Let me start by saying every single time I have gone to the UPS Store in Alcoa, that every staff member has been awesome! I work from home and depend on my internet connection. I spent almost $300 on a router that would be dependable. After a 2 day internet outage, I still had no internet! Turns out my costly router has a power issue.In the headache of scrambling to get a rental router from my cable/internet provider, being down from work for 2 days, finding out I had to pay to send my router back even though its under warranty, the absolute easiest part was working with the amazing employees and manager at my local Alcoa store.A manager, I am so sorry I didnt catch your name, helped me find the least expensive way to ship. She helped me get a smaller box, packing material, etc and that allowed me to ship my router back at the minimum cost to me. She was so fantastic! I even forgot my paperwork to send in the box and came back after the weekend and she helped me yet again-she remembered me!To the awesome lady manager at the Alcoa location, thank you so much for your help in making a really frustrating experience a little easier! I so appreciate you going above and beyond!

Took a go pro camera packaged in a plain brown box to return to Go Pro because the camera was broken to them and dropped it off friday afternoon. Today, monday afternoon, I got the same box back on my porch, minus the camera and shipping label... At least they returned my box and let me know the package never made it back to Go Pro... So theres that. No two week wait trying to figure out what the hell happened.

Many times I have shipped items in larger boxes, or multiple boxes. The double doorway is too small and not automatic. Entering the store with a large box, or boxes, is cumbersome, inconvenient and unsafe. Place such as this should have an automated door. No issues with staff. Yet they watch people struggling to enter. You’d think they would pass the concern onto management?

This is the BEST UPS Store I have ever visited. The owner was very polite and knowledgeable. I needed some copies and some scanning along with a notary. I shopped around at other locations for the best price and this place was by far the fastest and most economical. Thank you for the great customer service!!

Ive been here multiple times each time I have been there has been some magical reason why my package couldnt get shipped off or be charged and exorbitant rate for a tracking number I dont believe the staff is well-trained enough on how to ring items up and shipping and as Im obviously upset about the situation the associate with the lisp is standing there smiling at me like its funny theres nothing funny about trying to return an item when I need the money

I’ve been going to this neighborhood UPS store for over 10 years. Even in the most hectic holiday times I have found the staff to always be veryfriendly, professional and very helpful. No doubt the result of the management style of the UPS store owner Stephanie.

They tried to charge over $30 more than I was quoted online and they are not customer service friendly. Do not expect any help or advise from them. Purchase your labels online you will save a ton of money!

I had to return Xfinity equipment and this was the closest location for me during this time. They are only allowing 2 customers inside for safety and, even though there was a line (lunch time rush), they were getting customers in/out fast. The only time it slowed down was due to a customer, not staff. David was a pleasure!

I went in to return a package for amazon. I did not print label..so UPS charges 3.76 to print a label for you. I say that was hi and he said sorry. If I had the bar code they could scan.The woman whom I guess is the manager said just do it for.Did not like her.Corporate just does not respect the individual.They are already getting paid to ship packag . Now they want to charge again. Its like damn taxes. More more more.

Staff always courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I go there for copying and printing needs as well as package shipping. They also have the cutest greeting cards. I highly recommend.

This place is a joke. Charged me $45.67 for overnight delivery for an envelope. I was told it was expected to be there by 10:30am. Now they are saying 2 days later. They refuse to give me my money back due to the Cornavirus!!! Stephanie the owner could careless! Stephanie says the tracking on the website is all wrong, so no one knows where the envelope is? Will not ever go thru UPS store or UPS again!

After reading other reviews, I was a little worried about coming to this location. It ended up being a very quick trip, and the 2 ladies who helped me were both very kind. Both of them engaged my 4 year old son who was asking questions (whats this, whats that?) and didnt seem bothered at all. One lady walked us to the door and held it open for us since I was carrying my sleeping daughter. Havent ever had such a positive visit at any other UPS Store.

I waited outside for store to open at 8:00 am as sign stated on door. At 8:10 I looked up the the store online only to find out hours had changed and they open at 9:00 am instead, so the sign should be updated so others don’t wait 10 mins for them to open only to find out they won’t be open go another hour.

Ive used this location for years and never had a problem. I print my labels at home and have the packages ready to go. They scan and Im out the door. I used them to ship a bike once and had no problems at all.

Everyone in this establishment is so friendly and very helpful even if came to answering my questions about printing out resumes. I have been here multiple times since relocating to the Maryville area and each visit has been a great experience.

I made the mistake of taking a one of a kind item to be shipped to this store. Their certified packing experts packed it for me and charged me over $23 for packing materials and shipping.They called me 2 weeks later to say the package was damaged and contents lost. I filed a claim and waited another 3 weeks to receive a check that was over $3 short. Never once through all this did anyone ever say sorry. When I went to the store to fill out a claim and pick up my partial reimbursement, I was treated like an annoyance. UPS Store...none of this was my fault.FedEx from here on out.

Ive been dealing with this store for about 5 years, and I keep a business delivery address there. I dont know any of them personally, but they have always been accommodating . These are hard-working local people with a good knowledge of all things dealing with shipping. Not criticizing the reviewers who expect smiles and the such, but have you ever noticed a UPS truck driver waste much time? Hustle is the name of the game. You wont get much chit-chat as they try to keep the lines short so that they can also complete their tasks behind the counter. When I ask them for the cheapest way or the fastest way to ship something, they are always very straightforward... and they never fail to ask how much insurance I require.

Ive shipped stuff from here time to time and havent had any issues. The staff seem to just do the minimum though and are not very friendly. The services they offer are fairly nice, but Id rather go to the post office given the choice.

Shipped my product by UPS in alcoa. Part of my shipment was damaged. Insurance wouldnt cover loss as I had not taken pictures of items in box prior to shipping. Kelly was easy to work with but would NOT recommend this place or UPS as they do not cover any claims!! They ONLY guarantee shipment if they pack the box and you pay for this service. VERY unhappy with results. You dont get what you pay for!! Beware of UPS folks

This place tried to charge me 3.97 to print 2 pages on an email attachment. I was told by the employee there was a download fee. I went to office depot and printed the 2 pages for 24 cents. This place is a rip off.

This is the closest UPS Store to my residence unfortunately. For the items you already have packed and a label for its not too bad as the line is always moving pretty fast and its not as busy as the post office, but dont expect the staff to be friendly or smile here. If you havent pre-paid or if you dont have the item packed, you can expect to spend a ton here. I unfortunately had to purchase their recommended box for $10 along with packaging for another few bucks on top of that. I think their motto is to pick the largest box possible and then to stuff the box with the most foam peanuts they possibly can. Once you throw in the actual cost to ship the item I was looking at around $40. Also, as others have stated the staff seemed to get upset when asking for the different shipping speeds and prices.

I give one star only because you cannot give less. I shipped a custom art piece across the US from this location. The girl that assisted me in shipping told me it was insured up to $100. Unfortunately the piece arrived broken and now I am being told they are sorry but it wasnt insured. Apparently they tell all their customers that their shipments are insured but fail to mention that insurance is only valid if you ship is UPS. The manager Kelly insincerely apologized for the misunderstanding but said there is nothing she can do to correct the issue.Will definitely be taking my shipping needs elsewhere to a company that values customers and honesty!

Not friendly at all. Unwilling to discuss different options of shipping quoted me 51$ to ship a pair of earrings next day but gave me no other choices for a cheaper option other than standard time. The general attitude of the two was simply not friendly or interested in customer service
