I recently bought a new home from Brandon at Solitaire in Albuquerque. The whole process was really pretty pleasant. Brandon was available to answer any of my questions or concerns. To top everything off the contracting company they sent for set up was amazing. I could not have asked for a better experience.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Terrible customer service. We walked in and we were not aware that it was by appointment only, which is not a problem, however, the guy, I believe is name was Armando (not sure cause I didnt keep his card) said well we do have a sign on the door (in a pretty rude tone) but you can call us to make an appointment. If you really want to make a a sale why would you not offer to just make an appointment while Im already there? Guess they must not need us. He pretty much just wanted us out, didnt bother to ask any questions, or even offer us any floor plans. Well Solitaire, You definitely wont be getting hundreds of thousands of dollars from us!

I stopped by Solitaire Homes. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. When it comes time for me to purchase a home, I will definitely come back to Solitaire.

They don’t do there job here it’s all about the money. we love our home it’s a prt4 but they did not install the center cap on the roof right so it keeps flying off. I told the manager about it he can care less about any issues we have. I got Text messages to prove it

Brandon is very very kind. He will go way out of his way to accommodate your needs. Solitaire is by far the best home on the market and Brandons experience makes it an easy choice.

Quality is not a problem with Solitaire.

Once they sell you the home thats all you get. Customer service is horrible. Service repairs are horrible. Love my new home, but dont like the cracks in the walls, missing shingles and two toned colors on my ceiling.

Really like the models we saw today! Carl was very helpful explaining everything to us! Will be back very soon.

Just be careful here. Like most other places they are all about thier sales. I had a water leak within my warranty time and they said I had to wait for their only person with authority to make her sale before even considering my situation. In other words, right after you have signed all the paper work, you are placed in the back of the line.

I called solitaire 3 times to ask a question regarding the roof of my home purchased in 2001. Each time I called I was told I would have my call returned and the salesman never did return my call. So disappointing !!!
