Joseph that works in Alexander City on HWY 280 East did a awesome job helping me on Wednesday night Sept 15th, my batteries died on my 5th wheel he tested them sold me new ones and carried out to the truck . This young man cares about his customers, he was very helpful, and polite . I own my business and always look how others do business, Advance Auto parts you are blessed to have him on the job, Hang on to him .

I have been shopping at Advanceon US 280, Alex City for 15 years, since 2005, and have alwaysgotten prompt and courteousservice. In years gone by, theydid not have a part that I neededso they called another part store and located the part for me.

They didnt have car stereo we was looking for with pop up.screen

Crazy slow service. They tell me they have a part in stock yet cannot locate them upon arrival. This is a reoccurring problem.

They helped me out quicker than Auto Zone did. One guy in Auto Zone seen me in there and didnt even bother to ask if I needed any help. I stayed in there 10 minutes then left. Went to Advance Auto parts and was in there maybe 5 seconds and was asked if I needed any help. Got what I needed. Thanks Advance Auto Parts.

Came in Sunday morning February 25 2018. The two employees were great and very helpful,however the condition on the store was horrible. Trash on the floor the rug was filthy! Hope the store is cleaner next time I come in.
