Hanging out with my buddy before a movie and had a cigar.

Been to many ..MANY cigar shops in the metro because of my travels. The cigars are always top of the line GREAT smokes. I have never had a bad stick from this store, and I have bought many. Disregard the previous comments. There is no box fan in the humidor, I can vouch for that. The staff is Great, and the sticks are epic.

It’s not hard to change your hour of operations on Google. Would’ve been awesome if I didn’t drive 30 minutes to your shop to find out that you’ve been closed for over an hour. Making sure the posted hours of operation on Google is one of the most fundamental aspects of owning a company. If you change your hours make sure you change it where most people are going to be searching for you.

Great place to buy cigars as well as all the accessories you may need or want. Humidor stocked with well-known brands, boutique cigars, and quite often the rare, hard-to-find cigars. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and so are the regulars. Its BYOB and everyone is welcome. Great place to hangout and enjoy a cigar.

Great place to stop and buy a stick or stay and hang out for the evening. they offer free wifi if you need to do work while you are enjoying a cigar. all of the employees are very knowledgeable about cigars. if you havent stopped by, you should!

The service was great the employees really help me out and taught me what i should know to understand the purchase i was making, and even got up from his meal to help me with look around the humidor.

Horrid. Humidor was at least 83 degrees. Had a box fan in it. Half the cigars were hard as wood. Bought one. Lite it. Total reject. Boy got a $13 Monte white and it was stale and drew like a plug. Toilet overflowed on flush. What a dump. Go buy at Total Wine. 40% less and fresh.

Great selection and nice homey shop right in the Village at Allen. Very knowledgeable staff, along with a great boutique, and general selection of cigars makes this the place to go if you want a cigar. Oh and one last thing, its also byob so dont forget to bring your own favorite whiskey or scotch to enjoy with your stogie!

Big fan of the company, excellent customer service along with great prices. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is big on cigars

I went to the Allen location last night and the customer service was terrible. This was my first time at this location and it will be my last.

The cigar humidor is well stocked and the prices are comparable to cigar lounges in Fort Worth, we were visiting with a friend and happened on this place. The staff in my opinion was not very friendly and the ventilation system was far from adequate for such a small space.

What a dump. This place is filthy!
