Kourtney is an astonishing combination of compassion and competence. I was in a bind for much-needed medical supplies and when I chanced upon this company in a desperate search, she swiftly acted to provide these crucial supplies at a time when my health was compromised and I was still reeling from surgery. I cannot truly express the positive impact she had on my well-being and my gratitude I have felt for her kindness and professionalism. The hospitals would do all of their patients a tremendous service by referring them to this company.

Doug at the Albuquerque location was phenomenal!!!! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to find the information I needed, following up immediately and making sure I received the right info. If I could give them six stars I would!

I went to National Seating and Mobility office this morning for repair of a manual wheelchair with squeaky wheels. I was delighted to meet Antonio, the wheelchair tech who attended to my problem readily and fixed it within minutes. No more squeak! There is a repair shop on the premises with all sorts of chairs in for repair. No problem! Doug the office manager was also helpful. Both are courteous and helpful. I recommend their services.

This company is fantastic to work with! I needed new batteries and they got them immediately. They were able to get me the best batteries on the market, MK, rather than the Vision batteries that I had which die after 2 years. On the day the MK batteries arrived they called me and were able to installed them. They email me at every step of the way. I love the transparency!They are now working with my attorney to get my new chair on order. It’s so nice to have them as my mobility experts. Previously I used NuMotion and I have found them to be nothing but a black hole. I’m so pleased with this change. It’s one thing to be in a chair paralyzed but I do not want to be “paralyzed” by my mobility experts. I feel as though I have taken back my power! Welcome National Seating and Mobility to my life.

Sandra was a very nice woman and very helpful in setting up my appointment to have my power-chair repaired in my home. I was very happy to have the appointment scheduled within a week after they received the request from my DME specialist.I saw Anthony today in my home to repair my power-chair. What a pleasant tech to work with! He did an excellent job on the repairs and made me feel as if I was the only priority at the moment. I was not rushed and he thoroughly explained what was done. Best of all, the repairs were done in about 30 minutes.

When my grandfather’s scooter was damaged in an accident, I was concerned and called to set an appointment for NSM to evaluate it. To my surprise they came to us and were there within an hour. So polite and helpful. My grandparents living alone on the reservation and their mobility and way routine was compromised and so we needed a solution that day. The office was just as nice and helpful as the service technician! They were willing to go above and beyond even if it didn’t mean a sale for them. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness, knowledge and empathy they showed us. This is the kind of business that deserve recognition! Great to work with! I get regular personal contact from product specialists and service technicians. And they handle more medical supply needs than just my wheelchair and cushion. So glad I switched to NSM from my previous DME supplier!

I called several wheelchair repair businesses in Albuquerque and was told they cannot replace disintegrating 24 inch tires on our wheelchair. I called National and Anthony came to my house and replaced the problem tires within minutes. Very prompt and efficient.

Beware of this company their own employee gave them their only 5 star review. I was looking around to find a new company for my sons wheelchair since I had dealt with him at United.
