These promotions are absolutely disgusting. They continuously send out scams exactly like this. Please beware that each and every time, it will *appear* that you have won a TV. You have not. Try and understand the small legal disclaimer on another page in order to see that. The first time we received one of these and got scammed into visiting their establishment, I tried contacting them multiple times to provide feedback around this promotion and was repeatedly told I would be contacted by a manager. I never was, and finally spoke with an employee who admitted that the purpose of this misleading promotion is to get people to their store. Here’s the strategy: “make people believe they won a tv, disappoint them when they take the time to visit our store only to find out they have not.” I mean…who runs this campaign? I left a different review a while back, a manager commented and asked me to call him so they could “make it right”. I called and was told I’d be called back by him…never was. This isn’t an honest business. I hope that their marketing strategies evolve in the near future.

This was our third trade in and car purchase from Ole Ben Franklin in Alcoa. We were so please with our salesman, Harry. He was patient and helped us through the buying process. He did great accommodating us along with our wild three year old! Very pleasant experience, pressure free environment and overall very good. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a car or trade in.

They mailed a thing to my mom that indicated shed won a 60 TV. She called ahead to confirm shed won, as she is disabled and its hard for her to get out of the house. She was told shed won and to come get her prize. She texted everyone she knew about her good fortune and we went in this morning to collect it, to only to be treated with condescension for not having read the fine print sufficed. My mother was in tears. The salesman laughed at her. Hence the one star. These people give used car salesmen a bad name. SHAME.👎

This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. We had excellent credit and they made promises to work with us for what we were able to pay only to continue to run our credit multiple times and keep telling us the payments needed to be higher and higher. They tried to swindle us and saying “if you just agree to pay a little more you’ll end up paying less in the end.” They took us for all we were worth and by the end of the experience we were exhausted and angry and all the time we had wasted and garbage we had gone through buying a car. They kept giving us $100 gift cards to restaurants” to make us feel like they were doing something special for us during the whole miserable process which were not even gift cards at all. Just another thing they were shady about. I still hadn’t received my license plates after waiting far past the time I should have expecting to receive a call. I called them and they said they had been there the entire time and no one had the decency to even call and let me know. The receptionist I talked to on the phone about this was even rude and unprofessional. I am still in shock over this terrible unprofessional place. Like I said don’t ever buy a car here. I’ll tell everyone I know about my experience here anytime they talk to me about buying a vehicle.

I received the following promotional offer in the mail indicating that I had won a TV (refer to the image). After taking time out of our day to visit the store to claim this prize, we were informed that we did not win. We were given a $100 dining gift card which by definition, was not a gift card. It was essentially a coupon card to a small number of select restaurants. There is no denying how incredibly misleading this advertisement was. My husband and I do not appreciate being more or less tricked into visiting their store. These marketing methods are (in my own words) sleezy and distasteful. Over the next two weeks, I attempted to contact the store to provide my feedback, only to be told that I would be called back by a manager 3 times in a row - which never happened. I finally spoke with an associate due to repeatedly failing to be connected with a manager. This associate was seemingly an older gentleman who was noticeably frustrated and said (which I quote) - The point of this promotion is to get people to the store - I understand the goal of the promotion. Lying to get people to your store is wrong. This promotional strategy is wrong. The gentlemen abruptly passed me to a manager, where I was met with a lack of professionalism once more. I requested to never receive a promotion in my mailbox ever again which they couldnt guarantee me.Thinking that you have won something, only to show up and be disappointed - Is this a good customer experience? This tactic is incredibly flawed and juvenile.My parents received another promotion in their mailbox today just like this one. I have no respect for this business and will never be advising that anyone I know go to them.I hope that they re-evaluate and shift to a customer focused marketing strategy in the future.

Absolutely amazing guys here! Forgive me if I get them wrong, Im awful with names, but Harry and Cam helped us and both were exceptional. Paul was amazing! Really helped me get into something affordable and get me on the right track of building my credit. These are incredibly good people to work with, and very responsive to the customers needs (and wants). We needed a car unexpectedly due to the total loss of a vehicle. We worked with Cameron and Ole Ben Franklin Motors to find a replacement and they were able to swing a great deal for us and get us financing, which was very important for an unplanned, very urgent purchase. They have a pretty decent selection and are super friendly. We not only drove away in a nice car were happy with, but we had a pleasant shopping experience to boot... thats something not always easy to get at a car dealership. Definitely recommend.

My mother had been trying to get a car for weeks and had no luck. He was able to work out a deal within an hour within what she was able to pay. His help was an absolute blessing. On top of that, the atmosphere is absolutely amazing. As a Christian, I highly value the way the business is ran. The worship music set a positive and calming atmosphere that felt like home. Many of the employees were ministers that were beyond appreciative. Everyone maintained a optimistic and sincere attitude towards both my mother and I. Rushed process lead to issues 2.5 months later. Chuck was my salesman and got me in a car, couldnt get my my owners manual for about 2 weeks but I got it. Since then, my plate has expired 2 times, Ive called to try to talk to someone and get it cleared up multiple times with no resolution, which is causing me to have to file a missing or stolen tag report. They wanted their money, got it, and completely let go of me as a customer. Im really disappointed overall. Gino was a great financial assistant for them. Everything else has been a circus.

We had our first visit yesterday to Ole Ben Franklin Motors in Alcoa.... They greeted us with respect and was all very kind.... Our salesman DeSanta was very kind, listened to our needs and wants, joked around with us while we were waiting for our car approval, and was just all around friendly..... He managed to get us into a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder with everything I was asking for in a vehicle and more.... He and some of the other workers also worked to get our numbers lower such as monthly payments and down payments.... It was a pleasure working with them and will definitely do business with them again!!!!
