Only authorized dealer for Sub Zero in Queens/Long Island. Technicians are great, but the rate they charge is absurd. $190 just to take a look and first 30min of labor. After that they charge more than lawyers working in Manhattan, $45 per 15 minutes! Should have tested my luck with other appliance repair companies in the area.
