I would not recommend this establishment to ANYONE unless you want to get taken advantage of. The entire staff is extremely unprofessional, with one thing in mind. To sell you a vehicle that will immediately need maintenance and or major repairs. God forbid you need any documentation for future reference or repair, they flip out and yell at you like you caused the original problem.To protect yourself, stay clear of this place of so called business. They have already been reported to the BBB.

Recently purchased a 2008 Nissan Z here. The salesman disclosed its history, pointed out its strengths and weaknesses, threw me the keys and said have fun test driving. Once we agreed on couple of mechanical tweaks conditional to purchase they took it to a nearby shop even allowing me to visit work in progress so nothing was hidden. The car is a sweetheart so far and I recommend this dealership for their honesty and integrity. Make sure to meet Nathan the owner, he’s the best!

Auto Station at 6917 Lomas Avenue Albuquerque, NM is a greeat place to get a vehicle. I recently financed a vehicle over the weekend along with a down payment and they worked with me. Edward and Matt found a bank that would cooperate with me and my income so that I could drive away in one of the many trucks they have offer. They offer a very clean, welcoming, kid-friendly environment and polite staff. I was so pleased with their staff and performance, after I pay off my current vehicle I do believe I will return for another in the future :)

Not a great place to purchase your vehicle. We got our vehicle here an not even 6 months our transmission went out. Not only they didnt try to work with us they havent even point to a transmission shop. Worst dealership. Dont waste your time here. Go elsewhere.

Awful Experience! Got a car with no shocks done,low brake pads, no alignment done, tires not balanced. Oil leaks a lot after the warranty expired. No place mates inside car. No spare tire asked for one then they gave me the wrong size tire. No tools to change a tire. Ask for that and it took them days. At my inconvenience had to go back several times for them to get things fixed. The sales man didnt keep his word and would say one thing then another. He was not helpful. I will never go back and never recommend this place to anyone but my enemies.

Good luck with this place getting anything right. Get all promises in writing, notarized, record with county clerk, and watch them slink right around. Manager or owner very scarce, did not honor supposed discount with tire center, multiple return trips for VIN inspection, sign more paper, get license plates (extremely delayed). Then registration arrives with incorrect lender on paper - explanation - thats who we first told them we would be using. What ??? Dont bother with these scam artists.

Update: car was definitely in a wreck! needed new transmission and motor mounts... cost me way more than what i expected. posI bought a used vehicle from them about 2 weeks ago and they were very helpful in telling me everything about it. Great customer service! However they didnt notice an engine kill box in the car and I was stuck wondering what it was. They also claimed that there were brand new tires on my vehicle, however they all had an inch difference in diameter and I had to get them all replaced so my car wouldnt shake while driving it. All in all, very good place for a first car, but make sure to triple check everything and be willing to wait up to 3 weeks to get the title for registration.

STAY AWAYWent into auto station yesterday looking at an F150 for $19990 that was lifted claiming rear backup camera and loaded. Got into the truck and find cigeretts and lighter sitting in the center. My girlfriend finds a reciept from the fourth of july for 1 pack of smokes a lighter and a 200ml bottle of fireball. Meaning they drive this home or were out playong with it. Also there is a lobo parkibg stub from the isotopes game for the 3rd of july on the dash. OK Ill let that slide. Started looking around the truck and the engine and looked at the last oil change was at the beginning of the month. When looking at the undercarriage find black and Im talking black oil dripping from the oil filter meaning the oil was not changed just a fresh filter. As I walked around the truck the fender flairs are missing the reverse camera is missing. The tire pressure sensors are shot and is consistently showing as on the rear emblem is missing from the truck where it should say ford. This truck was a lemon I would be willing to bet it would only get me to 185k miles when it already has 180k. Beware of this place. Selling lemons.
