I honestly cant recommend these guys enough! Another business in town stood me up over installing my front brake pads, and High Velocity got me in and installed them THE SAME DAY I called to ask whether they could do it. I bought tires from them at a reasonable price, and even though they were busy when I was ready to put them on, they managed to squeeze me in for an install and balance as soon as they were able. Gregs always nice when I call, and hes not only knowledgeable but patient about answering any questions I have. I never felt like my Burgman was in bad hands. Ill definitely be back for any service my bike needs in the future.

High Velocity rebuilt my forks on my KTM 300, no more leaky fork seals, very happy with the service and fast turn around, had them back the next day. I will be using High Velocity for my future moto needs!

I had a slow leak in my Honda VTX 1800 Cruiser rear tire. It takes an uncommon radial tire.These guys were great! They took care of me first thing Monday morning, an apparent rarity inches parts, which allowed me to finish the last 1500 miles of my 7000 mile road trip.Not only were they priced right, the job was done in an hour.If I lived here, I’d look no further!

I have 16 ape hanger on my bike and had my clutch cable snap mid ride. Called these guys and they made me a new custom cable the same day for very reasonable price.Considering the fact that I needed a custom lenght cable, the quick turnaround and friendly service is a great relief anytime I might need something for my bike.Highly recommend!

Great shop!! Went in for a tire change and expected to just drop off and get it back in a couple days like most shops in Alburquerque But they got it done under an hour... highley recomend this shop!!! Amazing customer service.

Its a shame that you cant find a decent motorcycle shop that you can trust the people that work there. Had my bike service there and Ive had nothing but problems. First I had new tires installed and the front tire through the weights off. Then they repaired the seals on my motorcycle and less than two weeks they were leaking again. They told me there was dirt in the seals. Of course its my fault they were leaking. They had replaced the seals on my other bike and they never had a problem. And then they told me that they had to crank down my adjusters on the front forks because they were bottoming out. its amazing that these mechanics dont realize that some people who ride motorcycles and drive cars actually know how to work on them too. Just wish they would have admitted to the mistake. The owner is a nice guy and I always felt I was treated fairly well until this happened.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI took my 2006 cbr600rr to get looked at because she was leaking coolant. Greg said my bike would be ready the day he got the parts in. That was a lie. I didnt have my bike until 2 and a half weeks after he said. Greg also told me after he checked it out that I would need new hoses, thermostat, and o-ring. When I picked her up he told me all the hoses were bad and needed to be replaced. I got home took a closer look at her and come to find out there are 4 hoses that were not replaced, one of which was leaking before I took her in so its a pretty safe bet to assume she will keep leaking. The coolant in the reserve tank was also below the lower mark, and my front tire faring reflector is also missing. I payed 629.22 so I would have expected everything to be done properly. But it wasnt. 4 of the 8 hoses were not replaced. They also almost broke a piece off of my right middle fairing trying to take it off because they had a difficult time removing it because the frame slider is bent. Also; none of the clips that he said were broken on the fairings were fixed, like he said they were. It took me all but 25 min to take the fairings off on the side where the frame slider is slightly bent. I had to take them off to fill the coolant resoivor tank since they left it below the low line.I will never bring any of my bikes back to these incompetent mechanics. He also said he had to fix the wiring harness so that the thermostat and temperature gauge would work. But that worked perfectly fine before I took it in, so I have not a clue why he would neet to fix that. This pos just used that excuse in order to go from what he originally quoted me which was anywhere from 2-300 to 629$.

I had a carburetor issue with my KTM. The owner, Greg is a dirt bike rider as are many of the employees. I took it in and they had my bike repaired before the next weekends ride. Bike rode perfectly. They do work on a few of my friends bikes and they rebuilt the suspension on my road bike. The prices are very good and the work is excellent. Its a great shop. They do really good, honest work. I appreciate that!!

Ive had Greg work on suspensions for 4 bikes between my son and me (and its about to become 5, just upgraded the kid to a bigger MX bike). Theyve always done great work at a very reasonable price. Greg knows his stuff and takes good care of his customers. Apparently he is also a bloody fast rider too. Its an actual motorcycle shop run by real motorcycle people. Great place to do business.

Greg, Jose and his guys are the best!!! They have taken in 4 of my quads within the last 2 months collectively and got them all maintained and repaired as needed. From new batteries, to re-jetted carb, new handle bar grips, carburator adjustments, new boot, ignition key switch replacement, and much more, these guys have done so much to get them running like they need to. I even thought one of my quads was going to need a top-engine rebuild but these guys found that it was only a hose that was kinked along with some other minor fixes. Turnaround time for the quad was only a week!! They really know their stuff and are professional, kind, do quality work and do it right. Greg is absolutely the guy to rely on when you need your toys done right! Highly recommended!!!!

So I got the run around from a few places too get my fork seals and bushings done on an older sport bike long story short High Velocity did a great job and actually did it for a lot less then others wanted too charge and even gave me awesome advice that saved me hundreds of dollars instead of taking my money like most shops would Greg is an awesome guy

Small shop, excellent knowledge about bikes, great customer service. They could have charged me to make some custom throttle cables but instead directed me to a place that had custom ones in stock. Inquired about air filters and air flow for a chopper and the guy at the counter seemed very knowledgeable about bikes/engines. I believe he was the owner. At no time did he try to pressure me into buying anything or recommend anything uneeded, instead he actually recommended other shops that would better fit my needs and save me money. I didnt purchase anything the one time I went, however I will be returning if I ever need my dirt bike or street bike worked on (currently fixing up my first chopper and this was the reason for my visit).

The guys at High Velocity are really cool. They fabricated a new clutch cable for my road bike (2008 Victory). Not the performance bike they usually work on. They charged me less than half-hour labor. I dropped it in the bike and it works flawlessly.If you want to get your bike fixed/upgraded, and not get put over a barrel, give High Velocity a try. They also have tons of street tires.

I just picked up my 1999 BMW F650 after High Velocity rebuilt the Carbs. Bike runs great and the guys went above and beyond by ensuring my bike was in a safe condition to ride. Brake fluid was low and they filled the reservoirs up and ensured it had plenty of stopping capabilities. very satisfied with Greg and his crew.

These guys are passionate and knowledgeable about the performance of their bikes. They upgraded and tailored my suspension specifically to me, and I have never felt more comfortable on my bike. In addition, they installed new rims, bibs, and tires for me, all in 1 day. I would certainly recommend High Velocity Cycles, without question.

The worst mechanic experience I have ever encountered. Nobody called me for over two weeks to let me know the issues of why my bike was not running. After finally calling them instead to check on the progress, they acted as if it was being worked on the moment I called..sketchy. When I picked it up, I was charged two hours for just a carb clean and new battery. Absolutely ridiculous. While driving home, my bike was stalling out every single time I came to a red light and then wouldn’t start at all. After sending the issue back and receiving nothing but poor attitude from this guy Greg, I was very upset for paying over $250.00 for a service that didn’t fix anything, and completely through me off schedule. Being a paying customer I told him I was extremely disappointed for the treatment I was receiving from him and he literally told me to my face that “it’s no big deal” and “you’re a real pain in the ass”I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. He charged me for a battery and then refused to give me my old one back even after I had already paid for one! He said he would give me back the old one if I brought back the new one. Why would I bring back the new one I just paid for!??

We have used High Velocity for years for my Harley and my two sons sport bikes. Always get great advice and service. Fair price. Very timely. I tried Thunderbird for a brake line replacement last year thinking these would have quicker access to the part. My bike was there for three weeks. It is High Velocity for everything from now on.

My boyfriend needed a tire change on his KLX 250 and of course it was right near closing time but those guys had it in and out in no time and the price was reasonable.After chatting with them he knows they are very knowledgeable and as passionate about motorcycles as he is. They are a local ABQ business which is great too.

These guys arent worth a damn. No help at all, and I asked the chubby dude in the front, with a loser looking hair cut (kinda looked like Ben Macado). If I could look at one of the parts on the wall, and he said that dont go to your bike without even knowing what I ride. I said I wanted to look at it anyway and it actually did go to my bike, but Im not buying the part there Ill take my business elsewhere even if I have to get it online.

I started bringing my 08 Suzuki Burgman to High Velocity over a year ago. My Wife just recently bought a 2016 Burgman. So when she needed her first oil change,we set the Appt. The day of her Appt. my bike started to act up n needed an oil change. They fit both bikes in and did it in a short amount of time. They are good, fair with great quality of work.
