The staff is great and it is really clean and organized on the inside. But we bought a new game here and ordered a few more off GameStop.com and they came unsealed. The rule of thumb is that if a game comes unsealed it isnt new. Just be careful when buying a new game cause you cannot confirm its factory sealed and actually new

These guys are always great. Store is clean and well run, neat and organized. They always ask if youre interested in pre-ordering the latest and greatest but are never pushy like some other stores.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. It was my sons first time buying a game with his own money and they were very patient with him and super nice. Will definitely be back.

Great selection, nice workers, very helpful in what good games to get and tell you ratings on each. Also preordering games that you have no idea that are going to be good is also great because they can tell you their opinion on weather to wait when it comes out or wait till before it comes out and just have your money ready.

Good customer service I was able to get my Military Discount 🇺🇸as well and credit for my games wouldnt mind to use gamestop again. Thank you.

This GameStop goes above and beyond. I called GameStops today in essence of a game I had questions about. D helped answer all my questions the best and went in to purchase the new Mortal Kombat Premium Edition, early release Days Gone, and renewed my Game Stop subscription.

They sell New copies without the shrink wrap.. What a joke.

This is by far the best GameStop I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and honestly concerned with the customer experience. After tonights experience, one of many, this will be the only GameStop I go to.

Just helped my my special needs brother buy a Wii U and Mario Cart game at this location; had to write a review. Dustin was wonderful and very patient. He walked us through all the options of purchase, and made sure my brother felt involved and included. Really appreciated it mate. A hat tip and thanks!

The GameSpot is just like any other. However, the staff made me switch registers 3 times before they were able to access a computer to make a 15$ sale. It probably would have been easier at a Target.

Never have what I want in stock and are very rude about it. Completely unknowable about the whats on the floor and unwilling to help. And to top off my terrible experience they wouldnt let me use their bathroom even though I was a paying customer.

Pretty nice people honestly but sometimes the prices on he games or any game is like double your imagine . But Ill give them props they do help out a lot and they do some discounts on stuff that you bargain with I will be pleased to come back here.

I prefer this store to the rest in McKinney and Allen.I never personally had a problem with the staff. Always helpful.They did However sell me a Fake Pokemon soul silver. i did not know it was fake at the time. I brought it back [the game would freeze and give me a black screen with just music] and the guy working there at the time noticed it was fake. Gave me a real one. Over all 4/5 stars. Looking forward to picking up my X and Y tomorrow.

The MGR Mike is very rude. I had to go back to the store because one of the employees forgot to put my game in the case. Big inconvenience. I ask for a discount on my next purchase and Mike said he is no chick-fil-a and seeing his face should be good enough... OMG WHAT!!! very rude! I wont go there again...

Geeky, overpriced game store that offers to buy your games and equipment back at an extremely unfair low price just to clean up and sell again. Buy new with discounts and coupons at Target, Best Buy, or on Amazon for a better gaming experience.

Went to get my 5 year old son his first little game at this store. The sales guy sold me on a Xbox 360 with 3 games. Christmas came and my son was so excited. We went to set it up but guess what? It needed a hard drive to work which was not told to me or even offered. So Sad :( I went after Christmas & he charged me $30 more for the drive. So I suck at this game stuff & I have no clue whats needed. Do your research because the sales staff will defiantly not mention missing pieces needed :(
