Worst experience ever!!!!! Will never shop at any Sephora locations much less this one! Representatives are beyond rude!!! Went in for a color match and representative was extremely condescending and rude. As soon as I said never mind and thank you she said perfect like she didn’t need to deal with me while you all just lost a customer and $300+ Make up visit. Never again Sephora!

I had a great experience shopping here yesterday evening. The associate that helped me was very kind and knowledgeable. Checkout was friendly and fast.

I need to match my color and the first lady that was helping was completely honest and stated she was awful with that (I appreciate the honesty) and introduced me to Julia which was excellent we did my color matching next to the window to make sure to get the natural light. For each color she waited at least 2-3 minutes each to make sure it oxidized and the color was perfect. I did at least 9 different colors I am extremely happy with the service. I went on a Saturday afternoon so it was a little crowd but that is excepted. Some workers were not dressed in all black which made it difficult to identify them.

Stopped by this store looking for a perfume that was recommended to me… could not find anyone around that wasn’t busy to help me (which is ok) and decided to leave. on the way out there were three employees standing at the front talking amongst each other about haircuts that didn’t even tell me “bye” or “have a nice day”.

I’ve never had a bad experience at a Sephora and this one even takes that up a notch!

The SA that assisted me Gloria was very knowable with the products. I came in inquiring about the new YSL tint and the location hadn’t receive it yet. Gloria suggested the new Fenty tint to try and told me the pros and cons (add SPF) of the product. She suggested the Sephora Favorites Give Me Some Shine when I asked about lip balms. The staff was very friendly and I’ll visiting this location again.

There are several Sephora shops within 30 minutes of my home. This one in Allen is the best, best service, best product knowledge, best inventory, best in all ways. They are eager to make sure you are pleased and satisfied before leaving. If you are a Sephora fan, go to this one in Allen is #1. You wont be disappointed. I never have.

Was assisted right as I walked into the store and was given help finding the perfect shade for my foundation (even during covid)! Was also shown more affordable options when asked (for brushes specifically). Plus you get free shipping on a item if you order through them in store if they are out

Celeste (hope I didnt butcher it) was the makeup artist who assisted me. She was very knowledgeable on all the products. We had the same skin condition so she was very helpful with her own personal experience. With the pandemic they are taking huge precautions so they do not allow swatching on your skin but they have a clear pallet that you can hold up to your skin still very helpful. (Just ask for it tho because the one who assisted my sister put it on her own skin to show her what it looked like. Which wasnt very helpful since she was fair and my sister is not.

Went to sephora and had a very helpful artist. I was honest that I’m looking for inexpensive products, specifically powder foundation and neutral colors. She helped me get bare minerals products and recommended me inexpensive neutral products. I love the fact she didn’t try to up sell me anything, not give me colors I won’t like or hurt my budget.

Went with no clue on which products to buy. Lisa and Jeff were so nice and helpful! Highly recommend coming here!

All the ladies here are pleasant and helpful. They never run me out. I ask a bajillion questions and they never get annoyed. They recently reorganized all of the displays, so it took me a bit to map it out. But all good. Always a go!

I always have great service when I shop at this Sephora but today was particularly incredible. I had to return three different items that did not work for my skin and coloring and they took great care in assisting me. They listened to why I did not like each product that I was bringing back and asked two different associates to help me find a replacement for each item. I had a make up expert assist me with the blush and other face product and a hair expert assist me with the hair thickener that I was seeking. I was blown away today by the level of service that I received!

If you cant find what you need in this store makeup wise there has got to be a problem lol

SID IS THE FREAKING BEST!!! I went in back in February to get a last minute match for my wedding, and she recommended the PERFECT shade for me!! Looked absolutely flawless! She didnt push for me to buy the most expensive thing, and she made sure I liked how everythign looked ten times over.. Today I came in with a friend to match her with some concealer, and again!! I got Sid!!! She got the perfect shade the first time. And got us EXACTLY what we wanted!! Shes so energetic and makes you feel at home and like youve known her for ages!! This girl needs all the appreciation she can get!! Not only that. But all the workers in the store make you feel so welcome ❤️❤️ this is by far my favorite Location. And favorite makeup store to boot!! If you go ask for Sid!

Great Sephora! Attentive and knowledgeable employees, and its a very spacious, cleanly store. They have clearanced items scattered throughout the aisles, making it fun to wander around after you find what you need.

Went there to get replacement facial cleanser and moisturizer. The staff was super helpful and really nice. I got the Greek yogurt cleanser and Secret Sauce moisturizer and am loving both!

Walked in for a mini eye with lashes and was told I couldnt do both because they are two different services. Ive done it on at least ten other occasions over the years at this particular location. I got no explanation as to why this has never been a problem for me in the past and was still denied after offering to pay. Disappointed that the staff just seemed very unwilling to help especially since I shop almost exclusively at the Allen location. On a brighter note, I was happily served at the MAC counter at Dillards in Fairview!

Love Sephora, but this location just gets on my nerves. I am constantly driving out of my way to go to a different one even though I live down the street from this one. Will say I took a product in because the pump wasnt working and they gave me a new one. It was about 3 months old and hardly used. Unfortunately this pump doesnt work either 🙄🙄🙄

This is not the closest Sephora to me but I gladly drive the extra distance for the amazing service and much wider selection of this location. I frequent this store a lot and I have never been disappointed by any of the staff here. They always take the time to really listen to my concerns or what I’m looking for in a product and have given me excellent recommendations which has made a world of difference in my beauty routine! I wish I could name those who have helped me thus far but I’m terrible with names. Honestly though, I feel like everyone at this Sephora is top notch! HIGHLY recommend this location!!!

This location is hit or miss as far as service goes. They are not consistent, sometimes they are very helpful and other times it seems like youre not even there.Besides that, I spend a lot of money at Sephora and this location is not very good about handing out samples during shopping and especially at the checkout. So I rate this location average, I wish Sephora had more stores.

One of my business partners took me here to sample some of Rihannas new makeup line the makeup line is fabulous they had everything we needed in the store and the young lady that helped us and did our makeup was phenomenal I will definitely be going back and would recommend them and give them 5 stars

I have NEVER been more angry with Sephora than I have now. I received a defective product, went to the store the next day to return for a new one so I could try it out. I received the new one, did NOT like it because it did not hold my curls and long hair does not fit completely when you wrap it. No big deal.. went to return it. They will only have me store credit. WOULD NOT RETURN TO MY ORIGINAL CARD! I can’t even use the “Store Credit” online. You just lost a Sephora customer. I have never been more furious. I called customer service and they would not do anything about it, after I told them they could cancel the card, if needed. I have NEVER had ANY issues at all, until NOW! NOT RETURNING.

Staff was really helpful and was able to help me find the eye shadow pallet i was looking for, that my wife has been wanting. The stire is a bit crowded with a bunch if stands and isle for makeup. But also agood thing if you looking gor something specific.

Worse experience ever.. at any sephora.. i had an appointment for my eye makeup.. and i was 5-6 min late when i was their lady showed up after 7 min and telling me that you are 20 min late and that why we have cancelled you appointment.. when I reached they don’t have any courtesy to inform before that.. when we booked they sent you email.. personally text message but when you are cancelling I believe you should have inform as well.. even after that I request he lady to consider for 10 min she refused.. and asking me to find any other location on the spot.. when she know you can’t have appointment on the spot or on the time in any other location.. she already knows that when i try to search i told her she said i know.. really very sad about the experience i had.. I wouldn’t not recommend this location to anyone because they are so rude

Bas customer service. Seems like they only want to help people who are dressed with expensive clothes and purses. Only got asked if i was doing okay once and when i was going to respond they just walked away and ignored the beginning of my sentence. I just walked out immediately. Avoiding this location from now on.

The staff here are snooty and rude. If youre not dressed to the nines and carrying an expensive handbag, youll be over looked or treated like a peasant. I had good money to spend, but was talked down to and argued with, then dismissed. I took my money to Ulta, where I was treated respectfully. Ill only order online from here, if I cant find what I need somewhere else.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Sephora in watters creek in Allen Texas. It was my first time getting my makeup done in store and it was an absolutely invaluable experience. My stylist, Syd, did a wonderful job. My skin was cracked and peeling and I had a wedding to go to but you never would have known with the phenomenal job Syd did. When I left I felt like an absolute princess and I was in LOVE with the look. Syd even put a few extra touches on my little sister who joined us. I am so grateful for this experience. Absolutely loved every minute of it!

I went in with a gift card and ive never been to sephora before. I had an idea of what I wanted before walking in. Well there was so much in such little space I didnt know where to begin. There was around 8 employees in the store. I walked around the store probably 6 times and not one employee asked if I needed help. I know they saw me circling the store. Was I suppose to walk in with no make up on to get any kind of help?? That way maybe they could point me in the right direction. Ive been to the sephora inside Jcpennys at fairview town centre and the employee there had a crossbody bag with a million make up brushes and was so helpful when I went to exchange perfumes. My boyfriend kept asking me why I didnt ask one of them for help. No way I was going to ask an employee to help me spend my money there. Someone should of already approached me. I decided I didnt want to spend my money and this location and I would just go back to the sephora inside Jcpennys. I wont ever go back to the sephora st watters creek.

I stopped by for some last-minute help with makeup for an event. They were booked and couldnt fit me in at the time, and I was mildly huffy about it (sorry to say). I came back an hour later, after getting my hair done (at Blo, two shops away) and this time they were able to help me. They didnt even hold my previous rudeness against me.Bri was the girl who fixed me up, and she was super sweet and talented. Ask for her if you can.

I shopped here the last time I was in this area. I then quickly remembered why I avoid this location. They are so unhelpful! I told them exactly what I was looking for and yet they showed me zero options and went to a brand I said I was uninterested in supporting. They didn’t listen at all.I ended up finding things myself, spent 374.00 and some change, didn’t even get the Sephora tissue in the bag, AND when I asked for a sample, the cashier seemed put out to even toss one in the bag. Poor service from the moment I entered the store to when I left. I’ve been a rouge member for 4 years and I’m thinking of just buying directly from the product websites and going to Ulta where they put a little more effect into helping you when asked.The last time I actually had good service at Sephora (at this location) was 2+ years ago. I actually called Sephora headquarters and instead of a complaint (which I’m sure they get a lot of, I gave a huge compliment because so rarely this location is helpful)The make-up bar has staff members that are a little more friendly, however, they push the coin too whether you need it or not.Being a rouge member I obviously don’t mind spending the money, but as a consumer in the store, I’d like to be treated better and have staff members actually listen to what I’m asking for.

I went it and bought somethings for myself and one thing as a gift for a friend. When I got to the register I asked the lady if I could do two separate transactions bc one item was a gift. Her reply was thats not necessary I can give you a gift receipt in such a rude manner I was taken back. I explained to her I was purchasing my items with a Christmas gift card and wanted to put the gift on a debit card and she rolled her eyes at me. I was so surprised. I work in retail in the shame shopping center and I have never seen doing two or ever more transactions as an issue. Even if it was an issue, which it isnt, I cant imagine being so rude and rolling my eyes at a customer.

Nice cosmetic shop in Allen with helpful staff. In a request for specific brands for concealer, Urban Decay and Tarte, they recommended Lancôme, likely because the Lancôme rep was at the store. The product seems to work well - first time purchase.

The single star is for customer service only. I returned a purchase that I bought using my debit card-I wanted my refund in cash because a debit refund can take a couple of days. While at the Sephora in JCPenney the associate told me that I could get a cash refund at the Watters Creek location (where I made the purchase)...when I explained all of this to the associate at Watters Creek she replied that JCP Sephora is not a real Sephora and they dont know what they are talking about...I told her that their sign reads Sephora??? The manager was called, she agreed with the associate replying that JCP Sephora flat out lied to you...long story short, I left with my cash refund but was amazed by the lack of professionalism of the Watters Creek associates.
