Always friendly, quick, and kind. This is my go to biggby mainly because of how personable all the staff here is.

I placed an order on DoorDash this morning. I really just needed a coffee since I was out of my creamer at home but decided to order a bagel sandwich & donut holes too… the order I received was 3 bagel sandwiches and no freakin coffee!!! Thanks for the bagel sandwiches but you wasted your product & my money!!

The driveway is in the back of an ally and ordering through the speaker is a task of its own. The menu is on the more expansive side. The line is usually long but service is always warm and helpful

Literally so bad, they can’t even make an iced coffee right...yikes. We ordered 2 iced coffees with a splash of almond milk, and a splash of sugar free hazelnut syrup. There must have been 4 pumps of syrup it was sooooo sweet we couldn’t even drink them!

I’ve been coming since you guys opened and I’m always greeted with a smile. Best customer service! I frequently see the owner (Assuming he’s the owner). Nice guy. Interacts with his customers. Love love love Biggby! This is my favorite Biggby location. Staff is always friendly, fast service. Saturdays they have Mocha Java and Michigan Cherry coffees when you mix them together just right tastes like chocolate covered cherries. The frozen Neapolitan sub strawberries instead of syrup, is so amazing.

I found this place recently using Google reviews for a good coffee place nearby. It was the first time I went to a Biggby coffee shop. The coffee is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the service is fast. I go there all the time now.

Seriously the best around!! Truly amazing service, drinks are spot on every time and the owners are wonderful people!! I drive 10 minutes out of my way just to go here now!!

By far, the best coffee place I have ever stopped at and Ive stopped by plenty of places due to my hour drive to work. This Biggby is the ONLY one I stop at now when going to work. The employees here are the kindest, most sincere bunch I have ever come across and no matter what I order it is made perfectly. When you think it couldnt get any better they are super fast. I highly recommend visiting these guys.

Great coffee of any kind

This place used to be good.. but lately they cant get an order right... I ordered a soy lavender latte and a Soy Chai tea latte, and they gave me a lavender chai latte which tastes totally awful.... they took it back then gave me the exact same latte back.. dont waste your time trying to get what you actually ordered...

I stopped on here to meet up with a friend for a chat. While placing my order, I mentioned that it was my first-ever visit to a Biggby location. All the staff came put to welcome me, which was a very nice touch. They also wrote some nice, welcoming messages on my cup.Oh, and the drink was very good. Ill certainly be back.

Fantastic coffee, especially Biggbys Best which is one of the best medium roasts I have had. Lots of options for special treatments and flavors to the drinks. The staff at the Allen Park Southfield Rd location are friendly, and the facility is clean. WiFi is adequate for getting work done!

Highly dissatisfied! Took 15 mins to get two Turkey Harvarti Bragels. Was informed they were out of asiago so I said Ill take plain. Had to pay for extra cream cheese, which is fine..however, once I opened the wrapper it was on an everything bagel and barely a smear of cream cheese..why did I just pay extra and not receive it? This is the 3rd time in a row that there is barely any cream cheese. I will stop going to this location. Biggby owes me a free 3 bragels to make up for the lack of cream cheese and extra that I paid for. Since I waited so long for these, I wasnt waiting any longer for them to correct the issue, my patience was gone at that point.

This is one of the better Biggby Coffees in the area. The drive thru runs smoothly and the staff is always friendly. They are also knowledgeable on flavors and combinations.

The staff was extremely friendy. I had the opportunity to sit with the owners Brian and Cathy who were just wonderful to talk to. And, my bagel sandwich was very tasty, I will certainly be back and I wish Brian and Cathy the best. B

Take advantage of all these offers and youll find how inexpensive Biggby actually is. One more thing: Its a Michigan business! Go get yourself some great coffee.

Ordered a Super White Lighting and I was robbed!!! I felt the drink a little light and it was missing 25% of the cup. I knew I should have gone to my usual Tim Horton smh. And it wasn’t due to whipped cream space. It was missing so much!!!!
