Fantastic service and very accommodating!! Kimberly was so easy to work with and so friendly? She was very patient with husband and I trying different glasses, even ask for other opinions when we couldnt decide. She stayed late and made sure we were happy with our selections. Yes, selections meaning we both got two pair.

The Corona location was fantastic! Anthony was amazing! He was very accommodating and very knowledgeable. He made my visit extremely pleasant and enjoyable! After my transaction was completed he introduced me to the store manager. I can’t remember her name but she was great too! I will definitely refer my family and colleagues to this location.

Several years ago this store Identified that I was showing signs of early Macular Degneraition, That prompted my to see a specialist who I am still seeing. It is very important that this condition be seen early so this was a real blessing. During my visit this week I learned about blue light from my elelctronic devices like my cell phone ( which the technition helped my adjust ) Always exceeding my expecations!

The sales team at the store was cordial and exceptionally helpful from the beginning process of selecting eyeglasses to using my vision insurance to purchase the eyeglasses.

These guys are positive, friendly, professional and fast. They talk about my health in general and give me updated information against my past eye scans, etc... in a way that I have never had before. Very comprehensive and informative!

Today was different at Lens Crafters. Hugo, the interim manager showed genuine care for his employees. He asked how they were doing, engaged them in conversation, and when a mistake was made the night prior, he nicely explained the mistake and how he fixed it. He showed the employees a better was of doing things for efficiency, and was kind to my son while helping him with contacts. I hope he becomes the new manager!

The team here is amazing. They really care about you and your eyes. They will work through complicated issues with great patience, and will definitely leave you feeling like youve had the best eye Care experience.

Been going to Lens Crafters for 30 years. Never a bad experience!

I came to fix my existing glasses as I lost the nose guards and replace the ear pieces.I ended up getting new glasses with them fixing my existing glasses. They have a special going on for frames and lenses.I had a great experience as a walk in. The employees were polite and kind. The wait wasnt terrible for a walk in.Recommended even though the price is generally higher than walmart or other eye stores.Note: The accept AAA (auto club) as discount.

The employees are unprofessional. I had an appointment that I arrived early for and they made me wait an hour because a no show was ahead of me—what?! Then once my sunglasses were ready since their messaging system was down, which they were aware of they did not call me. I need the sunglasses while driving. I made do with my glasses because the lenses transition according to the light. Regardless, as a manager I know if a system is down you utilize other resources, such as, gee, the phone number you can call that you have on my paperwork. I am no longer using LensCrafters. Go to Warby Parker everyone. Half the price and excellent customer service!

Excellent staff and optometrist. However, Lens Crafters pricing is high and even with discounting is above competition. While you wait service, is unique and makes the price difference justifiable. However, this location does not have a lab on site.

If I could give them a zero I would. First off they say itll be a possible back order and itll take about two weeks. Ok fine. But for them to NOT CALL when they find out TWO WEEKS after the order has been placed is unacceptable. Then when I call to do find out what is going on with my order, they cant be half assed to call me back. I had to drive into the store to find out what is going on with my order. This is why I dont shop at this chain. I buy my glasses online where its 1/8 the cost and they dont lead you on for weeks.

The service is the best I have had. Ive been to the Lenscrafters at Tyler Mall, and the service is mediocre. Dont go there. Personnel there are like zombies, and seem to hate their jobs. Personnel at Lenscrafters at Crossroads in Corona are eager to help. Dr. Lam is very nice and willing to spend time to get to know you and willing to help.

They have great service and great people to help you find what you need.

Ive always used Lenscrafters for my prescription eyewear so today I came back in to upgrade my vision with the same frames and they want to charge $465 just for my lenses.Walmart was going to charge me $230 for the same thing. So even though you buy frames and lenses from them, you dont get any discounts using their same frames to upgrade your lenses. Will never shop here again.
