This is the best smoke shop in town. Amazing prices and awesome customer service. This place is solely ran by women and they are just amazing! They are so sweet. Theyve been there for years and definitely downtown favorites. They have a large selection of tobacco products and accessories. Check them out when you are in the downtown area, you wont be disappointed.

Probably the worst smoke shop in town! The old rays use to be nice now theres nothing in the shop a couple pipes and rigs thats it and the ladies working there have no idea what theyre talking about and if you question them they get extremely rude! Do not go here! Ive seen gas stations with a better selection and wayyy better customer service!

I got a charge $38 for a five dollar item and when I confronted them they would not give me a refund. I highly would not recommend you spend any money here.

The best smoke shop in Albuquerque, they have everything you can ask for no need to look anywhere else. Great customer service! The ladies that work there are super sweet! This is definitely the spot to get all the smoking accessories that your heart desires.

Ill start by saying complaining about prices is silly because at the end of the day the decision is yours to spend the dollar or keep it. That being said my experience at the shop was positive. The ladies at the counter were very kind and took the time out to show me the inventory and explain the pros and cons so to speak. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was very efficient.

Really good selection but customer service could be better. I would have to say that this is one of the better tobacco outlets around. It doesnt just sell pipes with a few cigarettes and cigars. This is a real smoke shop with wide variety of cigarettes, cigars and pipe tobaccos.

The ladies in this store are the best. Ive never been in smoke shop thats so friendly. They have the greatest equipment ever. I love my daily visits. Keep up the good work.

Very unhappy I walked in bought a bowl used it once and it broke from the heat probably using China Glass .Id recommend not going to the smoke shop and going to the smoke shop on 3rd

R & D Smoke Shop is a pretty awesome downtown mini-market & smoke shop. Not only do they have amazing groovy smoke merchandise such as pipes and kool tobacco items they also have fun snacks and drinks along with other mini-mart items. There is a huge selection of smoking paraphernalia so when I need to buy a krazy kool gift for someone I know where to go! #thinklocal, #buylocal, #supportlocalDo ya all know how many times I have mentioned in my reviews that amazing customer service tells a lot about a company? Whether its a small mom & pop shop or a huge major conglomerate, customer service for me has to be tops! They dont really carry a lot of tobacco products. Its pretty much a head shop that sells some tobacco too.

They never honor their hours of operation, theyre supposed to stay open until 10-11pm, half the time i go there for cigarettes at 6pm and theyre already closed. Incredibly inconsistent and inconvenient. Get your smokes somewhere else.

Terrible selection of any decent tobacco. Their pipe tobacco was dry and poorly stored. Took two puffs and tossed the entire bag out a block away. Will not visit again.

We came to this shop for sone dab supplies. The guy behind the counter was not very knowledgeable about the things he was selling and we had to return 3 times because the lighters we bought were broken. We used the last one once and now the mechanism no longer works. Not worth the price.

Worst smoke shop ever, I bought a broken vaporizer from them and when I brought it back all they told me was no refunds lol I didnt want a refund I wanted a working vaporizer thanks anyways rays 🖕🏼
