I dont know where to begin. This place is useless and a rip off. 2 months after getting the car i had to pay $900 to replace the compressor in my AC system. Everytime I asked to be looked at they make excuses to look at it. My sister got a car from them and the first one continuously had check engine light until the motor was no good. They did agree to replace the car but the new had a check engine light on a week after she got it. My mother is elderly and paid almost 6moths on the car and literally had to keep taking it back because of the check engine light as well. Her car was done and they told her she has to pay $3000 if she wanted to refinance another vehicle. Inwanted to refinance because the vehicle is still giving me problems a I was told to put $3000 on another vehicle as well. They gave me 2years to pay the vehicle and Im going on my 3rd year... smh. I took it in because I have problems with the AC again and he said they wouldnt be able to fix it. If you could avoid going here I would. I would give this place a negative 100 stars if I could.

Kicked off lot after purchasing vehicle because it was closing time. They posted their as is sticker over a rip in the tint so we wouldn’t notice. Didn’t give us the opportunity to inspect vehicle before driving out of their gate. Multiple issues with our vehicle. Alignment, front wheel guard ripped off, tpms monitor, tint was ripped, horn didn’t work, and rear bumper was falling off. Yes they fixed most of these issues. All but the back bumper. It just fell off on our way back from el Paso. What looks like glue was what they “fixed “ it with. When I brought it up they said the repaired it as best they could but couldn’t fix fix it. Said they used a longer screw but we found glue so. Very displeased. I’ve heard through the grape vine they don’t fix anything, let you drive off and if you bring it back for minor issues they will fix and look like the good guy. Not sure if it’s true but I’ve heard this from multiple sources and it kinda seemed true for our case. Except for the bumper because that’s too expensive for them to fix.

Worst place to buy a car!!!!!!, after one day of owning the car the engine light came on, brought it into them (Warranty) they told me it was the O2 sensor and that they fixed it but less then 5 min after leaving the dealer the light came right back on, after I brought it back they told me it was my fault and some how bottomed out my car, so the completely stopped the warranty. Then I brought it to a qualified mechanic and they said that the only way for that type of damage to happen is if they lifted the car wrong. so DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them, if I could go back and not buy the car I would!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! My fiancé and I were in the market for a new truck. After looking at other dealerships, we came across this one. Her and I told them that we were looking for a Ford or Dodge truck. They told us there was no trucks available, but continued to show us Chevy trucks. My fiancé used to work at a Ford Dealership and knows engines. The dealer that was working with us was very pushy. He told us that the trucks were great, no work needed to be done. Although my fiancé knew they were lying. After almost an hour of telling him no, my fiancé and I had to be a little rude and walk away from him. I went there once... NEVER AGAIN!

I love their customer service. Especially Frank and Victor. They were very nice and even and I’m ecstatic over my car I recently purchased. Way way way over priced used cars with high mileage. You are paying for everyones retirement if you buy at this place. They are nice and friendly but still not worth it. I know many places that have nicer cars with less miles and over $2000 in savings

They lied about everyone financed

On Wednesday night the night before Thanksgiving are vehicle was attacked by a deer it was totaled. Well my sister had purchased a vehicle from Green light Auto sales and said you got to go in and try them out they will make sure your happy. I heard her that was one of the first place we stopped. We had went to many other car dealerships greenlight Auto wasnt pushy they were there for the customer 100%. I should have just stayed and took the car we wound up going back later on that evening and we got our car thank you green light and Ryan. There is nothing I can say or do to show how thankful I am.

Great prices, but terrible quality. I visited to test drive a few vehicles and 2/3 of them didnt even make it a mile through the test drive without some mechanical issue. If youre looking for something cheap, this is youre place but if you value safety and quality then go somewhere else.

Deceptive PracticesWhen I first went to look at the vehicle, it was at the shop. They informed me that they had found a coolant leak and it we being repaired. I thought- Great, they found a problem and are fixing it on their own dime. That was late May 2016. Fast forward to end of Oct 2016. I have no heat in the vehicle. I take it to a mechanic who discovers, not only is the heater core worn out and leaking, but someone has recently bypassed it to solve the problem. That was $1,500 of repairs right there. There has been a lot of other repairs over the last 9 months that have crept up on my one at a time. I have now paid as much for repairs as I paid for the vehicle in the first place.

At first glance, the dealership was okay. Then I walked in to browse, within 30 seconds of being there, I witnessed an associate accidentally back a car into a red Audi. The associate shrugged it of and said happens all the time. Despite this, I gave the dealership benefit of the doubt and continued shopping.Most the cars were super high mileage and had very high price tags, but since my credit isnt the best I continued shopping. Until finally I found a car that was perfect for me in price and miles. So I talk to Manny, and he lets me take it for a spin. Im in heaven and return to seal the deal. Thats when it gets badIm in Mannys office and get most of my paperwork done, but the guy doesnt even know how to use their system and we have to wait for someone else to put in the information. He also lost one of my check stubs while making copies and insists I didnt give it to him. The deal process took almost three weeks and I never once got a call to give me status updates on anything. There was pending paperwork that needed to be submitted and when I came in to submit it on a day Manny requested, he wasnt even even in the office that day. So I had to come back.So after weeks of back and forth with these dudes and no phone calls to follow up with me I call them. They tell me that the price is increasing by 1K above the sale sticker price for the weekly special and insist if I want the car I must now pay the new (more expensive) weekly special sticker price. So after dealing with them for weeks and working on a deal, they up the price by one thousand dollars.Long story short is Green Light Auto Sales has terrible customer service, inflated prices, and incompetent staff. If your going to let some one rip you off, go there. I chose to not do business with them after giving them many chances. Shop elsewhere folks.

VEHICLE BREAKS DOWN EVERY OTHER MONTH OR SO. DUMPED $3500 INTO IT ALREADY. COMPANY DID NOT DISCLOSE THERE WAS A GPS IN THE VEHICLE AND REPOD IT WITHOUT NOTICE WHILE OUT OF TOWN FOR A FUNERAL. THAT WAS A FUN TRIP BACK TO NEW MEXICO.

In late January I purchased my second car here. So far, I’ve had one oil change also at greenlight service. I love my sport compact. The first car I bought here was in February of 2018 and few days later drove to see family in New Jersey. I’d driven 2000 plus miles when my car wouldn’t start.I called greenlight after calling 2 towing yards in Hackensack since my car still under warranty. When I explained to Victor that I was stranded on I-17 very busy thoroughfare 75 miles from destination he expressed genuine concern while assuring me I had no reason to be: «Don’t worry for a second Mrs. Tovanich we got this. I need to place you on hold for a moment, please? » He returned to tell me Bergen County Towing on the way and service manager was expecting me. Brian arrived in less than half hour from Bergen towing. The mechanic found bad ignition condenser—$18. But that’s not the point. Shortly after, Victor called the shop asking for me. Asked if I was okay and how I was being treated. He assured me Greenlight would cover the towing and and mechanic bill (and they did)! But what really got me and my family when I told them later... Victor apologizing twice because it would take Bergen towing an hour to obtain the part!Greenlight has earned my trust and loyalty. I’ll never shop for a car anywhere else, unless for a brand new one.

Moved to Albuquerque on short notice from back east few months ago, while my eldest was only a week short of finishing Driver’s Ed, though secretly I was relieved as co-signing process in tri-state area, nightmare. While happy proud to support my son pick out his first truck—he’s worked hard— I dreaded co-signing for the third time, albeit too, for other very deserving family. My son wanted F-150, Dodge Ram or Colorado Chevy so we went to Lou Millers very impressive lots of beautiful used trucks and the sales people elegantly dressed as if for a wedding. One walked up didn’t introduce herself asked about my budget and how I regarded my credit score. And while I stood some distance a way, another salesman asked my son if he had a job when asked to unlock a truck’s door to sit in driver’s seat. My son took all this in his stride. Me, not so much. We were done here. Heading up to Garcia’s, my son spotted Gorgeous Colorado Chrysler at Greenlight Auto. Hadn’t read or heard of Greenlight, so I wasn’t keen on visiting. He insisted and we turned back. The difference was night and day. After looking at Colorado and my son had already made up his mind plainly obvious. Still Victor urged him to look at others for comparison. Asked if he had a driver’s license answered defensively, yeah why! Because, Victor, tells him, you should take the truck for a good spin and if you’re sure then good time take to your mechanic. Son’s face lit up. The 2011 Colorado came with a Sic powertrain warranty. Second to best part, my co-signing took less than 45 minutes. Greenlight and Victor, you Rock...Rattle, AN’ Roll!

Satisfied with the deal I got and the service was good. Young fella sold me my suv knew his cars. Had to be impressed. Any car truck I climbed into or looked at, he not only told me the make year style, reg stuff that on looking close the average shlomazal could figure out, he’d talk about life of each vehicle, where it started, if wasn’t a single owner, duration and mileage of the second owner, detailing its entire path along the way to this lot. In a real sense informing that you can’t tell the actual value of car by its price tag, except by tracing its history. The kid was a breathing Carfax. After looking at a few, told him I’d think it over and come back. Without a word, he took out a card, wrote and handed it to me said, my cell is at the bottom, if you have questions or think of anything at all, pick up the phone, anytime... Walked through more car lots over next two blocks... Won’t comment. Returned to Greenlight, about 2 hours later. Of the cars looked at earlier, decided on the suv. The financing people also are good. brought several options. Two quite good. Days later, returned about few small things I couldn’t operate. And because never do manuals or try to follow written directions, had to wait for right moment to swing by see my salesman. Started across the lot to office look for my salesman to help. Two others standing in lot one asked how he could help. I began explaining, both salesman, never met either one, just walked with me back to the car, one in passenger side showing how easy 4x4 gear, the other standing next to him, both in turn, showing me other features had no idea I had.

Satisfied with the service no BS didnt have to wait hours like a big dealership.

Their cars do not have the oil changed they sold me a vehicle that had a oil leak and I took my vehicle about 3 times for them to fix it and they didnt I ended up paying a mechanic to fit it plus they said at green light out sale they would change oil and they didnt and filter was filthy and they dont have the best people selling cars the mechanics their give you run around to fix the vehicle when you have a problem with it

This place sucks I purchased a vehicle in a 24 month payment plan not even a month after I got it it broke down and since they only give you a 500 mile warranty had to pay out of pocket to fix it the made the last payment past week out of the 2 years in was broken down more than it was on the road and then they tell it will help you build your credit they didnt report to a credit agency a single time a rip off .... If you want to spent $8000 on a vehicle that books for$3000 this is the place to go buyer beware
