My boyfriend and I came in nothing basically nothing about hydroponics. Nathan answered all of our questions very patiently (even though some were pretty silly). He asked about our situation and made recommendations of what would work for us and would also explain why the recommendations worked so we were able to make our own decisions. Really sweet people who dont mind answering a bunch of questions.
