They were very courteous and knowledgeable in everything I needed. Really enjoyed the customer service and professionalism they possessed. Store layout was easy to follow and had everything I needed. Really enjoyed my experience there!

Very slow service waited 10 min before the two persons at the counter got off thr phone it took a while to process my 350.00 purchace .there were also 5 other guys waiting the lady at the counter continued to help people on the phone

I had a delivery to make nearby and that receiver was unable unload. Somehow United Refrigeration was contacted and were able to help out. They did so for no other reason than they wanted to be a good neighbor. Please do not go to them asking for ridiculous bs like this, but do go to them for your refrigeration needs. My sincere thanks for your help. You guys are awesome. Also do not park in their loading docks unless you are specifically doing so for pick or delivery. Peace!
