The receptionist, Sara always cheerfully calls ahead to remind me of my appointment. I’ve been working with this office for years. I’m grateful for Joe Martinez, who knows his products well. He just provided me with information on their newest in-ear canal hearing aid. I am interested!

The experience for this appointment was excellent. The staff is authentic, down to earth, yet thoughtful and professional. I was reminded of the appointment.My hearing aids were taken care of. Most of all they were patient with my hearing loss, in having a conversation with me. They talked with me and not to me, as is the case in so many offices.

Had an issue with one hearing aid. It took the tech about 1 minute to recognize what was wrong and fixed the issue in a couple of minutes. Thank you for your help!!

I dont normally write reviews but I just had to in this case. My grandmother is 88 and has struggled with hearing loss for YEARS. She became very resistant to hearing aids when we went to another hearing aid company to have her fitted. The salesman there put the high sales tactics to work immediately. Well needless to say grandma was not having it and didnt want to go back. I finally got her to agree to try one more time and thank goodness I did. We set up an appointment with Shane @ Livingston and I could not be more happy with the outcome. Shane was so kind and gentle with my grandmother and genuinely cared about her hearing loss and what he could do to help fix it...She took an instant liking to Shane and before you know it she was fitted with her hearing aids and enjoying life so much more. Thank you so much Shane and Livingston Hearing Aid Center. You really made a wonderful difference in my grandmas life :)

After more than 6 months of having my new aids settings based incorrectly on a 2006 test results Joe,new to the office, corrected the error. Using the test results from January of 2020 made a world of differance.
Last night I posted a very bad review which is no longer relevant. This morning I received an apology from Shane. He asked us to meet with him this afternoon, so we did. By the time we met he had figured out what happened. There was a miss understanding between him, us and the insurance company. Thru his hard work and investigations all is straightened out. We are very grateful for his assistance in this matter and will continue to patronize his practice.

I have received excellent service and concern for my satisfaction at this location, all three times Ive had appointments in the past month. Shane and his assistant Sarah are both very kind and professional. My hearing aids are working so much better for me after Shane tested my hearing and adjusted my aids to match my profile more accurately ... and even completed a repair in just minutes. Shane also counseled me on my tinnitus condition. I will definitely continue bringing my business to them and encouraging my friends to do likewise.I had to return about 3 months later (July) for service and repair to my hearing aids ... for a problem that resulted from my own carelessness. Even so, Shane and Sarah very kindly and professionally worked me into their busy schedule, resolved the problem, and got me on my way. I would not hesitate to return to this team and I would definitely encourage others to use their services!

Barbara, the doctor, could never get my hearing aids to work properly. When I told her that a previous Livingston doctor was able to make adjustments in one of the programs to remove background noise in restaurants she said, those programs dont work. The previous Livingston doctor was able to make them work just fine. However, Barbara was never able to make them work even a little. I am very frustrated with herlack of technical knowledge. The only reason why Im not giving her one star is because she is personable even when she disagrees with you.

Went to get my hearing aids adjusted and there is a new guy at this place who chose to do nothing. I liked my Starkeys but ended up getting new Oticons in Corrales at Albuquerque Hearing that has professional staff. Wont be back here again.

Was duped by a commercial asking for participants to try out a new hearing aid which would help tinnitus. My husband has tinnitus, so I was excited at the prospect that there might be a product to help him. i had read complaints on the BBB website for Livingston Audiology, detailing instances of bait and switch tactics..luring customers in with the hope of testing a hearing aid for tinnitus, but then being told they dont qualify and instead get a $4,500 hearing aid pushed on them. Against my better judgement, I went in with my husband and we were told there would need to be a hearing test performed, which resulted in... drumroll please....being told no tinnitus existed but that a hearing aid for $4,500 would be necessary. Ugh, I should have listened to the BBB reviews. This place is a sham.
