Frankly, I loved my experience with my mother. She hasn’t had the ability to hear or communicate with her family because she was so stubborn and vain about hearing aids! It was hard to get her in the office but once we did Andrea the front seat girl set us up right away for next day appointment, greeted us with the up most respect and was very helpful with the information I was trying to get prior. Frank the specialist was amazing and very attentive to any question I had. Plus the gift bags we received after was a nice surprise! I just took my mom here to get new hearing aids and everyone was so nice! Great service at each visit, and exactly what you would hope for when someone is helping your senior citizen parent! They also schedule regular follow up appointments to make sure everything is working well and will continue to see her, and clean her hearing aids on a regular basis. Highly recommend!! Thank you!
