DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Terrible customer service. We purchased a refrigerator and payed the delivery fee for it to be delivered the next day. They gave a two hour window for delivery. They didn’t come, they didn’t call. When we called it was explained they wouldn’t deliver due to rain. After that, it just kept going downhill. They avoided our calls after the weather cleared. Didn’t deliver the next day and are still avoiding our calls. What an awful way to treat your customers. I hope we can get our money back.

DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!Stopped in to buy a washer/dryer. There selection is not wonderful, but their customer service is worst. The lady there is just rude, it was like we were annoying her to be shopping and asking prices. The kicker was when she asked if we were paying cash or card. With card we would get charged extra fees and SALES TAX, but if we paid cash we didnt have to pay tax and fees. ??? Seemed way to shady and their prices are about $200-$300 more then all the other used appliance stores in the area. Yes, I visited them all today so I say this as a fact. DO NOT GO HERE!! Go to Lehigh Valley Appliance or Alavero, EMP, all in catty or Allentown all have nice staff and decent fair prices and warranties.

Execelent service from the guy. Lady its rudeza and dont even let you talk. Then no one tell you that by using your debit care you get charger a 3.5 percent. Yet they are not taking from you. I bought a set of washer and dryer plus a fridge before the store today. My last time for a fact

You need someone with better customer service and the appliances are always faulty I got a washing machine was broken and with the three months of guarantee they gave and they haven fix it and it always comes with a new story

I have Allentown rentals and have switched to using Rodriguez Appliance as my primary source of appliances. Very nice inventory selection, polite family staff, fair prices, appliances last so they check well.
