I LOVE PRESIOUS, AND BRIDGETTA. I hope I got the ladies name correct. Was looking for men scrubs, and these two lovely ladies were AMAZING!!!! of course, I was being shy, and wanted to try and look on my own. They could tell I didnt really want to be bothered, so they made casual conversation to warm me up, an helped me pick several pair. My mom always shops here, and recommends the store to all her nurse friends. Thank you again ladies!!

Ive always wanted to buy scrubs from here and finally got my chance one weekend on Sunday and Karen was a really big help guiding me to the right size for scrubs. She was very friendly and we had a friendly rapport from when I entered to when I left which is an awesome feeling. Keep up the amazing job Karen, you amaze me!

I cannot recommend Uniform Destination in Allen enough - the customer service experience is outstanding. All the ladies are always willing to help and to top it off - the store is very organized and clean.

Yes, this place has mens scrubs in stock! Sandra and Maureen had me in and out in under 10 minutes with three new sets up scrubs. She walked me back sized me up and handed me tops and bottoms all while asking the right questions to make sure I got what I was looking for. I will be making a regular stop to see these gals!

Dont know of the scrubs are nice or not. I was never able to try them. I got a size too small and tried to return. I had the original receipt and tags on one pair but no tags on the other. Apparently this store will not take them back with receipt but without tags. When I stated this was not a good return policy and I would not be returning, store manager raised her voice at me and refused to do ANYTHING for me. No discount, no store credit nothing. I stated you need to stop yelling at me. She stated Im not yelling at you, I have a hearing prob and I talk loud. I got my money back for the one pair and left. Will DEFINATELY never go back to that store.

Yes Ms. Saundra @uniform destination, was all that and more. She was sooooooooooooooooooo helpful to Me and my Son, Christmas Eve. From the time We entered the store the greeting began. I bought two pair of the same scrubs because, while they fit nicely in the store, I know that sometimes after washing they are not the same. I did not love how difficult it was to get the wrinkles out of these particular scrubs. When I brought the other pair back I explained this to the sales associate. She accused me of washing this pair and putting the tags back on. She said “well it’s not exactly difficult to put this kind of tag back on is it”? I won’t be shopping there anymore!

Large selection but will not be coming back due to the fact that the 3 employees did NOT wear masks and did not follow the 6 feet apart guidelines as the CDC has recommended. Super ironic considering this is a store specifically for ppl who work in healthcare.

One lady was nice and helpful. But none of the employees wore masks. They spoke to customers without masks and didnt require customers to wear masks. Service was fine; but wont be returning due to this issue. Unfortunately, this is the exact reason why covid-19 keeps spreading and causing numbers to spike.Its a scrub store; which majority of their clientele works in the medical field, with children, therapists, clinics etc. - its ridiculous that masks are not worn.

Anything less than 5 stars just wont cut it. Saundra was amazing from the time I walked in the door until I left! Not only did she help me find exactly what I needed the entire time as well as helping anyone else who needed it, she made sure I had every size, style and color I needed! I was never in search of anything. She is beyond amazing at her job and is for sure to put a smile on your face and make you feel beautiful!

I love this place! My friend told me about this scrubs store and brought me here to get some! Saundra was such a great help. She’s the sweetest and helped me with multiple pairs of scrubs until I decided on purchasing a pair of Skechers scrubs in gray! The store was very clean and organized! I’ll definitely be coming back to Uniform Destination for some more!

5 stars across the board! They have such a wonderful selection of scrubs here! So many brands, colors, prints, fits, and sizes! It can feel a little overwhelming walking in but that is where the fantastic staff can help out! I was greeted by Sandra immediately after walking in and she was helpful in finding what I was looking for, she set me up in their wonderfully sized fitting rooms (seriously they are huge, you could do a mini catwalk in there) and she told me to let her know if I needed anything. She was helpful in switching out some sizes for me and ultimately helped me pick the perfect pair of scrubs! At checkout she was fast and friendly but most importantly efficient. Not to mention I got one pair of scrubs for under $50!!! That is a STEAL! Safe to say Sandra and Uniform Destination won my heart and I will DEFINITELY be back! ☺️

I absolutely love coming to Uniform Destination in Allen when I need to buy scrubs, Saundra is such a huge help and always has a smile on her face, shes so sweet and always makes sure that customers find exactly what they need. I purchased a pair of Sanibel Works scrubs a while back for a medical program and Ive been coming back here for scrubs ever since!! Highly recommend this place, wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else!!

This store is awesome. Everything is so organized. When you go to find a size, it’s actually where it’s supposed to be!! They also had plenty of petite sized pants which was so helpful (and rare)! Saundra and Madeline (I think was her name) were both great. I was asked multiple times if I needed any help.I complimented them on the organization of the store and they were both genuinely happy to hear it.Today I spent more than $200 on some much needed scrubs. I was happy to spend my money where I received such great customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

I hate leaving reviews unless they’re good but none of the employees wore masks and I didn’t realize it until we were checking out, otherwise I wouldn’t shop here. CDC guidelines require that everyone wear a mask, especially at your job so it was very disappointing.

Poor customer service! My husband, daughter and I were at the store. My baby was hungry and I wanted to make sure that it was okay to bottle feed my baby in the store so I asked the lady and she replied that it was not a problem and continue to say that she was a grandmother as well as she made another comment that supposedly was so funny to her other co-workers that they were laughing in front of us. Not one of the 3 ladies came to help me, they stood around the front of the store chit chatting. After looking around and not finding what I was looking for, I came to the front of the store to be with my husband who was feeding my baby. The moment I went to the front, all 3 ladies left to go to the other side or end of the store. This used to be a nice place to shop.

This store is full of very helpful and nice employees. Have always been greeted and assisted every time I visit! Reasonable prices as well.

Staff was friendly but not helpful. I was the only customer there, they asked if I needed help and when I explained what I was looking for the girl showed me to a rack and that was it. No assistance in getting different sizes or checking back with me. If Im spending more that $150 it would be nice to get a little assistance. Instead all 3 girls stood at the counter complaining about their schedules and having to work 5 days during the week.

A lady helped me a few weeks ago..very nice..today a very rude lady argued with me about a return. If you cant return something fine...but learn how to talk respectfully to customers or get some social skills training. She definitely assured that I would never shop there again .

Kelly and Lesa were helpful with checking back if I needed any help finding anything several times while I shopped and offered their opinions on the difference in brands. When needing to cancel and return a purchase, they were able to do this quickly without it being a hassle.

Ive been here twice to purchase scrubs for my daughter. She started a CNA class at school this year and specific items are required. Both times, the employees were extremely friendly and professional and help me in purchasing the correct items. I thought the prices were really reasonable also.

The store manager and the district manager called around and found one of the only lab coats left in DFW that I needed. Then they transferred it to the Allen location, so I wouldnt have to drive to the other store. Amazing service. They definitely went above and beyond.

Went to this store today with a co-worker. There was three people working in the store all occupied with talking to each other rather than helping customers. As me and my co worker had already picked out around 400 dollars worth of merchandise between the both of us, an employee walked over to remind us they were closing in ten minutes. They were rude, didn’t even fold our clothes as they took them off the hangers. They basically wadded our scrubs and threw them in the bag. They never helped us and when we asked for tall sizes they laughed and said, “there in the back somewhere”. I never write reviews but this experience was terrible and the owner needs to know what goes on when they aren’t there. We will NEVER go back to this store.

At the suggestion of Koi customer service, I went to this store to try on Koi scrubs to determine size. This store is listed as a registered vendor of Koi Scrubs. I have been to this store a few times in the past to purchase other brands of scrubs. Typically, they are not overly friendly and they do not allow refunds on scrubs- only exchanges plus they are on the expensive side for scrubs. When I went today, they had one sales clerk working and there were at least 20 people in the store. The sale clerk was pretty much operating the register exclusively. I searched for Koi scrubs in the store and there was none. I found 2 shirts on the clearance rack. As I was leaving, I asked the sales clerk if they had anyplace in the store where there were Koi scrubs and she told me they didn’t. I asked her if she realized that they are listed as a vendor for Koi scrubs and she smiled. She told me that just because they didn’t carry Koi scrubs in the store doesn’t mean they can’t order them and have them shipped to the store. I told her that was deceptive and she just smiled. I probably won’t go here again even though it’s close.

As a scrub shop, its ok. There are good things about it and bad. Its a zoo on the weekend, they dont allow returns only exchanges.However, as an employee is another story. There is favoritism here and some employees are even exempt from discipline and fault. The managers like to leave early all the time and use it to their advantage, they are not the hardest workers. Expect to work many nights here if you are hired and called in alot, they will call in newbies so the ones who have been there a while dont have to come in. Not much flexibility if you are new as well. Also, this company is hugely cheap, they pay their employees minimum wage and minimum hours and you can forget about raises. They will say they will pay you one amount but really mean another, so get it in writing. Alot of standing around bc they dont have a huge client base all the time. When its the weekend or weeknight its like a ZOO.
