Compared to all the other places I shopped on line, JPR was the easiest! Had pics and prices of all their gravel and even explained how much coverage per sq ft & yds. I called & ordered the gravel, paid on the phone, and it was here the day at the time they said. I wont go anywhere else!!

My mom and I run a kindness rock group in central New Mexico, this place rocks! We go in every few weeks with two 5 gallon buckets to get rocks. They charge $3.54 for both which is a great price! We drive around the back and pick our own rocks out of a big pile. The rocks are awesome and we only bring home what we choose. Can be a pretty dusty process, if youre concerned wear something you dont mind getting dirty.

The product was fine and was what we bought they called me when they said they would and Marlin delivered on time and was very friendly. If these were the only dealings I had with the company this would be a 5 star review. But I had to deal with the gentleman who sold me the product. He was super rude and weirdly aggressive. Told me he didnt have delivery available for the day so I load up the bed of my pick up because I at least needed one area covered on that day. After loading up my truck I ask when he can deliver, like the next day or whatever. He says between 2 and 3 today. So then I ask him if he can just back the rocks I took out of the total delivery he said some stuff about DOT and weight limits. Which I work with the DOT all the time and he was full of false information. So he charged me twice which I paid and said nothing rude to the guy except he was really confusing me why he was charging my twice. I wouldnt even have put any of the rocks in my truck if he would have just said he had delivery the same day. Anyways, they got my money, I got rocks. But there is ZERO chance I ever go back in this place.

This is one of the best places in Albuquerque to do business with, the gentleman who took my order was very professional and courteous, the product arrived on time and the lady driving the truck was very professional as well as friendly. I will continue to buy from this company again.

I mentioned that I forgot the cover and asked if I will get a credit when I return it. Mia is the worst customer service person I have ever encountered. I understand she is young. But the rolling of the eyes and obvious sighs can make your skin crawl. She had to call someone to variety is I get the credit when I return the cover. And then said “we’re charging you for the cover. But you need to return it”. I said again the I would return it but do I get my credit when I do so. She rudely said. “ return the cover first! I hope I don’t need JPR for concrete in the future. Sorry there is no negative stars.

Our initial experience was good. The staff was helpful when setting up delivery and the prices were reasonable. They even helped us figure out how much gravel we needed. We purchased 3/4 inch gravel and 2-4 inches gravel. When we setup the delivery we agreeded to having a mixed load and indicated on the delivery agreement that we were ok with this. However, our delivery experience was not as good. On the day of delivery my wife was told that only the 3/4 inch gravel was going to be delivered, even though we paid for delivery for all gravel. She then had to argue with the gentalmen on the phone who was repeatedly rude to her and eventually told her ...wow, just wow, we never do mixed loads... and that we had to sign paper work. Again we agreed to a mixed load. After several minutes of arguing they finally agreed to the mixed load (which we agreeded to previously). I am really unshure how they could be rude to my wife when this is a women owned company. I hope the gentalmen on the phone does not talk to his boss they way he spoke to my wife. Be like me and go to one of the other 20 gravel places in Albuquerque. Which is what I did when I had more gravel/landscape material to purchase.

Dont go to the Rio Rancho yard. Victoria runs the customer service deak but has no idea what customer service is. When I asked her why I was still waiting to be loaded while others who pulled in way after me were being loaded she said, in a very condensending voice, she didnt know but that if I wanted to be loaded to just go back out and wait by your bin. I found out she had failed to advise the loader that I was even waiting. She was very rude about it all.
