I am glad I found this place. The owner is a very nice lady. I love that she is knowledgable with her products she sells. I am leery about taking anything herbal just because I never know how my body will react, but she knows her stuff and helped me find the right balance and gave me accurate information. Thank you for such great service. Its nice going to a herbal store and the actual owner knows what they sell and what they are talking about that doesnt happen often. I love this place its great. 💜

If I could give less stars I most definitely would!! I now understand why the place seems empty with zero patrons most of the time. I went in for some flower as my normal spot “ Natures Secret” was currently out of stock. I walked in and immediately the very large woman I would assume would be the owner or manager seemed almost annoyed at the fact I walked in her establishment. Like I walked in her living room while she was having dinner with her family. I then said I was looking for flower “ she didn’t say anything and pulled out 3 jars as I asked for a specific strain she again glared at me with no response for a few seconds and then rudely said “ah no” as if I should be aware of her total inventory. Being as she had a very limited selection I asked how many grams were in each jar since she said they were 5 per gram. With amazing consistency she then gave me another almost bewildered glare and said “these are samples” at this point I felt I may be keeping her from her meal as she was clearly displaying behavior of someone suffering fromHangry. I then said as I walked out “this is why no one comes here” I DO NOT RECOMMEND DUKE CITY HERBS unless you want a very uncomfortable almost bizarre transaction. I do not for see them being open much longer! I’m not sure if the loss of her boyfriend who was a really cool person may be affecting her customer service abilities but yea this place sucks!!

Great place to pick up kratom had a lot of noliage about the difference between red and white strains the women I talked to was very cool and made me very comfortable this is my new place for Kratom and CBD products.

Most friendly and knowledgeable shop in town!! I had so many questions and she answered them all. Also has the best prices around. Solid 10/10.

Stopped in for some CBD last week. the lady who helped me was very knowledgeable but very unprofessional, also a skinny man who looked like he was on meth with really bad teeth spit into a plant while I was there he made me uncomfortable and his breath was unpleasant he was very angry about something then the lady told me that this man was her Husband and that this was their shop I have been buying CBD for about 7 months and I’ve never dealt with such gross people. I won’t shop here again.Thanks for the reply I have not been in the area for a while I came by the other day but you were closed The hours on the window stated You were supposed to be open
