So many covid restrictions cant go in the automotive door cant go in the garden door...was accused of shoplifting wanted to see receipt after I paid for 80.00 worth of automotive supplies and new floor Matts for my truck...😢..if they want to detain you and ask for a receipt...they better go back to cashiers! Sad sad way to do business! 🤔😪

We stopped in around 11:30am to get a few items. There were no shopping carts at the entrance we went in at.Had there been carts we might have picked up a few more items.

Everything i organized well. The only issue was limited seasonal stock but that was expected. I enjoy the multitude of self checkout lanes witha decent amount of ledge space to pack your belongings in bags.

Great place to go shopping, for just about anything you might need. Also wal-mart has a great service for your auto, oil change,filter for $22 +tax. Very cheap. Or if you might need new tires also great prices. All around great store.

Always buy more than I plan but great place to pick up a variety of items in one swoop.

Without a doubt, this is the BEST Walmart in Albuquerque. The employees are always working, helpful, kind and polite. The store is spotless, well stocked and organized. Several employees monitor the self checkout, which runs very efficiently! The management team led by Michael must be absolutely phenomenal!!! Well done Michael!

Walmarts always good customer service sucks but whatever what do you expect

There was a guy/employee at the electronics section that was trying his best to understand this family that seemed to mostly speak Spanish. So both sides were struggling and I gave them a hand. The employee thanked me and was so nice. Asked me if I could also translate that he would personally help the family with their exchange and getting them to the customer service area so he could explain the situation for them there. He could easily have told me to translate directions or plainly told them they had to go there first. We could even say its his job to do this but Im sure most people have seen employees not be able to do their job and he did his wonderfully. Respectful and helpful! He may not even know how much even the family themselves were happy with him.

There is so many self check registers. Was a well kept store

For being the only Walmart on the SW side. Poor selection almost always out of stock and dont have most stuff I want.

The horrible woman who was working at “assisting” the self checkout in the yellow vest accused me of stealing twice. She didn’t believe me when I told her that I had done two separate transactions and would not allow me to show my receipt. She continually watched me the whole time but apparently didn’t see me pay either time. The other girl at the register was very nice and helpful but the older woman “assisting” was behaving inappropriately to say the least

Still got what you need, but the workers just treat you like cattle at the checkout...🐄🐄😬😠

I like shopping there but I noticed its always hot inside. I dont know if A/C working. I wish at the check out need to be clean after use.

Unbelievable I waited 20 min just to pick up my order and there was only 1 guy doing the pick up orders !!! Unbelievable I had my baby with me and it was hot !!!!

The entire staff here is so nice. I think weve all been to a WalMart where you can tell they hate their job, but non of that here. It was nice to see that for a change.

I like this Walmart most of all that is local. It seems so much bigger than any other superstore in Albuquerque.. I dont usually shop at this one because its so much farther then where Im located. Which is why Im giving It 4 stars. I did go once before when the pandemic hit. The line was super long of course but everytime I go the staff was very helpful. I would definitely go back next time Im in the area.

Im sure most people love Super Walmarts and Im one of them. Its a one stop shop for most things because they have most things. The one thing I love and is at a great price is there donuts 🍩 😋. Donuts are very expensive at donut shops like Krispy Kream, Dunken Donuts to name a couple but at Walmart there donuts are very affordable. You pay only $3.98 for a dozen of donuts. I got the box that had 6 glazed and 6 chocolate donuts. They were nice and fresh too. When biting into the donuts it was so soft and pillowey. Like I said, fresh for only $3.98 a dozen. When you go to the competition youll pay 3 times that amount for donuts and thats crazy 🤪 in my opinion. So if you havent tried there donuts at Super Walmart yet please give them a try and see for yourself. There GREAT!!!

I love shopping at Walmart I save money on clothes and groceries The only thing is taking me time to learn how to do my own register to cash out I was so used to the cashiers being there to help us put them back peace I think they need their jobs especially at this time

I hate Walmart in general but this one sucks more than most. Hateful staff that dont want to be there combined with an uphill parking lot makes for a horrible experience.

This place has really gone downhill. First, if you park near the front by the south east side of the building, it always smells like sewage. Theres never any carts inside. They took away all of the cashiers and replaced them with self check out. Also they took away bags unless you buy them. You have to scan all of your items first, put them to the side table or in the cart, then enter the amount of bags you want to buy, then theyll give you bags. So you basically have to handle all of your items twice. Theres usually only 1-2 CSMs up there so even if you do buy bags you have to go tell them youre buying bags because theres no other indication. I could be wrong but last time I was there, my friend and I went all over the store looking for a price check machine, so I think they did away with those too. I know its not the employees faults, so please dont get mad at them for corporate choices.

Product prices are good. They are back to charging 10 cents for a grocery bag, as if they dont make enough money. Another down side:, I was in the store when it was busy. Line was moving really slow and I had only one item. I went to electronics to check out (no customers in electronics at all), the sales associate told me that I cant check out in electronics during busy hours. Walmart customer service at its best. Lol

Havent been a fan of Walmart in the past, but this South Valley location is the best one in town. The people are really nice and the organic section is good. If you get there within a day or 2 of plants being delivered, their garden department is great.

So far every time I have came into this Walmart it has been a pleasant experience. Ive had multiple bad experiences at other Walmarts where I notice employees following me around as if I am going to steal. Maybe its the way that I look or something so Im not upset about it but it just feels good to shop around without being judged. Customer service has been great and I enjoy coming here because I can shop in peace

My wife and I drove almost 40 min. to take advantage of an online advertised sale of a bottle of Josh Cabernet wine, we went to the self checkout and was told that the sale is for online orders only. The problem is that the ad clearly states that it is for instore price only..this store gets 👎👎👎for the young inexperienced liquor manager who had to check both of our I.D.s twice and not honoring there price as advertised....

Our Walmart no longer has cashiers. Everything is self ✔️ check out. Kinda weird but necessary with the virus running rampant throughout the world 🌎 it seems to work out better and there are employees set in close proximity to clean the check ✔️ out areas and assist the customer when needed. Prices are much higher and shortages are expected as is with much of the USA 🏪 stores and restraunts.

A Super Store, in Great Location! Never any trouble, finding what I need, when i need it.

I use Walmart pickup, it saves me time and I dont over shop like when I go into the store. They are always friendly and fast. Ive never had a problem with the pickup, its easy to use.

Went to pick up prescription. They were fast and friendly.

Ordered online, drove over, picked up order and mission accomplished with ease...

Of course Walmart is always great. Service was a little slow but that changes with different employees

I like to judge these big box stores by how clean their restrooms are. This location could use some more attention there. Otherwise expect a pretty standard experience here.

Prices were all miss marked had to find 3 scanning areas cuz no one was around to help got only necessities left over $100 of product at register out of frustration will only go back for necessities wal mart will loose my business if things dont change caused more labor for store for them having to put items back spent only 8 dollars in long run I saved cost store more than me

Finding stuff in three different place was wierd salsa different brands on three different rolls and workers do not know which roll ....meat personal told us that there was no frozen hamburgers and they were on the next center roll workers need more training waiting in line to self check lines are unreal as well as having no choice whether to us self check out or have a checker I do not get paid to do the work in your store so self check out is taking people out of work and making people do the work that was once someone elses job ..... I feel you make you patreon work for your store for free so you dont have to pay for checkers and save your company money at the expense of your patrons sad shame on Wal Mart

They have closed off tire and lube and no longer allow access for entering the building. Now have to go through the front to get any automotive work or purchases.

Great service. No more waiting in long line issues. Employees very responsive and active at new scan and go area. Staff seems a bit rude at times but with all thats going on I understand.

Sometimes they are nice and friendly and other times lookout cause they are not . Place needs cleaning and more friendly workers.

I shop there regularly and on this particular visit I got upset. I paid with a hundred dollar bill and on the first attempt it spit it out I then flipped it around and it took it and proceeded to give me my change and receipt I went to hand my receipt to the door person and I over heard security on the radio talking about me being the person the hundred spit out is my receipt legitimate its just unprofessional get ear pieces so your customers dont get offended it was rude

People there are so helpful and kind, I got a new bike last week and had to go get the tools and other things if I need to fix a tire and such, they helped me get everything I needed. Im very happy with my purchase too, great prices.

Store super stocked and clean and staffs awesome. Watch out for that pharmacist tho.

This was only my second time at this particular Walmart. I stopped to pick up a few things in the fabric/sewing section. I was shocked to discover that they no longer carry fabric and very few sewing notions. There is literally no place in the southwest part of town to buy fabric, so I was extremely disappointed. Add to that the fact that they had no registers open with human cashiers, and the line at the self-checkout was halfway across the store. Cant think of any reason I would visit this store again.

So this Wal-Mart always has everything I need, except for some reason all the toy sections at pretty much every Walmart in Albuquerque are empty. There must be a toy shortage or im sure its probably because of coronavirus. 😫

I loved all the great savings, and the staff were wearing their masks. The only think I didnt like there was no cashiers, you had to do your own check out. The line was very long.

3rd time this week, I went in to make a simple money order and the financial services systems were down. Waited 15 minutes for an employee to come to Custer service desk just to tell me that.

I dont like the fact of self check out the lines are worts than when their were cashiers
