Had a fir five- panel door from my over one hundred year old house that was just caked with years and years of paint. Took it to Strip-Eze of New Orleans and it came back clean and ready to be sanded and repainted, I couldnt believe how good the door looked! The process also cleaned up the hinges and door knob/ lock mechanism so I can paint those as well!

Brought my matching doors there and went to pick them up and they where all buckled. The owner offered to fix them and charge me for the repairs. When I get my doors back they will not match anymore so they will need to be painted. Total waste of money and they never called me to tell me that my doors where ruined. I would think that they would have recommended not stripping these doors. Totally unprofessional service. I am waiting to pick my doors up after they replace the panels at an additional cost to me. This was a waste of time and money, I will never go back or recommend this place again. The owner bought the business from his parents many years ago, I had a similar situation happen twenty years ago when the parents owned the place and they replaced my doors at no cost to me, that was at a time when people cared about customer service and return business. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ive worked with Strip-Ease many times. He gets the job done for the right price. Striping, custom work to match old doors, cabinets, etc. Highly recommend.

Took my late grandmothers rocking chair to be stripped of old stain. It came out great I would have spent hours and probably would not have been able to do as good of a job.

They got a huge vat full of whatever. They dip in your old furniture and all the layers of old paint comes off to the wood. The most horrid looking furniture found on the sidewalk looks new and pretty again.

This business strips furniture for restaining or painting. I had a door made to match another, which is the other aspect of this business.

Hell no. Tried to buy 2 severely damaged shutters from their scrap pile. Was quoted 40 bucks from a staff member and was totally ok with that. Then the owner demanded 100 bucks instead. I said F-you and left. Never going back.
