Love this place. Robin and Mike are both so knowledgeable and helpful, always provide great recommendations on delicious new small-batch whiskeys that I just love, or other cocktail ingredients, when I am trying out a new recipe! Definitely my go-to place, great selection and deals as well.

It’s not a huge store but it is my go to place. Great selection of whiskey and bourbon. There have been times when I wanted something but they didn’t have it in the store but Bobby the owner hooked me up. Store is conveniently located and people working there are brilliant. Go and try it out, you will not be disappointed.

Would be nice if they could update their hours on google so you dont drive 40 minutes to their location to find the hours on the door stating they are closed.

Picked up their Larceny and 1792 Full Proof store picks. Both were very good. They pack an impressive bourbon/whiskey selection in both their Allen and Plano stores. It is a pleasure to stop by because everyone is always super friendly. Its also nice to support local businesses that truly care about their customers.

Empire liquor is definitely my new go-to for liquor, especially when it comes to Bourbon. The selection is definitely superior to most of the other stores in the area, and has an impressive amount of barrel picks, not to mention all from great distilleries. Robin helped me out today, and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable - I came in for one bottle, left with 3, and have zero regrets. I highly recommend checking this place out if you haven’t been in before!

First, this place has almost every spirit you can imagine. Big thumbs up in this regard. The downside to such an inventory, in such a small space is that its very cramped. Its very difficult to walk through the isles. Also, one time I had to use the restroom and it was almost impossible to make my way to the toilet. The entire restroom was floor to ceiling with storage and overstock. The sink was 100% not accessible.If you dont mind any of this and just want to buy your liquor, then this place will meet your needs at a decent price.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. These guys are AMAZING. Not only is Empire the best liquor store I’ve very been to, but it’s one of the best retail establishments I’ve ever visited. Bobby, and the entire staff are amazing. The selection is incredible, the prices are great, and some of the best customer service and friendly people that you will ever meet. The Plano location is equally fantastic, so if you are in the Plano or Allen area, and need some booze, this is the place to get it!

The first thing that struck me about Bobby the first time I went into his original location is how he seems to know all his customers by name. The second thing is how great his beer and whiskey selection is. So glad he opened up closer to my house. Looks like hes really upping his game on wine here and some badass new Tequilas I was pleasantly surprised to see on my first stop in. Allen needed a store like this.
