I ordered and paid for a part that I was told would arrive in 2 days. I checked back 4 days later and I was told they sent it back, so I asked them to order it again. They did, and then I checked back regularly, once or twice a week, and was repeatedly told by different people that it never showed up and they were still waiting on it. I just checked back for the last time and I was told they sent it back AGAIN and was told the best they could do was give me my money back in 2 days. Hopefully this 2 days doesnt also turn into 2 months of waiting for something I never get.

Store opens at 7:30 a.m., it’s now 9:00 a.m. and they still not open. Closed at 8:00p.m. and suppose to stay open til 9:00p.m. Alexander City part store.

I didnt get no help from them people at all. I was looking for a tag light and this guy was working there had seen me a couple of times and didnt even ask if I needed help. I was in there about 10 minutes and then I left. Went to Advance Auto Parts!!!!!!

Good service

I came into the store during a heavy downpour when one of my wiper blades was literally falling apart. The gentleman in the store helped me determine the blades I needed, put on a rain jacket, and went out and installed them during the storm. I didnt even ask him to do this, he just did it. He was an extremely helpful and generous employee! And the blades did a fantastic job (Duralast brand) wiping the rain away.
