They ignore what you are interested in and push the promotional items in the display case. They advertise a return policy that they do adhere to. Will not come back anymore. You can get all the scents online for at least half the price anyways

Excellent store for perfume and fragrance lovers and collectors alike. They dont have everything or the biggest selection, but they do have almost all of the most popular fragrances on the market, including all the biggest sellers from the big designer houses. They have amazing deals and promotions quite often so make sure and check back at least once a month to see what is going on. Staff is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommended.

They sell the Portable Mini Refillable Perfume Atomizer Spray Bottle for 10 dollars each Where you really get pack of 6 for 9 dollars. They also have an excellent policy called No returns. Utmost waste of money to buy anything from this shop. The perfumes are also very expensive.

Cheap perfume, it may smell good when you first spray it on but 30 minutes later you cant smell anything at all. Evidently they have watered it down, dont waste your money people

The testers are real and pre- sprayed onto the testing strips. However, The one you buy is counterfeit smells different looks different and is packaged cheaply if you pay close attention.. ..Big scam.

Great products at a fair price. Everyone saying that they sell counterfeit products are bogus LOL. That would be illegal and the feds would be all over them. Just purchased Flowerbomb EDP 1.7 for over $100 as a Christmas gift. The perfume color is brown and doesnt smell right. Their response? Sorry, its been opened and sprayed and we cant help you. I buy perfume regularly and you just lost a customer forever. Dont buy from Perfumania. It isnt less expensive, when you get ripped off!

The shop didnt have adequate sales representatives to help all customers. It might be due to the fact that it was a busy hour, I visited the shop around 8PM, the sales representatives are ok but I would have expected much better service

They have a good selection at this location. The manager was very knowledgeable about the different perfumes.

My wife and I went in today to get a bottle of perfume. We had a female employee completely ignore us for other customers that came in after us. Based off the way she looked at us and treated us when she finally decided to speak to us I assume it was because of our blueline masks. If this is the way this company’s employees behave I won’t return.

Rude lady working there yanked the payment console away from me after I paid with my phone saying they dont accept electronic payments, even though it clearly did. She gave me some b.s. about her accounting company returning the charge and not paying her for it. Whatever. Wont be going back.

The most abysmal customer service I’ve encountered in my life. The worker on duty was accusatory and refused to allow an item to be return sayin g that the bottle had been sprayed already even though it clearly had not. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this store.

Cool concept but didnt have what i was looking for.

They sell fake perfumes. Their testers are real products and the bottles you buy are fake counterfeit products. We purchased Vince Comoto Solare from them and when I opened the bottle at home it was absolutely nothing like the tester.When we asked Shannon (our sales rep) about the difference all her sweetness disappeared and she rudely told us that she cannot do anything about it.
