Poor customer service. 9/28/2021. Walked in 7 mins before closing. Went in to see if I can find something I need. Walked outside within 3mins. Before leaving I said “ thank you” thought they didn’t hear me… said “ thank you, goodnight”… completely got ignored by 3 workers but as soon as I walked out the door one of them rushed to close the door behind me!!3mins before closing….

You can find items advertised online at this big lots when u cant find at other big lots. Its been here longer than most big lots around the area, although it may not be as big as some big lots, this store has everything the bigger stores have and then some stuff others may not. The staff team are all nice and helpful.

Staff are nice. Big selection of the best junk food for less!!! I used to take my dd clients here for community integration. Hours of stuff to do if you like shopping.

I’m happy to write this review because biglots has been my first place to shop for many many years since I was 10 I loved shopping there and I have shopped at many locations where I used to live and where I live now I’m glad that there are so many locations near me where I can go I always find the best deals and what I’m looking for and it’s very easy to find everything and love that is always on sale and very good offers that I get on the emails not like other emails that want to you spend more than saving ... I’m very happy to say that David welcomed me with a smile and was very attentive and when I was paying he helped me and demetrio was also very happy to help and attentive and both greeted me when I walked out and with a smile it made my day .

Ordered online and picked up outside so that was fast.

Its a big store with plenty of things to shop for including furniture at really good prices

Look like this store may be about to start a renovation? At least I hope... there are a LOT of evidence shelves have been moved, thus exposing the VERY dirty marks on the floor..Things are not very organized (merchandise not grouped in any intuitive manner, and not where the tags are located)Seems a little training to the Staffan be useful as well.. I was there to pick up a web order (ie: already with promotion nd coupons validated) tallied, and paid for via e-commerce... but the cashier decided the total of my order was way too low and started to re-scan each item until I asked her to get the manager, who said nothing more than just let it go without educating the cashier the reason....I am thankful for the low prices, but that is the only reason I would shop there..

One of my go to spots. Snagged a couple of after Easter goodies. Excited even to decorate next year.

The staff are helpful and place is neat and clean.

This big lots is under construction so it was a mess, but I usually like this one a lot . Nice, friendly staff. Cant wait to see the remodel when it is done

Become a member and get free stuff on some weekends. The soups, cereals, and drinks are cheaper than the nearby markets.

Horrible place. Empty shelves and black sticky floors. I have no idea how this store is still running. It also smells awful in there like garbage thats been sitting in the sun for a week.

I like the store. Its always clean. The only improvement I suggest is that not every item is properly priced so you have to ask for some price checks.

This location was a lil sloppy...The one in Montebello is way cleaner...more organization and less crowded.

Big lots had a lot of good stuff for fall decor. Also they had a lot on sale.

Store is kinda big. Its not bad.

I visit this place often. Very cheap price ces on good items. Things like chargers. Wax scents. Also a big item is the Blu Ray movies. Why? Because they are valued at 3 or 5 dollars AND come with a digital code. Its a bargain bin paradise. Also good here for seasonal shopping like holiday props.

Store very messy and very unorganized. Employees need to be more professional.

The store is well laid out and spacious. It is also very bright, so shopping here is more pleasant. I always find something worth picking up. Their housewares department is very decent too.

I Found what I was looking for at a good price. The employees were nice. The parking lot was a mess! A lot of the carts were out of order. I guess the lock on the wheels had malfunctioned.

The Big Lots here in Valley Blvd is pretty much like any other Ive been to...that is to say it is fairly large, filled with quite a bit of various items..and at okay prices. On some items they are definitely less expensive than what you would find at other places, and on many other items, they simply are reasonably competitive. What bothers me about any Big Lots, is they always come across as too brightly lit..like a cheap, giant warehouse, with too much florescent lighting..and despite actually being organized, they seem kind of cheap and messy. This is not an inviting place.

Place is a dump. The restroom is worse than a Porto potty.

This new location is okay. They got this new place stocked alot more now than I last were the there. We went after they were open for like a month and they hardly had that much stuff or items? Maybe this new place is larger? Idk? I rated 3 stars because they didnt have 2 items they usually stock although, the staff was trying to be helpful and checking stock in the back stock room and locating what we were in search of at another one of their stores. And this was before the pandemic? I am not usually not too crucial.... But at the end of the day....Im tired and want to get my things and go home. I love the big lots in Arcadia and Montebello Calif. They are always so neat. The one in Alhambra is always messy and the staff is notfriendly. Unfortunately, I live by that one but travel farther to go to Arcadia or Montebello

Very old store. Not kept very clean everything is very unorganized bathrooms were not very clean this place has seen better days. I will show elsewhere

Visit this store once a while. Some household stuff of good discounted prices. Bought a small storage chest and loved it. Always ended up buying something.

Ive never had any issues here. Manager had helped me with ordering me bar stools and was professional about it. Staff is friendly and helpful. I purchased my k-cup coffee machine here too. Still going strong!

Big lots is a great place to pick up a deal. They have furniture, recliners, sofas etc. They have garden supplies all the way to toothpaste and some electronics.

You know if you really want to stock up for an earthquake with canned goods and bottled water this is the place to go they got coupons for $10 off every fifty bucks or 10 bucks off 50 20 bucks off of 100 and if you want to really go to town and spend $1,000 you could save up to two hundred bucks on one of their coupons to subscribe choose their email and become a member and you will save two hundred bucks off of one single thousand-dollar purchase some pad

Great place, I am very impressed with this store in how large it is and very well stocked with a large selection of merchandise ! This is the best store of theres that Ive been to out of the many I have in my travels this last half a year

Big Lots is way better than your 99 cents store. Stuff are reasonably priced. They have living room furnitures, grocery, bedding, bathroom, kitchen stuff and etc. This store is well organized and spacious. Staff (i.e., Sandra and Glendora) are friendly, nice and professional. I like them! This store has been my favorite for many, many years. Parking is huge. Overall, I highly recommend you go visit this store for anything you need.

We love to buy seasonal merchandise from them. I wouldnt buy electronics or food from here. Cashiers can use a bit of customer service training.

Great place to shop for almost everything you need. Prices are pretty reasonable. Love getting Iams cat food here, cheaper..🐈 12 pk toilet paper $6.54! and its not that cheap soft tissue. Movies (dvds) are $ 3 - 5.. I love the Epielle Cucumber face wipes! They leave your face feeling clean and soft; for when you dont feel like getting up to wash your face after getting home from work..lots of good stuff...even make-up!

My first time coming here this place isnt bad at all they carry a bunch of home equipment and kitchen stuff and furniture for cheap to. The store is spacious and have everything super cheap. I love finding stores like these because you save alot of money instead of going to big stores. My only concern is they are understaffed here and only have 2 cashiers open. But other than that this place is crowd free and cheap!
