Donuts are always delicious. Do yourself a favor and get the original glazed when its hot and fresh. It literally melts in your mouth.Today we went to try the limited edition Apple Spice donuts. The cake one is sooooo good!Staff is always fast and friendly at this location. 🙂

Remember when there was a line for free donuts? No more free donut....no more hot or even warm donuts. Employees dont know the names of donuts. This location looks drab and needs updating...possibly some new landscaping? A huge tree covers the building from one viewpoint. Little to no business for such a busy location. Just drive through so the building doesnt need to be so big. Outside dining? Might be a smart idea for this location to go outdoors....a balloon attached to a pole? The donuts arent even that special, admit it. Overpriced small selection. Ill go to DD. BYE

I use to stop here 1-2 times a week on my way to work. Always made my coworkers very happy. About 2 months ago, they closed the lobby due to worker shortages, the hot light is never on the line is always 8 deep & the people working the window are slow as molasses. I wont go back to this location until it gets it together. Not worth spending 30 minutes in the drive through for sub par donuts. Especially with so many other options in the area.

Well, this was disappointing. I pulled up and I felt rushed to pick my item, after I told her I wasn’t ready. I ordered a donut and it wasn’t warm. I thought they gave you hot and fresh off the line. I orders a dozen donut and just had my family warm them at home. It wasn’t what I wanted, but I haven’t been here in 4-5 years, I guess lesson learned.

Very slow. The line never moved and we ended up waiting on the road. It’s not hard to give out doughnuts that are already made. Huge line up and barely no one was leaving the drive thru.

The doughnuts are not really the issues, I think my biggest gripe is the drive thru only option. Recently Ive been here, well tried to go and was forced to wait in the drive thru line. Unfortunately, the line has been so long Ive just driven off. To be fair it really depends on what time you go. Overall, just meh....

The place has great donuts. Can’t get enough once in hand. Clean inside and you are able to see the process from beginning to end if you choose to be that person. App is amazing, clean and easy to place orders online for pickup or delivery but highly recommend you check package before leaving the place or drop off person takes off as they can mistakenly screw the order. Lucky for me, it was still an order I was welling to accept. Hopefully it never happens again.

First time I ever went to a Krispy Kreme it was a pleasure experience. The drive-thru line move through smoothly. The cashier was kind and courteous and very helpful. The donuts were extraordinary.

I would have given them five stars but unfortunately due to the sign of the times, the red light sign was not on 🙁 and may not have enough help . Other than that, we received great customer service and delicious donuts! 🍩🍩 We will be back!☺ I would recommend that you get the Krispy Kreme app to help you and the workers out.

What was advertised vs what was received. Check your online orders before you leave. Normally this wouldnt matter, but when you have x amount of kids you planned on treating and youre shorted two premium characters it does matter. Otherwise, theyre simply perfect!

It used to be when you saw the red light on the Krispy Kreme sign it meant you would go in and get a free donut hot off the assembly line. Id go in get my free donut and walk out with one or even two dozen of traditional glazed donuts all for the cost of one free donut.Krispy Kreme no longer does that. I talked with employees who said that too many kids were coming in and getting free donuts so they quit doing it. Other employees insisted they never gave out free donuts; they must have been new.Regardless even without the free donut theyre still some of the best donuts around!My wife really enjoys limited production run seasonal donuts. Those are always tasty but my favorite will always be the original glazed.

I was in a time crunch to get somewhere but I saw the red light on. So, I wanted a fresh donut. I ordered 3 donut none of them were fresh or even warm. I even ordered 1 original glazed to be safe. A last, still not fresh.

They make they donuts fresh everyday and throughout the day I know because I have seen them bake freshly donuts.

Got my order incorrect and wont answer the phone.

We had to repeat the order twice and the guy that was at the window was a dumb nugget to say the least and the coffee was poor quality. Not returning and I would recommend going to a different place instead.

Took 25+ minutes to get thru drive thru. Donuts were ice cold as if refrigerated.Also got a cup of donut holes and they were cold and 4 at the bottom of cup were smashed andstuck together and unedible. Never going back there again!

This place is everything heaven should be. End of story.Clean, efficient and pleasant staff. Best kind of pastry off of a factory production line EVER!

Came in for the $14 double dozen. Many options available. Hot Now sign me, YES, PLEASE! First time ordering their coffee which was delicious. Im signed up for the email/rewards which land me some sweet deals as well. Service was speedy.

Nothing better than a sweet glazed donut thats freshly made. These donuts are very light, fluffy and the perfect sugary glaze...but when the red light is on thats the best to get them right out the fryer.

There is no doubt that KK donuts are amazing. However....customer service is not up to par. It takes FOREVER to get thru the line and theyve managed to mess up my order a couple times. Mind you, I only order 2 or 3 reg KK original glaze. I just stopped coming to this location.

As much as it pains me to give 4 stars, they just went very slow. There was a huge line when I got there and I waited a good 20 mins before it was even my turn because the employees werent moving very fast. Other than that, everything was good.

So this is my first time ever going to an actual Krispy Kreme location and I guess I have to come when the light is on because the donuts that I got were cold and a little bit on the dry side... But I got a frozen strawberry lemonade that was delicious!!

Hot light was on. Ordered one dozen. Charged for two dozen. Tried to call, no answer. Complained on line, no answer. But the doughnuts, as usual, were awesome.

Cant make large caramel mochi, taste like straight black coffee. Even after taking it back to get more caramel and chocolate still taste black.

The special limited time chocolate glazed and they barely put any glaze on and didnt do the bottoms, these are supposed to be glazed twice so tops and bottoms are covered, thats why we pay more for them

Really disappointed the doughnuts were hard not good at all and the people working were very rude unfriendly and we didnt get our free doughnut when we walked in and when we asked they just ignored us. This place really went down hill with customer service and with their doughnuts!

Free dozen for first responders! I dont want to be biased but I havent had a doughnut in years. I paid nothing for being an RN, nurses week. Despite the half hour line, they were ready for me, and the doughnuts were fresh..and I ate three despite my fasting. So they were good. And the staff was so friendly and happy to give away free food.

There is only drive thru open with covid and all. But we arrived at the location and waited in the drive thru line but there isnt a noticeable speaker . So we missed it thinking they had two windows. Once we arrived at the second wineries we were informed that we missed the speaker and the lady couldnt take our order there. What a disappointment after waiting 25 minutes in line.

Went thru the drive thru and the girl was rude on the intercom. We ordered a dozen. I wanted to get four dozen but the girl sighed on the intercom. So I told her nevermind Ill just do the dozen. We ordered two coffee drinks as well. We got to the window and Bella handed us the one box of donuts. We were still waiting and with an attitude Bella said what else do you want. We replied that we had our drinks that we ordered she rolled her eyes and shut the window. This guy gave us the drinks and was laughing and she turned around and laughed too. She seems trashy with hickeys on her neck I could see her being nasty and tampering in our drinks I feel they did something to our drinks. I threw mine out the window. I wont be back.

Went there placed my order at the drive thru and they did not notify me that they cannot accept cards waited, for my turn as i pulled up to the window they said they can not take cards and that it is cash only.... and i was not carrying any cash they could’ve let me know before i ordered and waited in line... what a waste of 15 minutes of my time!

Donuts were just ok... but the service was horrible... it seemed as though we were an inconvenience for having stopped here. Do yourself a favor go to donut castle on eureka just west of telegraph they have the best donuts i have ever had and they are cheaper too.

Product is always as good as you expect. Perfect. But the wait is a bit much. They are in zero rush to get it to you which is always annoying and distracts me from going. Speed it up! And youll get more business. Its common sense.

Previous accounts from former employees are 100 percent correct. This place is in desperate need of new leadership and is a very toxic work environment.Rampant favoritism guarantees that a certain group of employees end up pulling more weight then the rest of the crew combined.Yes, they ignore phone calls on purpose.Yes, they get overwhelmed, close the dining room and cause traffic jams hoping people will just leave. Which can make getting a doordash order almost impossible.

Good as always but I had to wait for fresh/warm come out of machine for more than 15 min at 6:45 AM to grab my order

I used to work here and I like the job but the leadership is horrible. There is a lot of favoritism and some people do not get their job done and the rest of us have to do their job. We have complained but nothing ever gets done. I would of loved to stay but I can not work in such a toxic environment.

Went to get the special of buy a dozen get a dozen to share for a $1sweet or treat special and they try to charge me full price. I specifically asked for the deal also because i wanted to get the Halloween dozen which they didnt have besides the chocolate frosted one. When I asked for my money back they got an attitude and asked if I asked for the deal that is when the giy behind me said he did hear me ask for it. Would have got 5 stars if they didnt try to charge me full price!

I had the worst experience ever. The food was great. But I ordered 2 vanilla frozen drinks one of them was supposed to be add Carmel. And I paid for it. I don’t care about the .50 cents. But I’m very upset about the service the younger lady was nice but the older lady was very very rude. She kept telling me I didn’t order it with the extra add on but I have the receipt that says I did. She kept basically calling me a liar and making a huge deal about it instead of just being nice and adding it in for me. The younger lady did offer to add it but I was so mad about the other lady I didn’t even have her add it I just wanted to leave. I can’t believe how unprofessional the lady was. I was not being a liar and didn’t deserve the way she acted nor the way she talked towards me.
