I didnt know that they mix paint to match your cars exact color. I need a touch up stick. They didnt have my color on the floor, so they made me one for my car. Super friendly and helpful...Thanks everyone ☺

My husband bought a battery for my car. I was disappointed when the associate refused to put the battery in my car. My husband is dealing with some health problems and was not able to install the battery himself. He is a veteran and failed to ask for military discount, so I returned the old battery the next day and asked about military discount and they reversed the entire initial purchase and recharged less the military discount and the core charge for the dead battery, telling me it would be 24 yo 48 hrs before the credit would go back in my account. Well I called to inquire about the credit I was told it could take up to 7 full business days so I waited and the credit never came so they asked me to stop by there and they would give me cash refund...needless to say I didnt get refund on my 1st visit but I did stop back in that evening and was finally able to walk out a happy camper. The reason I am telling this story is because were living in a strange world now and though We appreciate the military discount, it saddens me to think that a much younger boy who sold my husband the car battery couldnt install the battery for him. He did say his mgr. put this new policy in place due to Covid. Even after all this we will continue to shop at Auto Zone. I have to say that Brittany was a new employee and she and another gentleman helping her with my refund were very customer friendly. Eventually everything worked out, now if the battery lasts...Thank you!

I had stopped using this store due to a bad experience several years ago. However, I stopped in yesterday and had to leave a review describing how excellent my service was. The person who assisted me responded quickly and with customer service, he diagnosed my problem, looked it up on YouTube how to resolve my specific model vehicle and then got the tools to fix it. He saved me hours of my time and probably hundreds of dollars as well. They will now be my go to store in the area. I wanted to give the employee a gift card, but he said just give us an online review. Gladly!!

It was a decent visit. Spent 5 or 10 minutes explaining what was needed. Didnt end up getting what was needed and ended up just buying what I could find myself. Lets hope that it works. The employees were all attentive and great just not very knowledgeable. Maybe one guy there to actually help.

An awesome experience. The movie props are amazing and the theater itself where you can go sit is really cool. They make creative to movies treats. Is just an overall place you must go to. We will be back several more times.

Ive never had anything less than good customer service at an AutoZone before yesterday.But....I went to this location for a jump box. It was over $30 more expensive in the store than it is on the manufacturers web site. The cashier called over the manager (I assume) to ask if they price match. The manager, who seemed kind of annoyed, told me that they dont price match prices unless its a local competitor. The other gentleman scanned the product, without making sure i wanted to pay $30+ more than I had to. So I said ok, have a good day and began to leave. Neither the gentleman running the register or the manager said anything, but the manager did stare at me when I turned around, surprised I didnt even get a you too.I wasnt mad that they didnt price match. I completely understand if thats the policy, and I would have gone back next time I needed something. Also, Im by no means a person who needs overly friendly customer service. But I could have easily ordered this jump box from Amazon. Instead, I tried to buy local and I learned that this AutoZone is pricey, and the manager doesnt want my business.

Harry, the store manager, was so helpful when I was struggling to find a battery for my car. My 4 cylinder for some reason takes a $200 battery. He was kind enough to find a coupon to save me some money. Wish more companies would realize in the long run they will make more money this way because I will only be going here in the future for my car needs. Truly top notch customer service.

This is a good place to go. Autozone parts and tools you may need. They have a loan a tool program and you can borrow just about any tool you may need for a job. You have to put a deposit when you borrow the tool but you get it back when you return it.

He saw my car shutting down when I was trying to cross and pull into the parking lot, my car wouldn’t stay on, he came out the store with another employee and pushed my car into the parking lot! He went above and beyond to help me, and is very knowledgeable. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

Only because they have the parts that almost everybody will need for motor vehicle and if its not in stock they are really good at ordering the parts for you and convenient to buy what you want on the app online and just swing by and pick it up within 30 minutes to an hour without waiting in line

I want to give a shout out to Kenny. He was so sweet and helpful. My son needed a new battery for his car and of course waited too long. The connector was so corroded we weren’t sure it would work but Kenny cleaned it up and got us on our way.

As usual, had waited until the last minute to be sure my antifreeze level was good enough for the incoming cold. Angie cheerfully (despite the cold) said she could help me and went out right away to check. I needed antifreeze, which we went inside to get and she let the guy at the register scan the bar code then as I was paying she was back out side adding it to my overflow tank.After turning down the small tip I offered her, she thanked me for stopping by and wished me a nice evening. Great customer service - Ill be back the next time I need to purchase auto supplies!

You are crazy to shop at any other auto parts store, and this particular location has given great service for many years. The employees there will bend over backwards to find the right products for your vehicle. They will quickly and professionally test your alternator and install batteries or wipers. Just try them, and Im sure you will agree.

I wish I could give less than one star, I generally shop for car parts here and at OReillys but the other day when I went in to AutoZone I just got a used truck and I was going in to buy some lights for it I was going to replace the ones that were bad and I was going to change the other ones that were good to LED so I asked them to check what kind of bulb it took for the high mount light in the back of my truck cab to which they told me they didnt know what kind of bulb it took so I asked to borrow a T-10 screwdriver so I can take the cover off and find out what kind of light took for them to be able to get me the right bulb to which one guy said to hang on one minute so I walked out to make sure that thats what kind of head it took to take the cover off when I walk back again the other guy Rodney who is notorious for giving me wrong Parts every time I go in the store told me that I could not use the T10 screwdriver unless I bought it so here I am going to have to buy a screwdriver that I have at home because they cant tell me the kind of light that goes in my truck and so now Ive got to buy a screwdriver so I can tell them what kind it is I told Rodney in the other associate there at AutoZone that I would just take my business elsewhere so I went to Advanced and all the lights that I bought cost me $116 so there you go AutoZone you lost $116 to your competitor because of one screwdriver and youre fine associate named Rodney as for Jim and rest of the crew down at AutoZone pretty good pretty friendly people but I wont go back as long as Rodney works there that was probably the dumbest move Ive ever seen anybody make in a store

Usually a good place to go to get parts and other help. But on my visit they were unable to get their code reader to communicate with my car. I went to a competitor and their code reader worked fine.

So, this is the place Ive almost always used for car stuff, and its usually fine but I was pretty disappointed with most recent experience. I was there 3 times in the last 3 days to get wiper blades for my car. First visit, I asked the man at the counter to check that I had the correct ones. (first time buying these for this car). He said yes, but when I got home I realized they werent. :(Go back, different man was VERY helpful and knowledgeable-as soon as I said the year of my car, he said the blades I had were probably the wrong kind of connectors. Got me the correct one for the driver side, and ordered the passenger. Even installed them for me and showed me how to do it. Gave me a ticket to bring back the next day for the passenger side.Today, I go in to pick up the passenger blade, told the man at the counter what I was there for and showed him the ticket I got yesterday. This is nothing.Ok...I gave him the receipt as well. Turned away, finished something different on the computer, then got my part, handed it to me, and threw away my receipt?!? It just felt like I was annoying him by being there. Im not positive, but I think it may have been the same person that rang up the original set of wiper blades I bought. Unimpressed.

Justin F. And Jim were beyond helpful. My situation was complicated but they stayed patient and never got frustrated. The store was so busy but they treated me like I was the only customer there. Jim even had to change my battery in the rain. These guys are just another reason I go to autozone for all my car needs.

Ive always liked this store. The staff are helpful. The only issue I have is getting out of their parking lot can be difficult ast times as its on a hill, which blocks the view of oncoming traffic and the road is often busy. Its worth the hassle though.

Great group of guys down there at the Maryville AutoZone theyll sure help you out with what you need. I know this sounds silly but Im not a mechanic Im a web designer and they helped me add transmission fluid to my Impala and made me feel all warm and cozy :-)
