This was our first time in this store and we will definitely be back. The customer service was excellent! I had questions about several different products and Gil was there to answer them all and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Also he was so nice helping me pick out items that would work for me and not just trying to sell me products I didnt need. And you cant beat their prices!

Gil at the Allen store is incredible! He makes you feel like family. Incredibly knowledgeable and kind, he walks you through the store, assists with your choices, makes you feel like you are the only guest at the store. I’ll be honest, I did not like coming to this store, but Gil has changed my opinion of this store and the people that work there and customer service level they have to offer. They have everything from MAC, Tom Ford, La Mer, Clinique, Too Faced, Smashbox at excellent prices and there is always a gift with purchase. I have whitish complection so either I found very light or very dark foundation or compact powder.Also if you knew what you need then you should be visiting otherwise there is not much help from staff regarding best product for your tone if you are beginner.Trials products are available for various brands. So try and buy. As you cant try directly apply compact on face in the time of corona I end up buying dark compact.Also they have discount going on.

Not nice experience at all. Anna and Lisa two employees who said they were managers were neither considerate nor helpful. We bought a bobbi brown foundation and by mistake got a wrong color. We paid and then in next 2mins realised its the wrong color. We asked them to exchange or return and they said they do not have an exchange or return policy. We tried explaining them our situation that we just bought and did not even step out of the door and want to just exchange this with a different color of the foundation but they failed to understand at all. I understand the no return and exchange policy but I also feel that the customers concern should be listen to and addressed properly. Lisa and Anna just kept on telling us their no return policy again and again and was not able to understand our situation at all. We asked them to let us talk to someone with higher authority and they said its the owner we can talk to and to come the next day for that.We just had no choice but to leave the place in vain.As per me, the products can be found anywhere, but if the customer experience is not good. Its not worth in end!!!A very sad experience. Please tell your employees to listen to the customers and help them out somehow or anyhow !!!

I will NEVER shop here again. They are not sincere nor understanding. I bought the bb-gel moisturizer by Clinique because I was recommended that it would work with my skin tone. Its supposed to blend into my skin. And it surely did not, I looked like a ghost and obviously it is not meant for African American or anyone with melatonin. And it said it was final sale unless it was defective and it surely was defective because it only works with Caucasian people. I went back to the store to try to EXCHANGE it, did not need my money back, just needed a product that matched my skin tone. The associate that recommended it to me acted like she didnt help me THAN tried to claim she tested it on me before buying and she did not because she said it was brand new so we couldnt open it. Than the manager or store manager not sure which one but he was a manager said its final sale unless its defective and I told him it is defective it does not work with African Americans and I just need an exchange for someone that matches my skin tone. He just walked away from me. So I told them they do not have to worry because I will never shop there again.

I ordered 2 Tom Ford lipsticks over the phone (F-ing Fabulous & Lost Cherry) because they were out of stock in all the stores near me, so I placed my order on Monday March 1st, they arrived today, Friday March 5th packaged carefully and with the sweetest note thanking me for my business! Ana was so sweet and took her time to make sure she got everything correct (my name, shipping address, etc.) and I’m so happy with my purchase! I live all the way in Colorado mind you, so these lipsticks had a long ways to get to me, but they made it here safely! Thank you Ana and the whole CCS team for your help!

I like that they have some high end cosmetics gift sets at a great price; however some of the employees lack professionalism. One lady at the front counter last Saturday was eating popcorn (she happened to be the only cashier up front) and proceed to wrap or touch goods with it. I mean who would want grease on their new products/packaging, especially when it is final sale? I was buying gifts for someone ... It just didnt look good. Otherwise the product selection is nice.

I am originally from Florida, and have been shopping at the cosmetics company for many many years! This was my first time at the store in Texas, and lets just say i spent $266 for over $500!! Brenda was so patient and helped me shop for over an hour!! She went above and beyond for me! Thank you so much!!!

Went to this store for the first time and was highly impressed by the selection and Yvette, the lady who helped me. I’m new to makeup and certain skincare lines and she went out of her way to help me and find foundation that matched my skin perfectly without being heavy! She also answered any and all questions I had. During checkout I purchased around $200 worth of items and she even threw in somesamples for me! She is an excellent employee and was the only one who was actually working. A couple of other girls would pop out from the back of the store with faces like they didn’t want to be there and never asked if I or any other customer needed help. I was so impressed with Yvette and the makeup and samples she gave me, I went back to the store the next week to purchase full size bottles of the samples and lucky for me there was a sale going on! Which I wouldn’t have know about until Yvette let me know!
