Good service but at the moment no selection for juice and in my opinion pretty pricey $25 for a 60ml

Good place, clean and well maintained. The owner is incredibly well informed and for the first time I have been in Querque, I was informed in a non insulting way about tobacco free products and devices.

NOT HAPPY. Went in to buy juice every bottle mixed is leaking, got a new tank, took it home primed everything properly, well this tank is not compatible with my vape, was told it was perfectly compatible by employee. The kit also was missing the extra tank and coils . Taking it back today I spent $98 on 3 liquids and the tank I will get a refund somehow but never returning to this store

The flavor of these juices is by far the best Ive had. Great deals for repeat customers. Convenient location for this part of town.

Horrible flavors wont go back

I have been coming to this store since I quit smoking in July 2013. The staff is very friendly and very helpful! They are also very knowledgeable. However, I can not truly recommend this store as I have in the past, because it has become so poorly managed. I say poorly managed because in spite of the great staff, management continues to neglect the stock. 75% of the time that I walk in the store, they either dont have my juice or they dont have the atomizers that I need. I have had to revert to online in order to get the stock I need in a timely fashion. Too bad, this store has so much potential with the working staff and location!

I have three bad disks in my lower back. I use CBD oil on them. I get better sleep.

They sold me a non working coil. When I tried to return it the guy had a attitude and told me nothing was wrong and denied a refund or even to replace it. I have been vaping for years I know what a burnt coil tastes like. I will never return.

I suck at names, but the guy that helped me was awesome. I also witnessed as he helped others solve problems and make great suggestions. He is also very knowledgeable from tge questions i asked and had great patence. I didnt buy any juice, but plan too.

I dont shop here. I did when I first started out but they tend to talk and be preferential to certain groups. Other than that you can go to hell. And if you have questions or pick an item they dont like you generally will get told no in a fashion that sounds like theyre trying to put you down for it. No explanations. So glad Albuquerque has way better options for vape shops! Avoid this place!

Nice a little pricey but nice!

The prices here are way to high. 30 bucks for a bottle of e liquid, I mean cmon thats outrageous. I got some that I think was the same exact brand for like 10 bucks down the street. Everytime I bought juice from you guys it seems to wear out my could super fast. I will never return here. You guys have like 80% mark up. Youre pricing is fn outrageous. No rewards or nothing. No wonder why your shops are always empty. No sale days or nothing. YOUR STUPID ELIQUID IS NOT MADE OF GOLD.

This is long but hopefully useful to anyone who wants to avoid wasting money.I’ve been coming to this store for a few years now and I have to say that the staff are always friendly, helpful and have the patience of saints. Many times they’ve helped me resolve issues I’ve had from user error and any time I’ve had to bring my kids inside, they’ve been very patient and sweet to them, offering cookies and other treats.Don’t be put off by having to wait a few minutes to be helped if someone is ahead of you. Chill on their sofa and watch the tv and help yourself to refreshments. They take their time with you, they don’t rush you and they give that same courtesy to every customer indiscriminately.I’ve been to other popular places that boast of their atmosphere and I found them all to be snobby neckbeards that arrogantly scoff and dismiss your questions with sarcasm and assumptions, trying to push on you what they think you want without listening. They expect you to walk in and know their club house rules (without signs), as they have a competition of who can blow the biggest cloud of....After four experiences like that, I came here.The owner happened to be there and overheard my story/questions and he was so helpful, taking the time to explain things to me and the differences in products they offer and helping me find something that works best for me. The owner and his staff are direct and can back up what they say by their knowledge and by the quality of their products.I will not go anywhere else for liquid, ever. I made that mistake on several occasions and it was a waste of money every time. Every other liquid I’ve bought elsewhere was too thick and gunky which always ended up breaking my atomizers while their flavors were always too much, too sweet, too fake. I’ll use the analogy of it being like buying cheap dollar store chocolate. I’ve bought liquids from places in which for some reason, they mixed mango with every flavor. I’ve bought from places that put something like nutmeg and another spice in their liquid that makes you sneeze with every vape.Here, you’ll pay a bit more for liquid BUT they won’t break, burn or clog your atomizers or cause the glass of your tank to crack. They don’t burn too fast and the flavors are consistent with their name. Trust me, you cannot find a liquid flavored orange that actually tastes like citrus orange except from here, for example. Pink lemonade is my all time favorite and I rarely get sick of it.The only thing that I’ve bought from here that hasn’t worked out well for me are batteries, but that is likely because my charger is incompatible. I trust in their products that much to assume it’s MY hardware that’s the problem. PLUS, you can always come in and ask for help to fix your vaporizer or problem solve and they don’t charge you for it plus you learn something new - a big deal for me when my lupus flairs and I don’t have the finger strength or steadiness to do it myself.I will never, ever wander again.

One of the reasons I stopped was due to the fact that they advertise as We will not be undersold. If you want to run around town pricing before going in, do it. Otherwise theyll sell you products for 20% higher than some of their competitors. And because they dont care to make right on their statement... Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Bought an ecig off 12st then came here which he explained everything about how e cigs work and ended up buying another one from here. Great customer service
