There are a couple of liquor stores closer to where I live in Mckinney, but these guys still take masks seriously, so I’m happy to drive the extra miles to support them. Thanks for caring about my health, Allen store!!!

Been here before with poor results and I only go in when I’m really searching for a particular whiskey. Shoddy customer service, clerks with no knowledge of product.The issue with my last visit is they refused to honor my medical exemption regarding a face covering. I was told that a mask is required. I explained that I have a legitimate medical condition defined as an exemption by the governors executive order GA29 . “Not in here you don’t. Have a good day.”

I shop here and only here for liquor because its the only store that actually enforces covid safety. Thank you for not putting up with the maskholes. Do they go in places that say no shirt no shoes no service and rip off their shirts and start screaming about their rights? No. You have every right to set the rules at YOUR store. Way to go.

Good clean store. Prices are fair, not a bargain but not marked up any more than youd expect and about the same prices at every other store. They do seem to have good sale prices at times on various items. Not sure if they are passing distributors sales along or managing their own stock levels but if your not stuck on a particular label you can save and still get good quality. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very rude employees WILL never come here again and will definitely not use them as a vendor anymore.... RIDICULOUS and still shorted me money..... said he couldn’t open the draw to give me change and than when I caused hell he opened the drawer right up to give me a refund

This place is the worst. I saw rat pellets and it’s filthy. Customer service is awful. Go to Specs or Total Wine. Much better.

I was so excited when I discovered this place a little while ago right after they opened because its so close to me! Ive been there a few times now and they always have what I need. The service is great, they are always happy to help and answer my questions! Its small but its clean and well kept and I am definitely going to keep going there.

This place is absolutely wonderful the staff is very helpful they even ordered me some wild turkey sting and it was great. They offered more customer service than the other liquor stores.

What luck! I was in N Texas for a few days on business and I needed to pick up some impressive spirits, reasonably priced, to represent N Texas. I used to live in N Texas, but Ive been abroad for 20 years and the other ex-pats in my circle are always bringing back impressive spirits from their countries. Ive been gone so long I dont know what to get. But these guys, the owner and his highly-knowledgeable daughter set me up with an affordable, good tequila; and a particularly interesting Austin vodca (Titos). She steered me away from a pricier big name tequila to one that was just as good, without the fancy name value. So these guys are more interested in helping you find the right alcohol than just making money. That kind of integrity is priceless. Next time Im home Im going to look for any excuse to drive out to Allen and see what else these guys can teach me. I wish I had their email so I could thank them directly--hopefully this message will find its way back to them.

The folks at The Liquor Outpost were very helpful, and even held a bottle for a couple days for me and kept the sale price. Im just recently moving close to their location, so Im glad I found my new liquor store. Prices are fair, and they have a pretty good selection for a smaller store.

Been here 4 or 5 times. They have a great selection. The staff is always very polite and helpful. Gave them a 4 only because the bigger chains are somewhat cheaper in prices.

The place is convenient for anyone who lives in those surrounding neighborhoods (like I do). However, the selection is average and, frankly, the prices are high. I guess were paying a premium for convenience.

The prices here are a little high. They have Titos on sale for 28 dollars. But I can find it at normal price for 25 dollars. The customer service is good.

Good selection. Price is compareable for these locations although Total right up the street is cheaper. I did witness one of the employees eyeing an aftican american male and while checking another customer out he yells to said man, and asks if he can help him find something. That is absolutely unacceptable. I wont be returning.

Bad customer service.I felt very uncomfortable as soon as we walked in.I noticed the guy with beard didnt look up or bother to acknowledge us as he was very occupied on his phone.As soon as a white man and woman entered he greeted them with a smile and offered them a sample of whatever the promotion was.I will never shop here ever again.

Very little to choose from. Prices are not competitive. I was just going to a birthday party and this was on my way. One thing to also note is you have to be northbound through Stacy on waters or westbound on Stacy and get in before waters. So, not the most convenient entry.

They have a great selection and good prices on liquor. They also always seem to have a few bottles of TX Bourbon on hand where as most of the liquor stores dont.

Unhelpful staff. Asked about selection of Texas wines and they pointed me to the wine section to look through all the bottles myself or told me to go to whole foods (after looking they didnt have any).
