The guys here are helpful and if they dont have the parts you need on hand they can have them in most times by the next morning.

I love visiting Advance Auto Parts Stores. I like seeing what new items have come in. I get all my car needs from here. I, even, sometimes get my lawn mower parts from there. This is one of the better auto parts stores.

I walked in. John Immediately knew which part I needed. He told me it would be in later. He told me he would order for me even though I had decided to look elsewhere. I ended up coming back later sure enough. John Saved the day. He has excellent Customer Service Skills. Always a good store to shop in!

Fantastic, knowledgeable and kind staff. they sent someone to my work right down the road from their location to check my battery and starter. Turned out to be just a loose battery cable that was preventing my car from starting. Got it tight again and car cranked right up. Thanks so much for saving the day! Today you cost me nothing but you have earned all my business in the future.

Knowledgeable staff and a good selection of parts at reasonable prices. The store is definitely better since if moved from their smaller location. Quite busy and sometimes you have a long wait.

I never write a review but feel the need to do so this evening!!!!! We needed an electric fan for our Pacifica. We went to the store on Broadway to purchase the part. They did not have it and ordered it from the store here in Alcoa. We purchased the part they told us was the right fit for the car. Drove back home, which is 25 minutes from the store.. took apart the car to realize it was the wrong part! Upon calling the store they came up with many different excuses as to why it wasnt the right part including telling me it was an after market part. Problem is it still doesnt fit!!!!! He also tried to tell me we didnt pick up the part there as he didnt have the part we were describing.... So, our car is apart and we are in need of this specific part. He proceeds to tell me we will need to go to the purchasing store and just get our money back!!! Seriously!! He doesnt want our business? Then he suggest we go to the store in Northshore but they close at 8:00!! Okay well hello its before 8:00 #1) and #2) we are inconvenienced by driving all the way back into town WHILE OUR CAR IS APART to fix their error!!!! Poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!
