If you like to be treated like a POS customer, this is the place for you. Called to see if something was in stock, said yes. Then when I show up they act like they had no idea what I was talking about. Didn’t have what I was looking for.

Hani immediately greeted me, and once I explained the purpose of my visit, asked about my use and led me to a new tank.The whole process was easy and I’m very happy with the upgrade. Bought a batteries from him and after a day that stoped working. When I went back he acted like he never sold me batteries and he didn’t know me. He refused to refund my transaction or exchange it. He was super rude and disrespectful. I don’t care about batteries and if your policy says no returns that’s fine, but I’ve never been treated worse as a customer. I would not suggest this place.

Horrible! Worst experience of my life. Straight liars, sell you products that don’t even work. There products are defective. Customer service is the absolute worse I have ever experienced. The employee lack basic manners. They Don’t accept returns as well.

My go to spot for ANY hardware. They have a great selection of house juices and third party juices too. I remember when Randi and her husband opened this location and have seen it grow. These are great people offering great products. Recently they have added other stuff that is outside vaping, not for me, but if youre in the market for something for your greenery Im sure thats great stuff too. Check it out, its worth the stop. It just may be your next favorite spot for anything vape too.

Nice and friendly service, feels calm and nicely private. Got the main thing I wanted, plus instructions from the employee. They were out of chargers for it, though. Had to go to a different shop to complete my errand.

Great people, the guys up there really help out! I go up there all the time and normally buy 2 30ml bottles of study in scarlet 3dukes juice and they were completely out until Wednesday. He said catch and tossed me a half a bottle of study in scarlet 3mg out of his backpack and said will that last you until Wednesday when we get our 3dukes? awesome! Thanks again guys! NAILED IT! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they have very good prices on there juices and a decent selection as well. I also like that they have “weekly specials” and specials on juices they are going to be discontinuing which is great for a person like me who is a “ budget vaper” kind of guy. I’ve never had a bad experience at this store.

This company offers no warranty. After less than 24 hrs and spending $400 they were less than helpful to make this right. I liked the store and the prices. But wondering if they buy rejects. Because this has been some of the biggest piles of junk I have bought from any Vapor shop. And the 1st to not do anything about it in such a short amount of time. The house blend is cheap but the juice is awful. Taste is not good. I have tried to work it out with them and they could care less.

Best vape shop around! I have been smoke free for 8 years thank to vaping. I started at 24 mg of Nicotine and within a year I was down to 0 nicotine. My Husband stopped smoking when I did however struggled with being able to lower his nicotine level with the help of Randi finding a juice he really liked and we slowly have gotten him down to 1.5 mg of Nicotine. So anyone looking for great juice flavors and great customer service I highly recommend UVapes!

I go there all the time. There is a sweet lady who is very helpful. Although presently a guy and girl (20 somethings) and they have some of the worst customer service skill. Really aggravating.

The lady is super nice! My hubs is well versed in all of this, me not so much. I visited this place when they first opened and even after moving from Allen 40 miles away I will make time to come to Uvapez for my vaping needs. The owners provide the best customer service experience out of any Vape shop I have ever been to and I have been to many. They take time to answer questions and use their expertise to help you make good decisions on the products they offer.Their house liquid is the best Ive had with the exception of two flavors I can only get at two other places but again I always come back here. Their prices are good and is a good balance of quality to the amount out of pocket but they do offer their own reward program to offset some cost.I highly recommend this location, they will not let you down.

All vapor stores that Ive been in are over rated! Especially the hardware! Its best to order online.You could save up to half on your devices! They stop charging, charger port just come apart for no reason, no matter how good of care you give it. Even the ones with batteries. They sent me a coupon through five-star free 30 ml house juice with 15 dollar purchase. When I got there the guys says oh it has to be item not on sale even though I it doesnt say that on the coupon and I was spending 25 dollars anyway. Then I asked to buy a coil he says by law he is not allowed to sell me one only a pack. That bs every other vape store anywhere Ive been sells singles even after the new laws were passed. So it was just bait and catch senerio. Good customer service would been if he still gave me the deal since the coupon did not say any exclusions. There is tons of vape stores so customer service is important because I can just across the street and find another vape store, which I did and they even honored his coupon! Wont send anyone to u vapez and thats prolly the reason few times Ive been there theres no customers in there.

I purchasd a new tank that the guy att he store set up, and once I left the store, it started leaking all over my clothes, and everytime I hit it I got a mouth full of juice. On the reciept it says that I can only return if the item was not used, but given the fact that they are the ones that set it up, and they were the ones that sold it to me broken, they should be able to refund my money so I can take my business elsewhere. Not to mention they charged me 66 dollars on a tank that I saw at another store for 25 dollars.

If you purchase a 1000 ml bottle, that is what you expect to get. Not short by 60 ml each. So, short 120 ml with a 2 bottle purchase. That isnt cool.

Horrible experience, the staff was unfriendly and blew vape smoke in my face. They also seemed to be very impatient with me and I was very hesitant to ask questions because of their disdainful approach.

Hours were clearly shown on the door and online. Drive all the way out to the shop and door was locked. There were three other people that walked up about the same time we did. No sign on the door, nothing. Poor poor management.

Bought coils from this place and once I got home I opened the package and one of the coils was already opened and smelled like it had been used, the next coil I took from the package burned out on me within 2 days, very bad experience here, wouldnt recommend
