened to customer service. 😥😥😥

When Fiesta first purchased Kia from Garcia I was unsatisfied with service. I felt as though customer services dropped so I went elsewhere. I recently went back because I did not want to make the commute I was just for an oil change. Upon returning to Fiesta in the new building the personnel there were more outgoing and inviting into the building. I would like to thank them for such great service. I understand that services can become overwhelmed at times and with that my only complaint is I wish they were a little more on top of giving status updates on services. Yes I could have called and asked myself but I was particularly busy when I had my services done.

Unwilling and unhelpful customer service Ive ever had. My engine blew due to a safety recall I was told they couldnt do anything about it because I never received the recall information in the mail . Was told to call kia at their 1-800 number I did that and Kia referred me back to a local dealership saying I shouldve never been turned away that a certified Kia macanhic needed to run the dinostics on it for me! If it was an engine failure recall even if I didnt receive correspondence in the mail. So I called Pitre Kia they communicated the same thing as KIA 1-800 to bring it to them and they can get me taken care of!!!. It took me 3 days to resolve this and 2 mins with Pitre Kia. Customer service is key people thats all I wanted was help! Not the runaround.

Cant recommend this place enough. We’re on a road trip and had car troubles on the highway. I recently perches a Kia seltos the small SUV is fine it runs grate I got it brand new but this car was definitely not for me. I have a 1 year old and another on the way. I am 5’ 7’’ when we have my son in the car my knees are jammed to the front of the car. Being pregnant this definitely was not comfortable but I thought maybe I could live with it. But another car seat then would have to go behind the drivers seat and this also would be uncomfortable I also don’t think this would be safe for any passenger sitting in the front seats. When buying the car I told the sales person what I needed and he kept assuring me this would be enough space and I believed him.I was at the dealership for 6 hours waiting for them to finish processing everything this was a long long long process definitely not grate costumer service. The gentleman in finance was Gimmicky and annoying. This is not the first brand new car I have perched and I definitely didn’t feel this way with the last car I purchasedMy children will be in the car seats for the next 3 years at least and I decided that I could not live like this so I went to go see if there was a part so that we could add to slide the back seat back. there is not. I was told I would have to have it made. So I decided to trade in the car for a larger one. I ended up deciding that the Sernto was the best car for me. I lost about 10,000 on this trade in. I completely understand but I wish that they had let me test drive and run the numbers and not tell me that there would be enough space for my needs with the first car.I asked Kias finance if they could give me 90 days till my first payment as I’m about to go on maternity leave they said no there is nothing they could do, my last car was also financed through them and I wasn’t asking for a discount, only some understanding. They didn’t listen to my concerns or seem to care whatsoever. I’m not the complaining type and I truly didn’t feel safe or comfortable in the smaller car so I felt it was Necessary to make the change. The only reason why I went back to this dealership is because this is where the problem started and I was hoping that it would be remedied in some way.The last straw was when I was in finance and the promised 700 payments that I was adamant about jumped to over 800.I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone.

I made an appointment with Kia Fiesta in Lomas and Louisiana. Tuesday 8/18/2020 1:00 PM to replace the air bag sensor. Since 2016 and 2017 this car already had this problem, check the A / C that does not cool and the front wheels that are making a noise. My car is under warranty by the agency. Two hours later Jaime Borunda Service Advisor calls me to tell me that the car cannot be driven because a part had to be bought and it took two days. They broke the car and then they left me without a car for 3 days without my authorization. Jaime Borunda told me Im sorry I dont have a car to lend and thats not my problem bye bye and he hung up the phone (rude). Three days later he calls me to tell me that the car repair is out of warranty. Well, if the mechanic says that everything is out of warranty, nobody knows the truth about the parts that they break, nobody knows because they are not professionals. They made a diagnosis to the car of recommended services for more than 1600 dollars that did not cover the guarantee (THERE IS NO WARRANTY IN KIA DO NOT BUY THIS CAR)An air filter is worth 18 dollars in the market and they charged me up to 80 dollars for the service. Finally when I looked for the car 3 days later it was dirty dirty inside full of dirt and the car seats full of grease from the mechanic. The Mode Drive button didnt work because they broke it. I immediately notified Jaime Borunda and he went to see the mechanic and the mechanic told him that he doesnt know anything. They just told me that they could give me another appointment to see if it was under warranty. Please 3 days without a car and more appointments? if you break my car? is incredible. Jaime told me that he didnt know anything about that, so dont go to this place. I put 1 star because there is no zero. I see many 5-star comments just wait to need a service or repair a part and you will know what it feels like. I finally went home with a broken car.

The sales lady was nice. The sales manager rude, demeaning and a control freak. You can get more bees with honey. I went back to other KIA dealership a got 4200K more for my trade. Maybe that manager was having a bad day. Maybe he needs customer training. Maybe hes just in the wrong career?

They have very poor customer service as far as anyone calling you back. No one called me that my license plate was in. I left several messages for the service department to call me so I can make an appointment. That happened twice. Once you get a vehicle from them and if you need any kind of service done dont expect a phone call back.

How about a real person???So I have been complaining about an artificial intelligence by the name of Erin Montoya not returning e-mails or phone calls, because getting a request to complete a survey via email would make the customer think it was coming from the service person who was assisting you. Fiesta Kia thought that it was a good idea for an artificial intelligence to send out an email to customers would make it more personal feeling for customers?So I posted this review a few weeks ago and should have waited. I have left several voice messages and email message waiting on a part for our Kia Sedona and was told it would be in a few days a common curtesy is to call the customer back and explain. No one answer s the phone at Fiesta just like Pitre. Not sure what is going on with KIA but they are sure dropping the ball. This is no deference from Pitre. Now I go back and give it 1 star.As a former Pitre Kia customer I want to say Fiesta Kia has so far taken care of me. Mr. Erin Montoya who was service person at Fiesta did an outstanding job of communicating and listening to my concerns.

Update: Don’t leave this place without EVERYTHING IN HAND!my experience has taken a complete 180 and I’m still shocked at how drastically everything has changed. WOW- was I just so wrong about how my business mattered. My money mattered- I know that much now! But that’s about it. Post having my vehicle I have had nothing but trouble with several things. #1) I returned some sidesteps that I did not want- 4 months later I STILL don’t have a refund of my $800. I have gone through Rave- The GM not contacting me back, Joshua, and now John Black. I’ve spoken with 3 different people swearing to get to the bottom of it/ only to hear nothing back. #2 I purchased a service contract that took me 3 months to get the terms and conditions printed and given to me. Took my money very fast when I agreed to purchase- but then only to be blown smoke on the conditions or clarification on what it actually covers! #3) now my brand new car is going haywire with the locks- only to not be able to get ahold of the service department. I’m at a loss. I would stay away from here if you can.I’m obsessed with my new Telluride thanks to Fiesta Kia. Honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Eddy, Lauren, Rave, and Erin all were lively, attentive and extremely informative the entire time. They are allstars! They even helped me entertain my 2 yo since we were there for long time. I’ve never had such a fluid introduction to a vehicle and felt like my business mattered to them even though I had pre-ordered my Telly. Pretty sure they’ve earned a customer for life.

If they would’ve actually did my service correct it would be 5 stars but I had an appointment setup and I arrived on time. The appointment is basic car maintenance oil change, tire rotation, etc so I waited for 1 1/2hrs and when I go to pay they literally only did an oil change. I even told the guy when I arrived I was there for routine maintenance on my car and he said ok. Even if I only needed an oil change with an appointment it shouldn’t take 1 1/2hrs that was insane. It’s the only local Kia dealership and I’m new here but I’ll have to find somewhere else to take my car because nothing went right I’m not even sure if I got an oil change since nothing else I requested was done.

Brought 2021 kia k5 GT while I was signing papers to purchase they treat u like a queen after I purchased it had to wait 3 months for license and tag whenever I would call they would just give me the run around would always tell me salesman I got car from wasnt at work when I would ask to talk to him very frustrating will never buy another car from this dealership and I love kias not anymore

I actually purchased my 2012 Kia Soul from this exact location back when it was Garcia Kia, so even after the dealership changed hands (and names), I felt loyal to this particular store. However, the Service Department has disappointed me more times than I can count -- specifically with regards to the Kia Soul Fuel Reimbursement (MPG) Program.Every time I call and ask if I can come in and have my mileage verified so my claim can be processed by corporate, I get the runaround. Either theres no one available who knows the procedure, or the person who processes the claims in their computer system is out of the office that day.Recently, on November 6, I visited the dealership and worked with a very professional young man in the Service Department (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten), and he did everything right -- verifying my odometer, my license and registration, and my contact info. He told me that his manager who processes these claims was out of the office, but that she would call me the NEXT DAY to confirm the claim was completed.That never happened.Fast forward 6 weeks, and when I logged into the KiaMPGInfo.com website -- wondering where in the heck my Kia debit card was -- I saw that my claim was NEVER PROCESSED. (It still says pending -- please visit your local Kia dealer.) I called and asked to speak with the Service Manager and was told that they were terribly busy and someone would call me back.That ALSO never happened.Fast forward another week, and I called again and spoke to a lovely young woman in Customer Service, who was patient enough to let me rant about this issue. The young lady assured me that she would mark my call as a priority, and that the Service Manager would phone me back within 24 hours.Never happened. (Sensing a theme here?)At this point, Im gonna have to write this particular dealership off and will never be going back. Ill have to visit a different location (which is way further away) and HOPE that someone over there knows how to COMMUNICATE, FOLLOW UP, and most importantly, process the darned fuel reimbursement claims -- a service which was mandated by a court of law that all Kia dealers must do for the life of the 2012 Soul.

My husband and I came in search of our first brand new car. We were helped by Diontre, he was awesome even though we came in an hour before they closed. It felt he really did want to sell a car and most of all help us. Had a great experience, felt as if we were buying a car off of a friend! Thank you guys!!!
