They have an average selection. I agree the older woman with glasses needs to learn how to properly wear the mask if they are going to require it. Yesterday it was looped over one ear.

The original owner was ALWAYS polite and everyone seemed to be happily shopping. I walked in today and some old lady with glasses was sitting without her mask and blurted out I needed to wear a mask. I explained I wasnt sure because she wasnt wearing one. Then she said its because she was eating her lunch (at 3:45 in the afternoon). This is not about covid. This is about control. She doesnt realize how many germs she just shoved out of her mouth into the room by her blurting those words out while wearing her mask. I suddenly lost all interest in shopping. I tried to shop in the back room but couldnt as I listened to loud gossiping then. Its just not the same warm and friendly place it used. I dont even know who that woman was or why she was even in there, sitting a chair, eating her lunch at this late hour. She was gone before I left 10 minutes later empty handed. And Ive always raved about this place, sadly, until now.

The store is a good place great bargains but its an elder lady with short hair with glasses shes not customer friendly to my kind. She never acknowledge me even when she rings me up she never says 1 word. but she always speaks when others come in. I came back on several occasions just to make sure it wasnt me. I was right about this lady. I was the only one in the store 1 day & she still didnt say 1 word to me. I will no longer shop here being treated less than. I will take my money elsewhere.

I really used to love this store. Dropping off was pleasant and I enjoyed shopping here. But as of today I am no longer bringing my business here. The last two times I have come in the same woman behind the counter was really short and rude with me not once but twice now. The first time I drove over an hour to drop off consignment for her to rudely told me that it clearly states on the front door that they were not excepting donations that day. As a person who owns a business, I believe costumer service comes first and ALWAYS. I’m pretty sure this worker is not the owner of the company and it hurts me to not come back here after 10 years of doing so.

What a great treasure! I forgot how great this place is! Went this weekend and got 7 shirts and 1 pair of jeans for 21.00, super happy with my finds. Check out the back end of the store thats where you can find the Best deals. Gotta know your brands to know a good deal. Well worth the sifting! Will be back soon.

Great resale/consignment shop with many great finds including some designers. Clothing, shoes, purses, household items, deco, and jewelry. The owner and workers are very friendly. Love stopping by here.

Scam. I used to get nice small checks for clothes and shoes Id drop off, I questioned their process due to a pair of brand sandals and they claim they were donated. I call BS! Seems they didnt like that too much. Its been a couple months since the miscommunication and all of a sudden I have no checks which means nothing sold? Wont go there again. Learned about Clothes Mentor, this is a much better organized store.

I have a bag to take there once it opens again. They had new policies i didnt like such as hanging clothes or nicely folded ones you bring in or they get donated or you get charged 50 cent an item you dont deliver perfectly so i just stopped taking clothes anymore i just donate them to a box for a cause in store lots. Seemed lots constantly new notes attached to checks about notices regarding new fees for stuff you drop off. It depends on who i get at desk on how i am treated sometimes but usually good and depending on their mood i guess too.

Absolutely love this place. This store has extremely courteous staff and they have a great selection of clothes that I like and are very affordable also.
