Very nice customer service but I would not recommend their products at all. I purchased a backpack for my son and the color on the leather straps stained and destroyed several of his shirts. Poor quality.

Amazing service! The associates here were awesome and took great care of my mom. They offered to ship items to our home since they knew we were visiting from out of town. They also allowed us to purchase items and held them in store for us so we didnt have to walk around the area carrying our bags. I definitely recommend visiting this location.

Management and workers are snooty. There ones in particular who maybe the manager. (Definitely gave off that energy and my youngest daughter agreed, without me mentioning it). She gave me one shoe to try on. Mind you, I purchase from Kate spade online and surprise all the time. Also, during a visit before I was given the box. However there was one friendly brunette who was alive and friendly. Although I didn’t get her name, she was very welcoming until she mentioned the price is as is, when no one asked ! Mind you this is Kate Spade a lower cost brand compared to others. To make a long story short, I left and went to Tory Burch and brought the large Kira... Recently made a purchase by telephone. Staff was courteous and helpful in finding the particular item I needed. Service was prompt and attentive to detail. Even had a follow up phone call to confirm my details.

Apparently, my experience in this particular store is not in par with the other reviewers. My second attempt in this store was yesterday evening, as I commute through the Oculus on the daily. Looking for 2 formal outfits (dresses) for a trip to Rwanda. Was ignored, stared at and made felt out of place. My first attempt was early May for attire for the Cannes Film Festival. I am DONE with this shop. Despite how pretty their window dresses are, the staff is simply awful. Yesterday, I ended up going to REISS, spent 2 hours with one of their stylist who made me feel welcome, appreciated and important. Maybe the Kate Spade staff can take customer service lessons from the next door competitor?

Everything Kate Spade. Love love love the shoes. Love love love the selection it is. As with all of Kate Spades products each is classic and classy like the designer.

Love this store!!!!!!! Charming muses and lovely clothes, bags, and jewelry. Just wish that some of the clothes were machine washable and a tad less pricey.
