That little pink signature box…it makes me so happy whenever I see it 😆 I love how the menu changes weekly & each week the cookie choices are so unique. The employees at this location are top notch; kind, quick, and efficient. Visually, the cookies are always perfect & make you want to devour them upon opening. Unfortunately for my diet, I haven’t tasted a disappointing cookie yet! The location is perfect and always nice & clean. This location has plenty of parking spaces, even when busy.

The cookies here are so amazing you can satisfy that craving with just one bite! There is almost always a line out the door but you hardly notice with how fast the service is. Be aware though, they are gigantic and they are the real deal, Im talking sugar high off half a cookie. They have new flavors each week so get your favorites while you can and check back if the current selection doesnt catch your eye. Definitely worth a stop.

These are cookies. They are good. There was a line. We waited and it was super chill in line. Once we got it in felt hectic. The vibe was kinda intense. Not horrible but glad the daughter waited inside for them to prepare the order while I was outside. Tasty creative sweets.

Undeniably the best tasting cooking you can buy. Unfortunately, the flow and logistic of this operation will cost them more customers than it’s worth. Long lines because of inefficiency not because of the great taste. There is usually only one person on the cash register. The self service point of sales are out of order. The ability to order online is always fully booked. The employees greet you when you enter, but it’s inauthentic. There is a limit of 10 people in store, yet it’s always over packed. They need improvement.

I agree with several other reviews that this place is a bit disorganised. However, lets talk about the cookies. Who would have thought that a cornbread cookie would taste delicious! Well, it does! And their chocolate chip cookie is so warm and tasty too. Some are too sweet, but some are the perfect treat! You just need to try them and find your favourites!!I also love the weekly rotating cookies. Plus, you can choose from a selection of warm and room temperature cookies. That is a nice touch!

Crumbl consistently produces a variety of unique flavor combinations every week. Though not terrible (some can be very tasty), these are not my favorite cookies. I prefer more chew to my cookie. At least they serve sugar cookies and not shortbread...

Staff is super friendly and welcome you the moment you walk in. Even though there’s a small line, they work through the line quickly and you don’t have to wait long for your cookies. My cookies were brought to me before I could even finish typing the first sentence!Cookies are delicious! Just check the app or their Facebook for the new flavours each week.

I love Crumbl. Every visit has been wonderful. The customer service is always impeccable. They’re all just as sweet as their cookies! And speaking of those cookies! I can’t get enough of the suspense when it comes to what the next week’s cookie flavors are gonna be! But these cookies are good. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Be prepared for a stomachache... A little nibble of these delish cookies will never be enough. Youll want another bite, and another, and another... until you realize you lost self-control and had way too much... Because they are just hands down amazing! Their service and presentation are also great. They rotate their featured flavors on a regular basis, allowing you to have something new each time you visit...Just be prepared to stand outside because I often see a line out the door!

Good sized cookies and all that we got were tasty. The sugar cookie had too much frosting for my taste. Scraped most of it off and it was perfect then.Tried to order ahead but the website wasnt taking orders. So we went and stood in line. It was a Monday night and it took about 20 to 25 minutes.

My boyfriend and I love Crumbl but never have we ever received a dirty box until now. Not just dirty, the bottom covered in chocolate frosting. It took 3 trips to get the mostly clean box you see in the pictures. And the young lady who was bringing the boxes in and out could have better customer service skills and understand the customer’s point of view with less attitude and facial expressions. Also, we didn’t even get a chocolate cookie…Lastly, when there is an extremely long line, it would be awesome if another employee would take the initiative, or know it’s okay to, and jump on the second register rather than letting one person deal with 20-30 people in a line all alone. If not, what’s the point of two registers?

Every week me and my daughter cant wait for the new flavors to try. This week didnt disappoint with the new flavors. I especially like the Galaxy Brownie all I need is some blue bell ice cream and caramel.

Ordered a variety of cookies. The cookies are big. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. I wasnt crazy about the cookies. The cookies didnt seem to be baked all the way through, doughy center. I guess some people like that. The frosting on the chilled sugar was way too sweet and I just didnt like the flavor. The peanut butter cookie is a peanut butter lovers dream. I would have loved this cookie if it had been fully baked. If you like doughy cookies, this might be your go to place, its not mine.

We had ordered cookies to be delivered to work to thank our hard-working health care workers. The order was to be delivered between 6pm and 6:15pm. Our CEO was waiting to receive the cookies so that he could distribute them to our staff. The driver never showed up to work. Crumbl in Allen didnt even have the decency to call us and let us know what was going on. They were simply not going to deliver the cookies. I will never order from Crumbl in Allen or any other location. They have lost our business!

Pretty annoyed with this location. They’re always crowded, which is whatever. But if you order online for curbside they take FOREVER to bring out your order. Not worth it in my opinion (curbside requires tip). They also always give me a dirty box with cookie frosting or sugar all over the bottom which gets on my car seat or wife’s pants. They’re too busy for their own good as some cookies appear rushed with inconsistent frosting. Poor customer service as well, almost like a “here are your cookies, bye” feel. One time I literally waited 25 minutes for my curbside order that I placed at least 3 hours in advance. The guy at the register had the nerve to get an attitude after I went inside to ask what the status of my order was. “Well I wasn’t the one who took your order” was exactly what he said. I was shocked. Some people simply aren’t cut out for jobs where they need to interact with customers. I’ve been here about 10 times and have been dealing with the issues because I enjoy the cookies, but will be driving all the way to the Plano store from now on. Hopefully they have better service than the Allen store, which won’t be difficult to achieve.

AMAZING! As soon as I walked in I felt so loved. The cashier, Andre, was great and even helped us decide which cookies to get. The open kitchen was also really interesting to watch while we waited. The cookies were a 10/10 and I can’t wait to go back!

First and foremost Crumbl has the best cookies on the planet. So I want to personal thank Jennifer at the Allen Crumbl, she saved the day today. I had ordered 50 mini sugar cookies with blue frosting for a friends baby shower. I had spoke to three different people at the store and gotten different answers, I feel like talked to the manager and was told it couldn’t be done because it was sugar cookie week, but said she’d make an exception this one time because I had been told it would be fine. Of course I got there this morning and the cookies were chocolate chip, to say I was super furious. Jennifer saved the day, she brought the cookies to my shower, included extra and gave me the chocolate chip as well. Jennifer you saved the shower! Thank you for doing what you did for me, it meant the world! ❤️❤️❤️

Not every Crumbl flavor is a winner. I’ve come in several times, excited for all of the flavors, only to leave feeling five dollars poorer with a cookie I can’t really eat. At this price point, you really want to be sure you’re getting something you love. The stinkers tend to be really, really bad (I’m looking at you, sour watermelon.)But when they’re winners… wow, are they winners. The flavors are fantastic, and Crumbl knows how to make a good, gooey cookie. I haven’t had a chocolate cookie I don’t like, and their standard fare never disappoints. You want a warm chocolate chip? Get it here. I personally don’t care for the extreme almond flavor I’m the chilled sugar cookie, but your mileage may vary.

Ok, the cookies are absolutely AMAZING. No question about that. They’d earn all 5 stars. However, the operations knock the score down. There are countless times that flavors are simply “out”, sometimes for a whole day because they “don’t have the ingredients”. I always mobile order for this reason, so I don’t drive there and then they’re out of the flavors I want. It seems like they should know by now how to order their product and pace their baking based on the level of business they are receiving.Unfortunately, this is two days in a row that I have been unable to do a mobile order because they’re “booked up” for the entire day. Yesterday I tried to mobile order at 10:15 am, and it said they were booked solid. So I tried to find a way to book for a later day this week, which apparently you can’t do. So this morning I tried to mobile order at 7:15 am, and got the same message. Are you truly actually booked solid at 7:15 am for the ENTIRE day, or did you just take mobile ordering offline? I’ve decided to go ahead and order at another Crumbl location that is actually allowing mobile orders.

Cookies are better than average with only some of the flavors being amazing. The employees are generally very nice.I have a couple issues though. First, they are always always always slammed with a line out the door and they only run 1 out of 2 registers. Second, I had 2 flavors I wanted to try today. One they claimed was sold out; however while I was waiting to order I watched them complete a batch. The cashier then told me door dash has priority over in-store customers. So me driving there instead of ordering delivery means I don’t get what I want. Got it. Seems a bit backwards!

Love this shop! I stop in whenever I have a sweet craving for something I can’t make myself and am never disappointed. The original chocolate chip is always a solid choice too!

Goooooodness they are busyFirst time I stepped foot in a crumbl cookies location and Ive never seen so many workers making cookies. They have a few selctuons to pick from and they make them fresh. Im a big sweets guy so I can handle the sweetness, but man, some of the cookies can be a little too sweet.I got the brownie, and milk chocolate cookies and they were delicious despite it being a bit sweet. A plus is that the cookie is huge!The only negative thing about it is its a bit expensive. The way they price it makes you either buy 6 or 12. If you buy 3, you might as well go for the 6 pack.

I came into crumbl cookie Allen tonight because it has been one of those days and I just needed to treat myself. It was 100% the highlight of my day because I walked in with my hands full with a toddler and newborn and Andre was incredibly patient, helpful, and he even helped me bring my cookies out to the car because he could tell I was struggling to managing my arms full of kiddos! So thankful for the employees and culture of this location and highly recommend this to anyone!

Okay so they get ya with the cute packaging, and big sized cookies and New Varieties. The actual cookie base isn’t anything special. The toppings are only what differentiates the cookie texture and taste. I asked for a sugar cookie they said they just sold their last one. As I was waiting to receive the 4 I ordered, there was a batch of iced sugar cookies a guy carried from the back. I asked if I could trade one for a sugar cookie. The woman handing me my cookies said they didn’t have any.... really??? I was disappointed as that’s the only cookie there I enjoyed the first time there. It had a almond extract flavor addition instead of bland dough like I found the others to be. The dough texture is almost a brownie cake texture rather than a rich dough..It’s as if the cookie was made with minimal, “rich” butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. The tastes is definitely compromised for the look and size unfortunately. This was my second time stopping by and last. It doesn’t do it for me. The Cleanliness is great, but I can bake better cookies at a lower cost and get a high volume of cookies to share with friends etc.

From curve side service, to the 2 long, cookie boxes with four huge cookies in each one, to the first cookie divided between my adult daughter and granddaughter, to the joy of sharing one HUGE delicious, warm cookie between the three of us. Good cookies but be REALLY careful if you have a nut allergy in the family. There was a mix up in our Doordash order, the chocolate chip and peanut butter chocolate look identical (see photo). Thankfully my son realized it about 3 bites in, threw it up and we did not end up on the ER.

The staff at Crumbl are very welcoming and patient. Really nice building. If you do buy something there I would get the mini instead of a full. The full sized are very heavy (weight and feeling) and left me feeling slightly sick afterwards. The cookies tasted great though. Would recommend!

This location is very busy. They were out of a lot of this weeks cookie special when we went, which is disappointing because we could see them still making the cookies. This was at 6 in the evening, so with it being so early.Cookies are always good and rarely have I found a flavor I dont like. There is always a line at this location and their order machine is broken and has been for a while.

I visited here a long time ago (I believe April). Cookies were so good but we found a hair in it. The staff instantly apologized, refunded us, and gave us a box of cookies. They went above and beyond when all I wanted was just a different cookie. Way to go Crumbl!

Unbelievable!! They want you to wait out in the heat. Literally kicked us out and shut the door!! Had the door open so we can get some cool air since it is 100 degrees outside. One of the staff, Sarah, came and asked us to close the door so they can be cool!! Customer appreciation at its best!!To boot when we get in Sarah confront us, thumping her chest is there a problem! We dont have to take your order.... Wow!! Yes there is a problem, have the courtesy and the common decency to stand outside like you ask your patrons to and let them know your are at full capacity!! Once they do get in dont be obnoxious and thump your chest and confront a patron IS THERE A PROBLEM! Sarah, if I was your manager I would have fired you that very instant. Not for anything but confronting the patron of the establishment.

Crumbl never fails to amaze our tastebuds with their flavors of the week! Tonight we decided to try ordering delivery on the website for the first time — unfortunately that didn’t work out and the online system gave us a delivery date that was all messed up. We called Crumbl Allen and they had us come in to the store and fixed it for us. Though they were out of the strawberries and cream that we ordered online, we now have happy bellies with Sea Salt toffee and chocolate cake cookies! They handled the online ordering mishap very well and we will be back.

OK so I went in, and was greeted by all of the staff super loud. Didn’t know what to expect because of all the people in the line, but quickly discovered this place is fast-paced. Honestly can’t believe how they were able to keep up with everyone and still have baked goods. I’m super impressed and the banana cream pie was to die for. You will see me again!

Customer service non existent! These kids do not know how to spell customer service. Reminds me of Block Buster, grew too quickly and disappeared. That the future of Crumble Cookies if you dont appreciate the people who keep you in business. If you are scratching your head wondering who that is, let me spell it out for you. Your CUSTOMERS. Appreciate them, dont let them wait in the 100 degree heat!

Really friendly staff, they were all hard at work! Also SO glad I went with the cashiers recommendedation, cornbread cookie.These cookies are not my kind of cookie. I like crispy outside chewy inside. These are more like undercooked and doughy. Which some people love.The PB cookie with M&M was bad though. Just tasted like a mouthful of PB and flour. BLEH.The milk chocolate chip cookie had a good flavor and the texture was okay, still undercooked dense cookie in the middle.The sugar cookie texture was not for me and neither was the almond flavour in the frosting.The cornbread cookie though! So good. With honey and some buttercream on top. Yes.Since cornbread has a different texture then a cookie, the dense soft cookie made sense here + the corn meal added nice texture. Well done on this one!Overall I dont need to try them again.

They have run out of the flavors I’ve ordered a few times and substituted them out, but that encourages me to order earlier in the day to ensure I get the flavors I want. Make great gifts! I almost always get a 4 cookie box. They have a loyalty program and I’ve earned $10 and would have earned another $10 by now if I knew sooner. Use the app and get those loyalty points!

I LOVE trying new food spots (who doesnt). While waiting at a light, I happened to look over & immediately made him turn.Not only was it suck a cute, simple bakery but all the ladies looked like they were enjoying making the dessert (which I find comes out in the taste).&& even MORE important then the adorable packaging &weekly change up of the menu..THE COOKIES ACTUALLY TASTE AMAZING!!! I used to love coming here for cookies, but in the last month things have take a turn for the worse.Their app is abysmal for ordering ahead, and ordering curbside can be more frustrating than just standing in line and getting the order yourself. It used to be you could order curbside, say you arrived, and have your order in less than a few minutes. Now the store turns off curbside and even if you order in advance for a specific pick up time, they won’t prepare your order until you arrive. Long line out the door? They’re getting their’s first.I have waited over 15 minutes for a single cookie order EVERY time I’ve ordered over the last couple of weeks. I also deliver for DoorDash and every time I’ve arrived and it gives me the ready-by-this-time estimate, I always end up waiting at least ten minutes past that.The app is a big reason behind this, but also because the store has no system for managing high traffic times to get out orders as fast as possible or to prioritize based on arrival, ready by time, or advanced ordering.These cookies are good...but not good enough for the hassle or wait. Hard pass.

My first time trying these cookies. Im quite disappointed! I tried two different kinds in a four pack, Chocolate chip & Hazelnut Sea Salt. Both were raw in the inside! Dont get me wrong, I love a gooey/soft cookie but not RAW! And the Hazelnut Sea Salt is pictured with a layer of Nutella oozing out when you break it in half, both of the ones I had no Nutella noticeable when cutting them in half, let alone any oozing out of them! I wont be returning!

Since you can’t manage deliveries online, I had to call the Allen store to cancel some orders made in error. I was assured they would be cancelled. They weren’t. I called back and spoke to the manager who told me there was no way to look up my account. Then he did look up my account and told me that nothing showed up and that I should just be happy I got free cookies. These orders were meant to be nice, planned surprises for a small group, not distributed randomly late at night! The other thing is that I was charged! The crowning blow is that they sent a second round of cookies! What was meant to be a nice gift has cost me an arm and a leg and I did not appreciate the dismissive attitude of the manager.

The cookies are good but they have the absolute worst curbside service ever. I’m very patient and okay with waiting but 30 min as I sit & watch other customers come and go is unacceptable. I went inside & my order was just sitting there….cold. Do better with curbside service!

While the cookies might be tasty their business practices definitely are not. We eat their cookies but are blind to how they treat their workers, who are teens. They hire them and give them zero training and during a teens 6 hour shift they are never given breaks nor are they informed that they even get them, but then if they are allowed there isnt a break room to take a break in.

This place needs to get their act together… last time I came the app wouldn’t let me order before the day of pickup (wouldn’t you want to know what to expect before a busy day if you could?) then I got my cookies 20 mins after my pickup window was over… (so I waited a total of 50 mins) and I paid an extra dollar for a sticker and a ribbon and it wasn’t on there.This time I come at 5:30 and it wouldn’t let me make an app order to pickup till 6 so I asked them the wait so I could leave and come back if it was long and they told me no longer than 10 minutes… well it’s been 30… SHOCKER. The cookies are good so I’ll give them two stars and I know they’re busy but dang open another location and fix up your app so you can get things in order! I’m hesitant to come back, there are other cookie places just as good 🤷🏻‍♀️

What a delicious find this is!! Thanks to a Facebook ad, I popped over to the Allen location to check them out. My goodness, the cookies were still warm when I got in the car to try them out. The chocolate chip was my favorite. You have to like thick and gooey to appreciate these gems. But they are so tasty. Can’t wait to return and try more!!

They had a sign saying only 10 customers in the store obviously they don’t know Texas is 100 percent open so we just laughed at the sign and walked in with all the crowd of people! God forbid they have 11 people in the store. Walked in as someone was walking out. Had the other person in my group ready to hold the door open for the person literally walking out. An employee met us as the other person in my part came in. Told us that they cant have more than 10 people in the store due to health concerns. Me and the other person walked out and the person we were holding the door for literally walked out behind us as they finished their transaction. I was excited to show the other person with me this place because I always talk about it. I wont be supporting this business anymore.
