Myers RV is definitely my go-to resource. I call service if I have a question and they are happy to answer if they can over the phone. Or I can take in a part that needs replaced and they immediately know what I need and usually have the part in stock for things like washers, etc. I just purchased a new RV from someone in AZ and needed advice on the towing experience. The service manager helped me with a genuine smile and interest. I was so thankful.

We had an excellent experience with our purchase of a used travel trailer. Our salesperson Chis listened carefully to our needs and guided us through the process with his knowledge and his compassion for our specific situation. Likewise, we experienced the same with the financing office, as well as in the parts and service dept. Our trailer was delivered to our home and that was done with the same level of expertise and courtesy that we found in the office. We would definitely recommend this business to others!

My wife and I just purchased a 2021 Newmar Dutch Star 4081 from Myers RV. We had discussed upgrading from a wonderful Airstream Classic, but had not taken the time to visit a motorhome dealership. I happened to be delivering our Airstream to the Dealer in Albuquerque, and saw the Myers RV sign down the block. I met with Dee Bean, and from that point forward everything with Dee was easy and comfortable. Her intuition was such that she knew what we were thinking, feeling, and questioning. Dee was always available for further questions and our frequent visits. No pressure whatsoever! It was one of the easiest, significant purchases we have ever made.

I purchased a new 2021 trailer and have had nothing but problems. The heater went out twice, the thermostat never worked correctly then the fridge and freezer went out twice. The paneling is popping off and the toilet started to leak. They added $750 + tax to the purchase price for delivery, set up and level. It’s still not level after two attempts and instead of making it right they blamed it on the ground, which is flat and hard as a rock in this trailer park. Now I can’t get anyone to work on it and they want me to pay $600 for a service call after they specifically told me that the service people usually waive the fees to get the warranty work, of course I was told this while they were trying to sell me the extended warranty.
We had excellent service here day. We called them about an hour out. The were ready fir us and got us taken care of.Highly recommend them. Thanks for everything. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. 5 ++++ stars from us!!

When I first bought from this company I was very satisfied. That satisfaction was short lived. From the moment we drove off the lot we have had issues that required maintenance. EVERY SINGLE TIME we have had our RV in for service it had come away with issues. The couch was the wrong size, and between the manufacture and the service department that issue was never resolved until the couch was replaced with swivel chairs. The tub wall came detached, and now the tub drain leaks. Ill NEVER recommend their company for service. The pictures the accompany this post are a small portion of the things weve had issues with.
I do not know where to begin to express our gratitude to Myers RV in Albuquerque, NM for their help in getting us back on the road. Husband and I were in a bind with our Class A motorhome, and needed repair asap. We called Myers RV and asked how soon we could get an appointment so we can get back on the road. At that time, they told us they were booked out for at least 2 weeks. When I explained our situation, they put aside what they were doing, and took us the very next day. They even went as far as finding us a campsite directly across the street from their service center, thank you Keli. Service department ordered the part we needed, it arrived the following day, and we were back on the road that very same day. I cannot begin to the thank Brian, Lya, Keli and John for their kindness, professionalism, continuously keeping us up to date, and taking the time to help us out. After a long search for the Tiffin RV we wanted, we finally came across Myers RV. We immediately reached out via internet and were contacted by Ken Carpenter. We agreed to purchase the RV. Ken was responsive, very informative and kept us informed every step of the way. The day finally came to pickup our RV, and we went to Albuquerque from Phoenix. The staff at Myers RV was awesome.

The staff have been super-helpful in our quest to acquire an Rpod during these challenging times.Once the Rpod finally came in, we had unique scheduling challenges with our tow vehicles. Myers was patient as we picked up our Rpod nearly a month after it had finally arrived in ABQ.At pick up, they made efficient use of time and set up the weight distribution hitch while we were doing our walk through.They were diligent in assuring that our tow vehicle had all the necessary equipment to tow safely.They greet us by name when we come in to get supplies for our trailer.We feel safe and looked after when we go to Myers RV.

We took our camper in. The technicians are top rated, pricing is fair. They found some issues which was hard to identify but fixed them one by one. Im very happy with everything and will be a repeat customer now. Lea who is working at the front desk was extremely helpful and helped me through all the repair works both on the phones and in person.
I can not say enough about our saleswoman Dee Bean at Meyers RV in Albuquerque, NMWe were on vacation and we just stopped in to browse in late April 2019. Having never been a fan of high pressure sales, we were delighted to get to spend time with Dee as she showed us the RV we were interested in. She was laid back and non imposing yet very informative and helpful! Because of unforeseen circumstances on our end, we were unable to purchase at that time. My husband and I purchased an RV from Meyers RV Center in Albuquerque, NM and we had a 5 -star experience for the moment we walked in the door until we drove off the lot. Dee Bean was our sales representative and provided us with excellent service. After listening to us describe what we wanted, she was able to customize our review of models and pick the perfect one for our needs. There was no high pressure or predatory sale pitch. After the sale she made periodic calls just to reassure us that the company was still interested in our well-being. Jeff Meyers, the sales manager, was extremely accommodating in negotiating a sale that ensured we settled on a fair, economical price. During the delivery process we met Mark who became our RV guru. He patiently walked us through our orientation, answering all our questions. Being novice RV owners Mark made sure our concerns big and small were quickly and satisfactorily addressed. Scott Pierce, business manager, guided us through the paperwork requirements and made the process effortless. He agreed to help us get our license filed at the DMV and really explained the intricate details and advantages of the extended warranty, which we purchased. The Service Department was phenomenal. Chris was our first contact and he guided us in acquiring the essential accessories we needed, with a tutorial on items we could purchase at a later date. The day after our purchase there were a few items that needed to be tweaked, such as a minor leak in the sink and a cabinet that needed readjustment. Leah was our service representative and she kept us informed at each step of the repairs. We were given a brand-new TV to repair spots in the one that came with the Trailer. Additional service staff we worked with were Ken and Brian. They were equally, helpful and courteous. Each time we were there we got VIP treatment. We never felt neglected or pushed aside. The team sincerely helped in anyway they could.If your goal is to work with a highly knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and honest team of RV specialists, who see you as a potentially long-term client rather than a quick sale customer, then you owe yourself a visit to Meyers RV. I contacted Myers today by message before they opened, about a part I needed asap. They responded and asked for a pic of the part, which I provided. They immediately responded that they had it, and gave the price. I went to pick it up and the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. I asked about another part & again received helpful info. Maybe the parts are available on line for a bit less - but the service and immediate responsiveness balance it out. This was not my first visit i’ve been very satisfied each time. I’m sure I’ll be back there again.

We worked with Myers RV for about 9 months before buying. We had never had a truck or a Trailer before. Worked with Jesse then Dee. Well before getting a trailer we spent a lot of time trying to figure out what we liked, what we needed, and what kind of truck we needed to buy to haul the trailer. They were with us the entire way. We went to several other RV dealers around the area where we often ran into high pressure sales for trailers that werent what we wanted. Came back after we finally bought a truck and found a perfectly size trailer for our needs. When we finally bought the trailer, we felt confident that we had gotten exceptional deal and exceptional customer service. We have had the trailer for ~ 1 month and are loving it. Have utilized the service department once and have called with questions and they have been very responsive to us.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer Limited that only had a four pin connection for a trailer and the trailer I purchased at a seven pin with a brake connection. I was in a panic because every RV place I called was full and could not fit me in for two weeks and I was ready to start my trip. When I explained my situation to Myers… They fit me in on a Saturday for a three hour installation and set everything up for me to begin my trip. I even have a brake controller inside my car to adjust, as needed. Everyone at Myers was extremely friendly and helpful and made the start of my trip absolutely perfect! Traveling thru Albuquerque with a serious fridge problem, I called Myers RV to be directed to Lya in their service department. She was so helpful in setting up a diagnostic appt the same day. They chased down a circuit board and had it installed the next day. Lya kept me informed me as the work was progressing. Satisfied with the work and cost.

Meyers RV kept us up to date with everything they were doing for us at our request. If there was something else that came up that needed work they called us for approval first. Their customer service was outstanding. We also had the Van washed and waxed, it came out fabulous. I would highly recommend Meyers RV for any RV work you need done. Superior workmanship.

We purchased our new RV at a dealership in Texas and while traveling in the mountains of New Mexico we found that our Aqua-Hot system was not warming the rear of the coach. We called multiple RV dealerships around New Mexico and none could get to us until mid-October. We called Myer RV in Albuquerque and immediately they began helping us. They worked us in to their schedule and got it fixed while we waited! Their entire team was welcoming and accommodating! Well worth the 3 hour drive!! Exceptional service!! We would definitely go out of our way to go back to them again for service!!
Two weeks ago my wife and I flew to Albuquerque after having pre-arranged for delivery of our motor home at Myers RV. The negotiation was easy, no pressure and went smoothly as did the delivery. There were only 2 or 3 additional items I noticed needing attention which was taken care of immediately by the service department. After a week of driving and a weekend of camping with our family, I noticed the solar charging system not working properly so I decided to just show up at Myers before driving back to California where I live. The service department once again came to my rescue and got me on my way in short order. Wow! I’m impressed. I thought after the sale I would be left on my own. Kudos to the entire team of Myers RV. Thank you, thank you, thank you! PS. Today I received the promised additional parts to replace slightly defective ones. Easy swap. Done. Here’s one happy camper!
I was happy to find out that Myers RV is now the Open Range dealer in Albuquerque. I had a recall on my travel trailer and a couple of other maintenance items that I wanted to have done. My dad had used Myers many times and was always pleased with their work. The staff was very nice and helpful. The work was done within my needed time and actually cost a little less than the estimate. Ill definitely be back.
Made a quick stop at Meyers RV while passing through town because our RV was making a loud grinding noise. Brian quickly diagnosed the problem and got us back on the road with a minor adjustment. Highly recommend their service department. Friendly fast and courteous! And best of all - stocked up on toilet paper!

Awesome customer service! While traveling we had an emergency with our travel trailer. Our shore power stopped working and our trailer was filled with the smell of burning wire and plastic. We called Myers RV while 4 hours out of Albuquerque and asked if they could take a look at our trailer once we arrived. Lya listened to our problem and said, “come on by when you get to town, we’ll take a look.” Sure to her word, Lya got our trailer looked at, three hours later we drove away as very satisfied customers. The price was much less than we expected. When I’m looking for a new RV I’ll be coming back to Myers.
Myers RV is a total rip off. Buyer Beware! I went to them because they said they would honor the manufacturer’s warranty and the could provide immediate service. Neither occurred. They are way overpriced for the service they provided I will never do business with this outfit or recommend them to anyone. I took an opportunity to contact the manager, however once the unit was in the facility they took advantage of me at every turn. They double to price on everything including their estimate and unfortunately there is simply no follow thru. They interested in one thing, the bottom line. That is theirs. J. Hunter

Have you called for RV service only to be sent to voicemail? Then, sit and wait for the return call(s) that never happens? NOT AT MYERS RV! Unfortunately, 5 stars is the highest rating possible.Passing through Albuquerque from North Carolina my refrigerator refused to run for any length of time on LP. There are a lot of RV places on Central Avenue where messages were left and never returned asking for assistance. I struck pay dirt when I called Myers RV.A friendly voice answered. Asking for the Service Department I was told I had reached Service (AND I was talking to a live human being). It was mid afternoon. After explaining the situation I was given an appointment for the following morning, as I was in town for a few days. The appointment was followed up with an email confirmation.Upon arrival and check in the problem was verified and I was told it would take about 2 hours. 1.5 hours later the problem was diagnosed, fixed, and I was on my way.If every RV center operated as efficiently as Myers RV Center I could stop dreading the experience when repairs or services were needed.This was the most pleasant RV service experience I have ever had. Hats off to Myers RV Center and personnel. You are A+ in my book.

We just bought our new Forest River R-Pod here. Absolutely love it. We are very happy with the whole experience. We stopped by many times over the last yr to explore the R-Pod and not once were they ever pushy. Ken Carpenter was very helpful with the loan process making sure we were taken care of and happy. We were in Albuquerque visiting our daughter on our way fm Tucson to Pagosa Springs when our refrigerator stopped working. They were able to schedule me the same day. They also diagnosed the problem that same day and ordered the parts. Parts took a few days to arrive and as soon as the parts came in my coach was repaired. Great service. Excellent communication. Having never owned a full size travel trailer in the past, I had lots of questions. The sales staff was knowledgeable and experienced. My camper training ( orientation) completed by Mark was thorough and comprehensive. The unit I purchased was used and I had a couple concerns with propane tanks and newly installed brakes. On both of these items the service team was fully engaged ensuring I was in good shape . Safety and customer satisfaction were both of paramount importance at Myers RV
I’m a retiree with lots of experience owning various types of camping products. “A” classes, travel trailers, and toy boxes. My wife and I decided this time we would buy something for us. (No kids). Unfortunately the floor plan we fell in love with was not to be found in Albuquerque. We purchased our coach in Oklahoma. Of course on our drive back to Albuquerque, we found some “bugs” that needed to be worked out.We spoke to our selling dealer who quickly set us up to take our coach to Myers RV.That’s when we met Brian. Brian was not pleased that we brought our coach to him because we did not purchase it there. And he made that very clear.What followed was the most unprofessional, unfriendly, and disappointing exchanges I’ve ever experienced. It ended when Brian said “just come and get your coach.My wife was so upset I literally hopped a flight from San Francisco to Albuquerque just to pick up our coach.If you read the “about us” section of Myers RV web site you’ll see how they pride themselves on customer service. Well as far as we’re concerned they failed miserably.
SUPERB customer service!!!! We werent pressured whatsoever, which is always our main concern to start. They asked questions and right fitted us in the trailer we needed for our family. In fact, during the purchase phase, they recommended against additional services we did not need, but couldve likely and easily sold us, because they knew it wouldnt benefit us-- meaning theyre honest and trustworthy. Follow up warranty service has been easy and a breeze. Will definitely be back

This was our first travel trailer purchase. The customer service was awesome.We came from out of town to purchase a new 2018 Avenger. We were sold with the customer service. We hadnt even seen the trailer in person and when we arrived after numerous email exchanges, the trailer was ready and so was the paperwork. It did not take long to take her home. Myers RV did a great job with helping us with our recent purchase of a used fifth wheel camper. They were very professional throughout the whole process, let us view the camper multiple times to make sure it was right for our family and worked with us on negotiating the final purchase price. They put a lot of work into fixing pre-existing issues with the camper before we signed the final paperwork.Since we bought the camper, I have contacted the sales person that we worked with about the air mattress that Myers provided to us not fitting correctly on the hide-a-bed that is in the camper and have yet to receive a response which is disappointing. The original air mattress they purchased for us was a twin size for a full size hide-a-bed, and the replacement they bought also does not fit the hide-a-bed correctly, so we still need the correct one as promised by Myers.This issue wouldnt deter me from doing business with them again in the future because I do feel they are one of the best in the city, but I feel that since we already purchased the camper, the continued customer service for us may have been put on the back burner. I believe it should be all about following through for your customers even after the purchase is complete.Update:After posting this review, Myers RV made everything right and took care of us. They have gone above and beyond in so many ways. I would recommend anyone interested in campers to do business with this company. I feel that we got personalized service from this company.

Took our Tracer Air in for a few minor repairs. When we bought the trailer last month two cabinet doors needed to be replaced. So when we took it in today to have those doors replaced we had a few other things that needed attention. Dealing with Peter was such a pleasure and Bradley gave us some much-appreciated advice on hitching. Sales, service, and finance departments have all been very professional. Myers RV is fantastic. We bought a Forest River RPod from them in July of 2018. Our sales person was Dee Bean. She is super knowledgeable and was really proactive about making sure all of our questions were answered and that the process went smoothly. We never felt pressured at all throughout the whole process. We have also had our RPod in twice for maintenance, and worked with Brian in the service department. Working with Brian has been great. He was able to answer all of our questions, got the repairs completed super quickly, and went out of his way to work with our schedule. We were really happy with the quality of the work and the cost was reasonable. All around, the customer service at Myers is really top notch.

The entire staff at Myers RV is very knowledgable, friendly and patient. I spent 1.5 months looking before I made my purchase and never once felt pressured. When I finally made my decision, all areas from service to sales to financial were all in line to make my experience great. I looked at many different trailers from many different companies but Myers RV had the best in all price ranges. After I made my purchase, the walk-through was very very detailed and it took almost 2 hours. I feel very comfortable with my purchase and never once have I had remorse. Thank you to all at Myers RV.
We had our trailer winterized at Myers Service Dept in 2016, good service no issues. So we take it back again 2017 to get winterized. They called & said that the bathroom faucet had frozen & they needed to replace it. My husband and I thought that strange since we hadnt had freezing temperatures yet, but we trusted them & approved them to do it. We did not check anything when we picked it up, we assumed that we received the same quality service as before. Boy were we wrong! 1) they did not empty the black tank so we stored our trailer all winter with a full black tank! Words cannot describe how horrible my beautiful trailer now smells. 2) they broke our brand new water pump and really nice upgraded toilet that we put in 2017. Unfortunately, were out $400, plus now the cost to buy another new water pump & toilet. Oh and they left all the lines open so when we turned the water on, it flooded the trailer, so now we need new carpet! If I had the time, money, & energy I would sue!! All I can do now is report them to the Better Business Bureau and warn other prospective customers. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!! or if you do choose to use them check everything, DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Great customer service, product selection. Travelling thru Albuquerque I had to stop for some DEF and boiler fluid. Techs gave me some good advice on both. Tech loaned me a funnel for the DEF fluid refill. My 3 dogs were treated to treats and everyone we encountered there was super friendly and helpful.
I went to Myers service department based on the reviews and was not disappointed. Even when they accidentally bent my tongue jack because a new tech had parked it on a steep downward slope. They owned up to it immediately and replaced it with a new one quickly.I was impressed enough that I just bought my new RV through them. Roman was patient and knowledgeable about the units we looked at and helped us setup our purchase through the bank of my choice without any sales tactics or tricks.When our RV arrived I spent the better part of 2 hours inspecting everything with one of their staff and all questions and concerns were quickly addressed. All the paperwork was in order and the purchase process took about 15 minutes.All in all I am very happy with my experiences at Myers RV and wouldnt hesitate in recommending them.
I bought a 26bhs open range from Myers, I was delighted to have a sales person like Dee. She was amazing throughout the whole experience from start to finish and super patient! The ownership and finance department are top notch, I will continue to go to them and I recommend anyone to them especially if youre looking to stay local.

I purchased a used trailer. Discovered that we had a water leak in the holding tank. Meyers RV attempted to repair it but could not but while trying they allowed me to bring it and take since I had some trips lined up. They replaced the tank and the service was great! I plan on taking my RV there for any future issues or concerns. Top notch place. Also like the MeyerMart(their store) that had all that is needed for your RV.

We purchased an RPod—our first RV—from Meyers about a year ago. The purchasing experience was great. But what has truly been exemplary is the follow through. Meyers provides training on various aspects of RV’ing and even checks in on us to see how we’re doing. When we need repairs, they do everything in their power to keep the costs way down. It’s amazing and unexpected in a world where dealers charge an arm and a leg for even routine repairs. Why go anywhere else?
I wanted to give a huge shout out to Jared (I hope that is the name of the gentleman who works in the parts department) who help my husband locate a water heater control board. Jared stated there was three boards in stock according to his inventory but he was unable to locate one in the parts area. After several searches, he could have told us, sorry, but we dont have a board and turned us away. Jared called one of your competitors and located the board for us, gave us directions to the competitor and asked if there was anything else we may need help with. Jared went above and beyond to help a first time customer. Next time we are in Albuquerque we will be stopping by.
We bought a new 2015 Crusader fifth wheel and have been absolutely delighted with our purchase. We loved the no pressure sale...we had only come in to look, fell in love and have been happy campers ever since! Friendly and knowledgeable service makes it easy to hit the open road.
Probably the best place to buy a RV. No high pressure selling. Everyone had great product knowledge. The after sale service in terrific. I would recommend Myers to anyone looking for a RV.
Staff is friendly enough. Ordering parts that went missing went well and the staff was great. Sales was good and friendly enough. Service has been awful. The front desk staff at Service was courteous enough and the cashier/front desk women have been sweet and nice.That being said, the service we received on our trailer took over 6 months. We were told that the parts they received were the wrong ones and had to be returned before new ones would be shipped. That was all well and good as we wouldnt have been using the trailer during the winter much. The trailer itself when we received it back looked ok, until further review. The warranty work that was done to replace the wall and fix the door lasted a month. The cables on the right side of the trailer (the side that was repaired) came undone while we were driving and became exposed causing the refrigerator to malfunction. We called service and all we got was that itll be $160 to even diagnose the issue... which was caused either 1) their service or 2) bad trailer manufacturing... guessing, as I havent read any other issues with wire fray and the manufacturer has pretty decent ratings, its the first... Well be going elsewhere for service and when it comes time to get a new trailer, we will be going elsewhere.
Bought my rv in Colorado, Myers couldnt be bothered to do warranty work, unless I was willing to pay the difference in labor charge. In my opinion bad business. Have also had a 2 dose friends who are military be treated poorly from there. My experience is poor and dont waste your time

I purchased a new travel trailer from Myers at the end of September. The sales person was Dee. She was very nice and did not pressure me. I looked at travel trailers at all the dealerships in Albuquerque and found that the one I purchased from Myers was the best for the Money. I took it in less than a month after I purchased it for some minor warranty work. One of the things was the front stabilizer jack seemed to moving a little slower than the back one. I showed the gentleman from the service department the warranty work that needed to be done when I dropped it off. He told me right then that the front stabilizer was working normally. I said great then we don’t need to worry about that. I told them that I was going out of town for a week but they could contact if the needed to. I called them eight days later since I did not hear from them. It was Friday just before they closed. The service manager said that he did not know if they were finished with it yet but he would call me on Monday to let me know. They called me Monday morning and said they were finished. I went to pick it up and they were going to bill me for lubing the front and back stabilizer jacks. I said that the trailer was less than a month old so it should not have needed that, and that I talked to the service man when I dropped it off and he said that the jacks were working fine. They apologized to me and did not charged me anything. I think if they were going to do any work that they were going to charge me for, then they should have called me to get authorization. Other than that, they have been great. Keep in mind that I have only taken the trailer out a couple of times. I look forward to taking it out several times this summer.

Last year I took my 2011 Forest River Georgetown to Myers for service on a leaky leveling jack pump. This is my second RV. I had taken both RVs to Myers and had been satisfied with the service. The experience with the leveling jack pump problem was completely unsatisfactory. I had to return three times before they finally declared it repaired. When I just drove it last week after being stored for the winter, the hydraulic fluid had completely leaked out again. It wasnt just that they repairs were incomplete, on the second return visit, the service manager had declared that work had been done and the RV was ready for pick up. He said he had personally checked the work, but when I walked out to drive it away, I saw a big puddle of fluid under the pump. When I looked at the pump housing, I found it was covered with fluid from a spraying leak. The service manager had obviously not checked it. A similar item had occurred on an earlier visit when I was told a that a skylight and step carpeting had been repaired, and on inspection found that the repairs had not been done. I wrote those experiences off and still returned for repair of the leveling jack pump. Now, I will not return to Myers. I know sometimes things break without explanation, but I hate being deceived and the consistency of getting bad service is more than my patience will allow. I cannot recommend Myers for reliable, quality service.

First, Myers quoted me nearly 1/2 for the work to be done on my Casita. I needed to have a lift kit that I purchased added. All they needed to do was install it. Second, Lya in the service department was wonderful to work with; responsive, efficient, and friendly. I’m very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.
The entire transaction should have taken 3 days, but they made it happen in a few hours. The price was perfect and our sales girl, Dee was exceptional. The compliments on the camper are constant.

The staff is extremely helpful and willing to listen to your wants and needs.The employees really love their job and it shows in the time they will spend with you.Every step in the process they were there with guidance:i visit, Financing, walk through, insurance, supplies. They were flexible with their schedule to accommodate me.I am brand new to the RV world so the forman took extra time explaining every function Even driving around the block with me.
