From being kindly greeted, to being taken on a tour through a world of different champagne; you did everything exceptionally well. Forgive me for forgetting her name but I believe it was Maggie or Megan but she was so amazing helping me pick out the best champagne for my wedding. I really would like her to be recognized because she did an outstanding job. I would also like to recognize Ralph, he went over and above to help me. Besides just helping me select my bottle from the glass case he rushed to get me a bottle of water when I started having an adverse reaction to my medication. He didnt have to help me but he did and for that I am very grateful. (Shout out to the other gentleman from the champagne counter whos name I didnt catch, for teaching me new things about you guessed it champagne) I had a great time with everyone and when I come back to buy a few cases of champagne for my next party, I will come to you. Thanks again everyone, great job.

The good thing is we can find this store in most states we visit. Wish they would export some of the Albuquerque wines out of state though.I always try to find the St Claire Port. Delicious! One issue is its the same size bottle which is now $21 plus.Almost double the price I paid over 10 years ago. The more things change, the more they remain the same.The one detractor is we cant find the Baselhaden Rye in any store. Most be a source issue.Will still frequent this store!

COVID-19 precautions are adhered to. Youll feel very secure shopping here. Store is clean, bright and spacious. Inventory is unbelievable! Prices are competitive. Well worth the visit! Cant beat the selection at this store. Found the same wines from the recent wine festival at much cheaper prices. This is a great place to discover new drinks you never knew existed.

Total wine and more is fabulous!! I like to buy special gifts there and they have everything.EVERYONE is so nice, they must have the best ustomer service training in town!I found exactly what I was looking for and MORE....,in fact, I had so many choices it took me awhile to decide.Love, love, love Total Wine & More!!!!!

First the bad. My last visit, I encountered my first lazy employee. I have NEVER had an employee give me false information or point in a general direction as if bothered by my question to see if they have a particular item or where it might be at Total Wine, until now. I later found it by asking another employee. Now for the good. That employee took the time to take me to where the item is normally stocked. Upon discovering it wasnt there, they checked inventory in the back and brought it out for me. I appreciated his effort.

Good selection. Staff has a LOT to be desired. Was in an aisle looking for a specific Tequila Obviously LOOKING with 4 employees and not a one stopped their conversation to assist. This is not the first time they just walk by and dont help customers.

Went looking for a top shelf sipping Rum for some dear friends retirement celebration. They brought me several lovely options sure to be appreciated by the best Rum connoisseur.

I love coming here, their selection is amazing. Wall to wall liquor from all over the world. They have everything that you could think of or want. The even have a tasting here. They carry snacks drink additions like olives, cherries, onions, rum salt, sugar, lemon & lime juice, bitters etc... as well as carrying cases, and drinking glasses. If you open up an acct. with them they will send you coupons for discounted items. So sign up with your cashier. If youve been looking for something that a lot of other stores may not carry, you will have a good chance of finding it here.

I love coming to total wine. They have everything I could need plus I like getting my points.

I dont drink however, one of my friends likes fruity wines and her BD was coming up. So, I went to Total Wine. I asked at the entrance for assustance and immediately they walked me to the section where the fruity wines were. They explained the different types of sweet wines the carried. I think she will like the Sangria I picked. They have great service. I will let you know if my friend liked it or not.

Was a wonderful experience... The clerk Roger was great helping me pick out a bottle of wine for my stepdaughters 40th birthday.

They dont have Omission Lager, only the IPAs and Ultra Light. Ive been really bummed out about that on my last couple of visits.

Great selection of local and national craft beer. Very helpful when it comes to bourbon and other types of whiskey. Definitely recommend Greg, their whiskey expert. Store picks from Makers Mark are very good! Will be back for more in the near future!

I go here for 2 reasons. First, it is one of the few places that have Pabst Blue Ribbon in bottles. Second, they have an impressive humidor. Great place.

This is a great store. They are always well stocked and we can consistently find what we want. Really like the Greek table wines they carry -- very well priced and I havent seen them elsewhere! My husband prefers Armagnacs and they typically have at least a few in stock that he wants to try. Interesting selection of Japanese whiskeys, and if you need a new YETI or YETI accessory they have a wonderful assortment. We dont interact with the floor staff often, but on the occasions we have they are super knowledgeable. The check-out people are always nice and efficient too. Glad to have access to a liquor store of this quality in ABQ! A++

However, no matter the overwhelming options, the service over time with Total Wine has been extremely underwhelming, to the point that Id rather meander around automated robots to get my booze and cigars. Ill check myself out, thank you very much; you can go back to breaking down boxes, since my keeping you from that seems to upset you.

Great selection of wine, beer, liquor, and spirits running the gamut from inexpensive to, Oh yeah, that explains why its locked up. My wife bought me a 30 yr old bottle of Macallan a while back and it was stellar. Total Wines was the only place that could get it. So the next time your at your local supermercado and they want $10 for a bottle of Barefoot burgundy go to Total Wines, pay half, and try something new and different. Maybe a springtime inspired sake?

If youre looking for alcohol or alcohol related stuff, this is the place to go. Huge store with one thing in mind. They have a great selection and a lot of the prices are really good. We bought stuff for gifts and stuff for ourselves. The could use more staff around the store. Finding someone to answer a question was a chore. However, the girl we finally got was super helpful. I dont like shopping but that was a fun trip!

My wife and I went to get an assortment of beers for a flight tasting and Mike was very helpful to reccomend a couple beers. Mike was also very nice and easy to talk with. The rest of the staff was always nice as usual. I always have a great experience coming here, but our encounter with mike was extraordinary.

Not just wine but, plenty of other liquors and beers to choose from, decent prices and staff always asking if you need assistance. They constantly have sales so you can try new things for cheaper. They have some rewards deal too, I share with a friend that always brings new bottles to try so I just use his account and he always brings new bottles to gatherings.

Always pretty well stocked. Customer service is hit or miss. Some days they are nice and helpful, other days they pick and choose who THEY want to be nice to.

I am a member of Total Wine. I also fact check them with an app called Wine Searcher.When they discount their wine at 15% or if your lucky 20% they are generally a good deal. If your going for just a bottle or two then they are just average or slightly higher than other outlets. They do however have a great selection and knowledgeable staff which can in my mind offset their pricing somewhat. Hope this helps.

Every time Im here, they have customer service people on every isle asking us if we need help finding something. Additionally, the people on the isles are very knowledgeable about all the liquor. Prices are amazing on all alcohol sold!

The workers here always give good advice when asked for it and will help you with anything from pairing a wine with dinner to making a Long Island Iced Tea. They have a great selection of everything and reasonable prices for them.

The cashier I had needs more training since she doesn’t know out of state licenses and she does not know 7up and Sweet and Sour mix is not an alcoholic beverage, so IDing and then being confused was unnecessary.
