I took my 85 year old mother here and they were wonderful. They explained the whole process so we both could understand. They gave her the hearing test and determined the best option for her. They gave us an excellent price on two hearing aids. They taught my mother how to care for them, how to save battery life, and how to adjust them based on her hearing needs. They provide free adjustments. We could not be happier. It is so nice to have a normal conversation with my mother without repeating myself. My husband had hearing aids from Beltone for years. Nothing but trouble! USA Hearing Aid Services was recommended to us and we gave them a try. Right off the bat I was impressed. The best place ever. I have never dealt with such kind, caring people. Cassie adjusted my hearing aids. I have never been able to hear so well. Anybody needs assistance with your hearing aids this is the place to go. Other hear aid places should take a lesson from this facility.
