I needed to replace halogen bulbs in our bathroom fixture and found out the old halogens were no longer available. The Voss Lighting representative took the time to go online and locate a better replacement bulb from another supplier. He then wrote down the info and gave it to me so I could go home and order the bulbs -- This is the second time Ive been to Voss and I couldnt be more grateful for the exemplary customer service!
